43 Awakening (1)

A giant helicopter flew above the Ocean making its way towards a small island far from the shore of the mainland.

As the helicopter approached the small island, the pilot carefully maneuvered the aircraft through the strong gusts of wind that buffeted it.

From the passenger seat a pair of golden eyes looked indifferently at the island with a little bit of excitement hidden deep inside of them.

As they neared the island, the pilot spotted a clearing near the edge of the shoreline, the perfect spot for a safe landing. The helicopter began to descend, the sound of its rotors reverberating across the island.

As the helicopter touched down, the passengers who consists of a young man and woman began to unbuckle their seatbelts. The door slid open with a whoosh, and the salty scent of the ocean filled the cabin.

As they stepped out of the helicopter, they were met by the warm sun, a gentle breeze, and the sound of waves crashing on the shore. The island was small, but it was covered in lush vegetation and dotted with palm trees.

As the sun rays fell on him, the handsome young man stood tall and proud, his physique sculpted with the chiseled lines of a swimmer's body. He had a muscular build that was both powerful and graceful, and his movements were confident and purposeful.

His striking features were only enhanced by the sun's golden light, which made his hair shine like pure silver, flowing down in thick waves around his face. His eyes, the color of pure gold, sparkled with intelligence and warmth, and held a depth that spoke of experiences beyond his years.

Overall, this woman radiates a quiet, serene beauty, one that captivates and leaves an indelible impression on all those lucky enough to lay their eyes upon her.

The other aircrafts escorting both of them landed near them and a group of heavily armed troops who wore black mercenary uniform stepped out of them and encircled the helicopter and looked at them both with complete respect.

"At ease"

The young man said to the troops with a cold yet majestic voice which was full of authority.

"I will be heading to the centre of the island, half of you all will be escorting me but during my awakening no one would disturb me and would protect me from any external harm"

"The remaining half would be with my aunt to protect her safety"

"Do you all understand?"

"Yes sir!"

"Good, now escort me to the centre"

As Lucifer said the troops took their positions and started to escort them to the centre of the island as they were instructed.

It's been 2 weeks since the crowning ceremony.

A lot have been happened during this 2 weeks.

First, the Hermes Morrison became the new patriarch of the Morrison family which was a huge news for everyone in the world.

Many powers didn't expect this results, not talking about the large organisations even the members of the Morrison family didn't expect him to win but he won the elections and became the new head.

His vicious and twisted personality broke out in front of the main members of the family who were similarly twisted and because of this Hermes power over the family consolidated stronger than Stephen or Ares could even have.

Though Hermes is a person with twisted personality he is also a man of his words.

Though this weird combination may sound weird but it's just how the fate wants him to be.

In the novel even though Hermes was a villain he was a man of words and kept his promises no matter what.

To keep his words shouldn't be expected by any villain but it was how he proggramed to be and also a reason Lucifer approached Hermes.

When system mentioned the rewards of freeing Ares and Elizabeth from the clutches of fate, Lucifer was confused at first but system explained him nicely more about the fate.

This world was created based on the story of a novel and the fate or the will of the world of this world which is just an imaginary but real entity would do anything for the world to go down the same path it was intended to be.

From the beginning of this world everyone has their life destined to follow the fate which had made clear calculations for everyone on how to act just to make sure the story would progress on the right path.

Because of this the fate proggramed the main characters and did a little trick on them to make their upbringing to match their character which was written for them.

Like a spell working on them the characters couldn't act any other way different from how the fate has planned for them but due to appearance of a fateless like Lucifer everything has started to go awry.

Lucifer's title of being fateless and fate severer can make the effect of fate on others reduced and make them free from their destiny but for this effect to put on the work more effectively Lucifer shall have strong emotions towards them and if it is positive then it would be way better.

In Elizabeth's case Lucifer's title of fate severer worked but since Lucifer did have strong emotions towards her but since none of them were positive it didn't worked that effectively.

Will the fate harm Lucifer? What would happen to the plot because of this?

According to the system fate may be real but is still imaginary meaning it doesn't truly exists in physical forms of has any free will.

It won't attack or do anything bad to Lucifer since he is fateless and doesn't come under the jurisdiction of fate he would be safe.

The fate can't directly harm him nor could make anyone harm him since it can't even detect him because of him being fateless.

As for the plot. The fate would try to reduce the effects of the changes in plots and would just make sure that even the changed plot don't go way too awry.

As for the artefacts Lucifer had taken or anything he would take from the protagonist all would be replaced with other things for the protagonist which would be similar but weaker than the original artefacts fate had planned for.

Killing the sidecharacters would be bad but their effects could also be reduced by introducing new characters who would instead guide the protagonist and same goes for villains and others.

As for killing the main cast, in truth he could do it but he can't right now as they are being protected by very very powerful beings of the universe who are spying on them through shadows and protecting the 'it' inside them and if Lucifer kills them than he would have to face the wrath of those dangerous beings for which he isn't ready yet.
