Preparation Takes Time and Money

Hearing Lilith's words made Ein think a bit.

Ever since coming to this world, there have been many moments when he felt he was too lucky. For example, when he got Lilith from a normal Aide summoning, that was outside the realm of luck and nearing divine providence or a miracle instead.

Finding fool's stones and philosopher's stones was even more of a miracle, considering their proximity and rarity.

Although there were moments that tested the limits of how low his luck could drop, overall, his luckiness was at the level of being suspected of cheating.

"So do you think the reason why I could suddenly understand Nayta's words is because of this?" Ein pointed to the glasses, asking.

"Honestly, yes, it should be." Lilith sighed as she nodded. "But don't try using it on long-lived beings like me or Michelle. Scanning our lives, even considering the time we spent sleeping alone, would overload your puny brain."
