27 Ch 27 : Corronation

The deal between Seth and Tsuru has been pretty much finalized, with Seth would be throned as a Sichibukai three days later.

However, it seems that Tsuru still had something to say.

" Seth.. you know, even though you are not bad, you have only barely touched the requirement to be a Sichibukai…" Tsuru stopped on her words for a while before she sighed.

" No, just forget what I said before. I just hope that you can get stronger soon. If not, you might get in a bit of trouble. A crazy monkey seemed to have picked an interest no you."

" ???? "

Time flew like an elephant, and three days soon passed.

For some reason, Seth really couldn't get Tsuru's words out of his mind, and because of that he had decided to prepare.

Using 3000 counterattack points, he upgraded his physique into B, and now he should have no big problem maintaining two big dragons at the same time. Even three if he wants a pretty quick battle.

Behind Seth, Tashigi and Isuka silently followed him. Today's destination was the Marine Headquarters, so definitely, Seth wouldn't bring the likes of Robin and Mikita.

The group quickly arrived at the Marine's headquarters. Here, Whitebeard had not attacked yet, so the headquarters was still in Paradise.

Seth went down from the sailing boat and couldn't help but marvel at the sight of the Marine headquarters.

For him, a One Piece Fans, this was definitely an iconic building. Heck, Seth even wanted a pic and posted it on his Social Media if he could.

Nevertheless, he didn't spend time dilly sallying. Since he had a business here, Seth quickly shook off all the unimportant thoughts as he directly went to the big middle platform, where the Sichibukai coronation would be held.

Looking around, Seth could see there were a lot of journalists. It couldn't be helped, though. This was such a big event, and for the first time, Sichibukai's coronation would be held in the Marine's base. It was like saying that this new Sichibukai would fully support Marine.

But Seth was not underprepared. He held the mask on his face, and a smile quickly emerged.

' Well, I should be pretty cool today.'

After some discussion with Tsuru, Seth had decided to hide his identity. The identity of the Holzberg merchant group's sole successor was already very good. And adding a Sichibukai title on top of it might be not the best course of action.

Therefore, Seth agreed to Tsuru's proposal to hide his identity. Today, he came to the marine base under the identity of Tiamat, the merchant of death.

The process of coronation went without any hitch. Seth was quickly titled the newest Sichibukai, and his name got a lot of attention in the whole world as the world news spread the fake news that Seth singlehandedly defeated Crocodile, and was the one that saved Alabasta from Crocodile's tyranny.

However, the real thing only came after the coronation was over.

When Seth thought that it was over and he could finally go back home, standing in front of him was the line-up of Marine's strongest powerhouse.

From the left to right, Akainu, Aokiji, Kizaru, Sengoku, Garp and Tsuru.

Even Whitebeard alone would not be able to handle all of them together, and now Seth faced this group together. There was an instinct that told him to run as fast as possible. But just before he could do anything, a hand slapped him on the shoulder.

" Hahahaha, good kid! I'm really satisfied with you!"

" ??? "

It was Garp who placed his hand on Seth's shoulder while laughing. To be honest, Seth was startled. Was this old man smoking something wrong this morning?

But soon, he seemed to realize what caused him to act like this.

" By the way kid, rather than being a Sichibukai, how about being a Marine? If you become a Marine, this old man here would give you some special training!"

To be honest, it was not a bad offer. If Seth didn't have any background, he would definitely agree to this offer. Unfortunately, Seth right now was the Son of the Holzberg family, and his family definitely wouldn't agree with him joining the marine.

But luckily, Tsuru came to the rescue.

She slapped Garp's hand as she shook her head.

" Garp, we have talked about this before… As of our current condition, him being a Sichibukai is our best option. The Sichibukai is like a force that is under us but not under our control, so Seth being there should be more beneficial to us."

" Haha…"

Garp laughed awkwardly. But it seemed that he still had not given up yet.

Even though Tsuru had said so, his eyes still had that burning gaze toward Seth.

" Well, it's a pity that you couldn't be a marine. Still, how about we play a bit. After all, it is a pity if we didn't know your capabilities with our eyes."
