As I considered the name, a question surfaced in my mind: Is this really Uchiha Itachi?
Fugaku had been contemplating this question for the past two days. However, regardless of whether or not this is the Itachi, he is still his own son and deserves to have a proper name.
"I'll listen to whatever you say," replied Mikoto.
Fugaku paused, touching his chin in thought. "If it's a girl, we'll name her Uchiha Yue If it's a boy, I propose we name him... Uchiha Itachi. What do you think?"
"As I said, I'll listen to you," responded Mikoto.
He realized that instead of struggling to come up with a new name, it would be easier to use this one. After all, it was just a name and could serve as a way to make up for the Fugaku.

Early the next morning, nine-year-old Shizune arrived with a significant quantity of poison, around twenty varieties. Fugaku explained Mikoto briefly before preparing to depart from Konoha—a decision he had pondered for quite some time.
"Really? You're leaving the village for journey?" The third Hokage put down his pipe and stared at Uchiha Fugaku with a mix of surprise and suspicion. He wondered what the leader of the Uchiha clan was planning to do outside Konoha.
The captain of the Konoha police, as well as the patriarch of the Uchiha clan, effortlessly departed from Konoha, leaving the Uchiha clan without a leader. This situation appeared somewhat unusual, because Uchiha clan relationship with Konoha's high-level, which is an open secret of Konoha.
Fugaku nodded in agreement and stated, "Indeed, there's no pressing matter at the moment. I'll take this opportunity to step out and look aroud. Please rest assured, Hokage-sama, that my clan won't be causing any trouble for you."
The third Hokage felt somewhat awkward as they were confronted with this assertion, but ultimately nodded since Fugaku had expressed himself in such a reasonable manner. It's not in his nature to decline such modest requests.

Fugaku looked at Akihiko, who was wearing the Uchiha clan emblem on his clothes, and said carefully: "Akihiko, you will have to deal with the Uchiha clan and the guards while I'm gone. Don't let them make any trouble."
He sensed that Uchiha's clan is somewhat dissatisfied with Konoha, so he left someone he trusted to handle things. He also wanted to test his true strength by going outside.
Testing his strength in the village was not a smart choice. What if his physique was not good enough, or he lost control of himself? He would only attract the fear and hatred of the higher-ups. He didn't care about that, but the other people from Uchiha clan might suffer terribly.
He knew that leaving the village would also cause some discontent, but he couldn't care less. It was better to be disliked than to be envied.
There was another important reason why he wanted to leave. He wanted to avoid Mikoto, especially during her pregnancy.
He knew it was wrong to leave his wife alone when she was pregnant, but he had to suppress his urge by training hard. Mikoto finally agreed to let him go after he begged her many times. She would have Megumi to take care of her.
Fugaku's words made Akihiko laugh out loud: "Don't worry, I'll handle everything. But are you sure you want to go out without any guards? You're the leader of the Uchiha clan, after all."

He didn't have anyone watching Fugaku before, but Fugaku didn't hide his departure this time. He left in a blatant manner, so Danzo found out.

A blazing fireball, enhanced by the wind, flew towards Fugaku with a fierce force and heat. Fugaku didn't bother to counter with any ninjutsu. He let the flames swallow him whole.
"Hmph, that's all you got."
"Alright, let's finish him off."
"Let's go, he's just a lunatic."
The ninjas talked and left. At that moment, a mocking voice came out: "Hey, hey, don't go. Where else can I get money to raise my child?"
"What?"
"How is that possible?"
The ninjas turned around in disbelief. The fire gradually faded, and they saw the young man standing unharmed in the middle of the flames, his clothes intact.
Fugaku sneered: "hey, don't act so surprised, your flames are pathetic, and your wind is lame. I really don't know how you have the guts to mess in the Land of Fire."
