24 24. Enough

(Audience POV)

'Slap'

Just as Lucifer slapped Sarah outside everyone was shocked.

Ares who had lost his cool looking at the scene unfolding before his eyes stood up and released his terrifying aura for all to experience.

He watched his beloved daughter getting humiliated and getting beaten up, he was truly enraged.

He didn't actually care about Albert's punishment, he didn't care about him. The only reason he stood up for him was because of her princess' wishes.

Yesterday's events of Lucifer ruthlessly killing her in the competition and also talking rudely to his wife was already enough, he had tried his hard maintaining his calm but now he has lost his calm because Lucifer had crossed the line he shouldn't have.

His body unconsciously released a dark aura from him representing his colour and he wasn't just the one, Elizabeth also emitted her pressure and a blue aura enveloped her.

Looking at her daughter getting tortured she momentarily forgot that Lucifer was her son and yesterday's conversation with him, now she just wanted to help her daughter and torture Lucifer the same way he had done to her daughter.

The intimidation from them soon turned into the killing intent which didn't escape Stephen and Emma's eyes who were also in daze.

They had a hunch that Lucifer will try to do something against Sarah but openly torturing her they have never thought about this.

Lucifer who always remained indifferent but with his family especially with his sister and parents he always remains full of smiles but now he was ruthlessly torturing her like this.

Stephen with his super human senses was able to catch a glimpse of the small smile on Lucifer's face when he was torturing Sarah and was even more dumbfounded.

He wasn't angry for Sarah, even if she was his adoptive granddaughter he cared about her equally as he did for Lucifer but watching them grow and notice the moves of Sarah about spreading rumours and what not she did for everyone to stay away from Lucifer, his impression of her kept getting worse.

He sometimes wanted to intervene in this but he was unable to.. no he didn't even try to.

'Has he fallen into this state now'

He clenched at the golden pendant he was wearing and closed his eyes.

After a second when he opened his golden eyes were shining with a strange light which no one noticed looking at the Lucifer his eyes went wide and he stopped holding his pendant and closed his eyes for a moment.

When he opened his eyes a drop of tear rolled down his cheeks and he looked at his own grandson with shocked eyes, with regret and pity mixed in them.

As he looked at Lucifer the pressure emanating from Ares and Elizabeth grabbed his attention, he noticed their killing intents towards their own son.

Looking at them his heart filled with an immense amount of anger and his grip on his throne tightened.

The side cracks began to form on them as the force on his grip increased.

Ares who was completely oblivious to Stephen's anger was looking at Lucifer with bloodshot eyes.

He turned around and saw Stephen looking at him but didn't notice his anger.

"Patriarch are you just going to keep Lucifer going on like this"

"This time Lucifer had crossed all the limits, Patriarch I request you to intervene with this now and give Lucifer the punishment he deserves"

As Ares spoke everyone else followed him and those who first didn't participate also joined in after watching their children brutally beaten up.

Emma stood up but instead of saying anything she just looked at her father with concerned eyes and unlike others she noticed the anger her father was holding back.

This time she was really worried that her father would also join in to punish Lucifer and this time she wouldn't be able to do anything.

Lucifer inside the dome scratched Sarah's face and finally went for Albert.

"Patriarch please stop Lucifer, if this goes on he will kill Albert, we agree with the previous decision and agree his exile please patriarch"

Albert's parents went on their knees as they watched Lucifer go towards Albert.

"He has crossed all the limits, patriarch please ask him to stop this"

Ares also regained his rationality and noticed his father's anger which he was holding back.

'It seems like father is also angry with Lucifer for his actions this time'

Ares concluded in his mind not knowing what actually was going on inside Stephen's head.

"Yes, Lucifer should be punished"

Hundreds of the audience who watched the whole thing started to demand this altogether.

Stephen who heard their will closed his eyes.

A terrifying pressure thousands of times greater than what Stephen emitted at the starting of the court descended upon everyone and regardless of their rank everyone leaving only Emma out went down on their knees and coughed up blood while some even fainted.
