19 Mei Xiu's Grandma!

"What are you doing here?" Mei Xiu asked blinking her eyes in surprise. "What? Can't I even come to a hospital?" Zhao Tian asked with a smile.

"N-No, it's not like that... I mea- AH!" He pulled her hand making her step into the elevator "First come inside."

*swoosh* *thud* The elevator door closed and Zhao Tian asked letting go of her hand "Which floor do you wanna go to?" Mei Xiu frowned a little "You came to the ground floor, aren't you leaving the hospital?"

"Don't mind the small details and tell me, which floor." A sigh left Mei Xiu's lips because she knew it was useless to talk back against this annoying guy and reluctantly responded "Fourth." *click*

As the elevator moved, Mei Xiu looked at him in the corner of her eyes "It's been a while since I saw you in my classes, is it because of the rumors about you and Fei Xiyu?"

Zhao Tian shook his head "No, I am just busy with some stuff..." Mei Xiu, with a hint of sarcasm in her voice "Hmm... I am surprised an arrogant rascal like you could also be busy." 

Zhao Tian could only chuckle hearing this "Is that how you see me?" Mei Xiu, without hesitation, nodded her head "Yeah, a brat who never listens to classes and likes to tease women."

With a mischievous grin Zhao Tian gently extended his hand pinching her waist. *gik* "Ahhh!" Mei Xiu's body jolted as she took a step back, "Y-You again?" she exclaimed, frustration evident in her voice as she rubbed her waist to alleviate the mild pain.

*thud* At this time, the door opened and two more people entered the elevator on the third floor. Mei Xiu hurriedly closed her mouth not wanting to yell in front of people.

Filled with frustration, she squinted her eyes in annoyance, and as she caught sight of his playful grin, her anger intensified even further 'I'll surely get you back for this...'

As they reached the floor, both of them came out of the elevator and Mei Xiu walked away, After a moment, Mei Xiu turned around and asked "Why are you following me?"

Zhao Tian shrugged "You walking in front of me is not my problem." Annoyed by his indifferent response, Mei Xiu's lips twitched with exasperation before she swiftly turned away and made her way into a hospital room.

Entering inside, she took a deep breath and a smile appeared on her face "Grandma!" her voice filled with warmth and affection. She walked towards the bed and saw an old woman lying on it.

The old woman, Li Qianzhi, smiled as she gently looked at her granddaughter, "Xiu'er..." Mei Xiu sat on the bed and took her grandmother's hand in hers. "Grandma..."

"You don't need to come every day, Xiu'er. Here the nurses are taking good care of me and the doctor also said I am getting well... You should take care of yourself."

Mei Xiu smiled softly "I know my things and I am doing well. So, don't worry about me."

At this time the door opened and Mei Xiu panicked looking at the handsome young man "Student Zhao, what are you doing here? Did you follow me even here? This is my grandma's room."

Zhao Tian let out a playful chuckle "This is my grandma's room too... right, Grandma?" he asked in a teasing tone.

Li Qianzhi was surprised "Xiu'er... he is?" she asked, her curiosity evident in her voice. Mei Xiu glanced at Li Qianzhi "Don't worry Grandma, he is just a brat... I didn't know he followed me here."

Zhao Tian walked to the bed, sitting on the chair next to it "Hello, Grandma... I am Zhao Tian." A look of surprise flashed on Li Qianzhi's face hearing his name "You are Zhao Tian? Hahaha... Li Jie has talked a lot about you. I am glad I can finally see you"

Zhao Tian smiled upon hearing this "Seems like you know me from that old man." Li Qianzhi laughed "Haha, Of course, of course..."

Mei Xiu was dumbfounded seeing her Grandma laughing loudly after many years "G-Grandma, you know him?" Li Qianzhi, on the other hand, couldn't contain her amusement "En. Li Jie said many good things about him and at one point I even thought of marrying him with you... Haha."

"I will bring the water..." She spoke quickly leaving the room with the bottle. Li Qianzhi stopped coughing and sighed "Oh, she left?"

Eh? "That was fake?" Zhao Tian asked stupefied. Li Qianzhi giggled "Well, yeah... so I could speak alone with you." "Hm?"

A soft sigh escaped her lips "Zhao Tian, I know you are a kind and good young man from just hearing from Li Jie. I know it's much to ask... but can you take care of Xiu'er?"

"Grandma?"

"Haha, I didn't mean you to marry her or something like that... Be with her at least as a friend. That silly girl, to take care of me studied hard and never really enjoyed her life."

"I am leaving, Grandma..." Zhao Tian spoke and got up. Li Qianzhi nodded "Hm... Tian, can you drop Xiu'er on the way?" she asked with a smile.

"Huh? I know how to go to my apartment myself." Mei Xiu retorted. Li Qianzhi shook her head "I am telling you, so go with Tian."

*vroom* *vroom* A car stopped in front of an apartment and Zhao Tian looked outside the window "So, this is your apartment?"

Mei Xiu nodded her head "En." *click* Zhao Tian unlocked the doors in the car "Then, see you later.".

Mei Xiu glanced at his eyes, her eyes filled with tenderness "So, really thank you... I-I know it's much to ask but if you had time please visit her."

A smile appeared on Zhao Tian's face "Sure." 

With a gentle nod, Mei Xiu turned to open the door and exit but she struggled with the handle. Zhao Tian smiled wryly "Don't tell me... Mei Xiu, you don't even know how to exit a car."

Mei Xiu felt a rush of embarrassment upon hearing his comment, her cheeks turning a shade of crimson "I-I mean, I have never been in a car before."

With a sigh, Zhao Tian gently leaped from his seat to open the door. As he moved, their bodies inadvertently made contact, causing Mei Xiu to blush in embarrassment, acutely aware of the unexpectedly intimate situation they found themselves in.

She looked down at his handsome face, which was right in front of her, and shyly looked away. *click* The door opened "Here, this is how you open it."

 "E-En... I am leaving..." She quickly left the car.

"What do you think?" Xia Shenyi asked looking at Zhao Tian, both of them standing in front of the Pagoda-like structure.

"Since the seal is broken, we just have to enter and see what it is." Zhao Tian spoke and as they both stepped near to it the door opened itself.

*swoosh* Zhao Tian disappeared from there and seeing this Xia Shenyi was confused "Huh? What happened?"

She also tried to enter the door but it repelled her causing her to take two steps back. *thud* Xia Shenyi narrowed her eyes "I am forbidden? Maybe only the Master could enter it?"
