the following week I did the same routine. woke up got dress, went to my mom shop with her. I did get a haircut though. I believe it's called a Bob. I wanted something new before going back to school.

I frowned at the sun but got up and started to get dress for school. I haven't talk to johny since that night or his sister, I was avoiding of course. I walked outside Johny and Sarah was just about to knock on my door.

Mom: Honey have you ate something? come in all on of you.

Johny and Sarah came in and sat down for breakfast. My mother hired someone at the shop in order for her to see me off to school.

Johny: Good morning

Sarah: Good morning

Mom: Good morning.

Everyone looked at me to see will I say it too. "ugh" I thought. I was trying to go early so I would not run into them

Carla: Good morning

we all ate of course Johny ate the most, after we ate we walked to school.

Stephanie was waiting on the bus too or maybe waiting on Johny?

Stephanie: Sugar plum is been two weeks, how long are you going to keep punishing me just because we have different in opinions?

Johny: It was not a difference of opinion Stephanie, your truth is your truth I don't want to change that. Please accept our break up and move on with your life.

I have never heard him talk to her like that, I guess they really are over?

Sarah: I'll tell you on the bus.

She said quietly. I smirked in agreement

Stephanie: What are you laughing at?

I was going to respond when Johny stepped in

Johny: Leave her alone Stephanie take your frustration on cheering today.

Stephanie: What are you all staring at?

Every one quickly turned around as if Noone saw anything.

We hop on the bus. Sarah filled Me in on what happened 2 weeks ago. even went as far to say she thinks her brother might even love someone else. I wanted to see who Johny loves that would cause him to treat Stephanie that way? she must be some woman? She's probably in college for sure.

I also share my news of getting my period. We were giggling soo loud.

We went to the cafeteria together as usual Johny was with his boys versus Stephanie.

Sarah: The cafeteria lady ask what do you want?

Carla: Oh um Pancake sorry.

When we finally secure a table. Stephanie and her gang of cheerleader walked up to me and Sarah.

Stephanie: Johny is not here to protect you weakling what will you do?

Sarah: Continue to eat.

Stephanie face boiled with anger she was about to lean over and grab me, to my surprise Sarah stop her

Sarah: If you think I will let you lay one finger on the queen you are sadly mistaken.

"Ahhh" Stephanie screamed in pain. The security guard quickly made his way to us. I forcefully let go of Sarah's hand that was apparently crushing Stephanie's fingers

Before the security came, He found Stephanie crying on the floor.

security: What happend?

Stephanie: Carla let her dog loose on me

She said while looking at Sarah. Sarah had this look on her face I've never seen before. The security guard ask us to follow him to the principles office. We miss nearly two periods before the principle came to talk to us.

Principle: What happend?

Stephanie: They attacked me out of nowhere. When I was going over there to ask if they wanted to sit with my squad?

principle: Since it is violent we need to call all of your parents.

Carla: There might not be a reason too, I would hate to disturb my father in his line of work. Can you just play the tape am sure the school have cameras right?

The principles agreed, He called for the tape and played it back. He clearly see who was at wrong here.

principle: Sorry for this you all can go to class. except you Ms Stephanie. Oh and Ms Carla and Ms Sarah I will need to contact your parent of this incident. But for now you can go back to class.

Walking out of the principle office Johny was in the front.

Johny: Are you ok?

Sarah: Yes am fine. You know am fine young prince.

I turned around and started to walk away, after all; he was not talking to me.

I felt His hand on my shoulder. I turn around to see his eyes express deep concern

Johny: Are you okay?

I smiled reassuring him

Carla: Um yes am fine.

He followed me. He seemed troubled.

Johny: Just fine? are you fine with how we are now?

He stop to look at me and I stop to look at him. Wondering if this is a dream because my dream have gotten pretty dirty lately.

Carla: What do you mean?

Johny: I mean are we ok?

I seen him frowned like that's not what He was trying to say.

Johny: Have you forgiving me yet?

Carla: Have I let the go of the incident? yes.

Johny: Um so

Before He could say another word the school bell rung and I made my way to my third period.

Teacher: Good morning Ms Carla

Carla: Good morning

teacher: We are taking a test for the day. You unfortunately submitted the weeks you were out, instead of having you sit and wait would like a pass to the library?

Carla: Yes please.

I took the hall pass and headed to the library. The other 4 classes was almost the same thing. I was soo bored out of my mind I couldn't wait to go to my basketball practice.

When I got on the field. The ladies was lining up waiting on the coach I quickly took my position

group: AFTERNOON COACH

coach: Afternoon ladies. The weather is not bad we will play ball outside.

Group: Yes Coach

Coach: Carla welcome back. we're you tired of being lazy? I had my niece Joane took over your team while you was out.

Carla: Understand coach!

My coach wanted her niece to be captain of my squad but my girls loyalty was to me.

When we all grabed our balls and headed outside. Johny was occupying the race track.

some ladies whistled, others had a mouthful to say.

first girl: How can a human being be that fine? I heard his free to mingle ladies

Second girl: I don't even want forever with him just a few night to see if his as manly below as he is up head.

Everyone started laughing even the coach was patting and fixing her weave.

Coach: Okay ladies let's put on a good show.

Johny had sun Kiss skin, black raven hair, his eyes a beautiful hazel enough to lure you and make you submissive to him. Looking in his eyes you can tell "No" did not exist to him. I bet Noone had ever told him no before?

I didn't want to get too close, I could tell she was not completely enjoying my company, but I did not want to be too far either so stayed behind just to see her practice. An voice interrupted my thoughts

Deon: yo! yo Johny!

I turned around ready to litsend to what he had to say.

Deon: I gotta get with you about something man. Serious

Johny: Well am here what's wrong?

Deon: Did you know about Alice party last night?

Johny: Yeah

Deon: Why didn't you go?

Johny: You know I don't like that type of stuff.

Deon: I went and your girl was there too

My hand clenched

Deon: She came on to me pretty strong. But I ended up leaving the party with someone else. I heard yall break up but I wasn't sure, so I thought I would come and let you know what went down.

Johny: It's cool and thanks. But yeah naw, she is free to date whoever. We are not a thing anymore.

Deon: Let me see, cheerleader on one side and basketball ball players on the other side. who you feeling?

He took a sit next to me, on the grass.

Deon: Did you see that sexy new hair cut Carla got man.. what do I gotta doooo?

Johny: I think am feeling Carla

Deon: We all know that!

Johny: What?

Deon: Yes, everyone knows! even derin who knows little about everything knows that.

I looked shock, I thought I was discreet

Deon: Yeah is the things you did when you didn't notice you are doing it, Like how you wondered if she had a jacket or was she in school already, things like that. That's why me and the boys like to tease you alot. I ain't gonna lie she is fine though but Noone wanted to approach her because captain wanted her, He just hadn't made up his mind yet. Good luck man. Oh and if Stephanie come on to me again I won't hesitate

Johny: Fine by me..

He was slowly getting up to leave

Johny: oh and one more thing. What ever you and her do, you better not tell a soul

Speaking of Stephanie

Deon: Come on man, you cramping my style.

Johny: Those are the terms. It's gone look bad on me.

Deon laughed and nodded in agreement "enjoy the show, she is one tought customer though" He laughed

"Don't I know it, it's time though man" I responded. Deon laughed while walking away.

Practice had finish for Carla and I was more than excited to walk her home.
