109 Mona

When Zen had finished taking a dump earlier and found out that he already had his [Evil Heart] in the real world, he tried disassembling the evil energy and converting it into mana, just like what he did in the game.

The only reason why he could get used to it easily was because he had full connection to the Free World. If not, then he would have to use hours or even days just to get used to the feeling of the subtle energy in his body.

'I've been doing this since around 10 am right? I wonder how many mana points I've got…' Thinking this, Zen glanced at Sera and Nana, who were both lying in the bed, to make sure that they're alright.

Then, he began counting the threads of mana swirling inside his heart.

Inside a forest…

Sera opened her eyes and saw the familiar Forest of Savages where she logged off last time.

She looked around for a while before hurrying towards the center of the city where she first spawned.

'I should be able to get there in about an hour or so…' Sera thought as she analyzed the distance between her and her destination.

Although they told Nana to stay put where she spawned, Sera remembered the curiosity and excitement in her eyes and couldn't help but be worried.

'Oh, she's totally going to explore around!'

Thinking this, she sped up further, not bothering to look for Helena first.

"Woahhhh~"

In an unknown place, a young girl who seemed to be about 10 years old looked at her surroundings with amazement.

It looked like a simple village. However, near it was what seemed to be a grandiose forest that emitted some kind of energy which attracted the young girl.

The young girl's fuchsia-colored eyes wandered around the place and said to herself, "It wouldn't hurt to explore around a little bit, right? Just a little…"

[Ding!]

"Huh? What's this?" The young girl looked confusedly at the floating window in her vision. Then, she began to read it seriously.

Earlier, her Brother Zen and Sister Sera had told her that she must take everything here seriously. So, she kept their advice in her heart and followed it.

"Hey kid, what's your name?"

However, before she could read the contents of the floating window, a gentle voice sounded behind the young girl.

The young girl turned around and saw a girl with dark aurora green hair who seemed to be slightly taller than her.

The young girl was about 4 feet and 9 inches tall while the girl with dark aurora green hair was around 4 feet and 11 inches.

Fascinated by her beauty, the young girl responded, "Mona…"

The girl's eyes sparkled as she looked at the young girl, "Mona? What an adorable name!"

Then, she proceeded to ask, "Do you want to come with me?"

Hearing this, Mona became wary. However, just as she was about to deny, she saw something that made her change my mind.

With sparkling eyes, Mona said excitedly, "Sure Sister!"

Being called "sister" by such an adorable kid made the girl with dark aurora green hair flustered. It seemed as if she couldn't get enough of Nana's cuteness.

"1…"

Back in the room, Zen had just finished counting the strands of mana in his heart.

"If each strand is equal to a mana point… Then I think I have about 1 million…" Zen felt flustered at the huge number.

He was flustered because he didn't convert evil energy to mana recklessly. Instead, he only did it once a while since 10 am. After all, this process required his concentration.

Meaning that the mana he gained would be more than 1 million if he learned to multitask and passively convert evil energy to mana.

Also, he was worried earlier that this process would be detected even while closing his pores with the [Cell Control] skill. Even if it had a low chance of being detected, Zen still wouldn't take the risk.

Then, he glanced at the wall clock in the room and saw that it was already 8 pm. They finished eating at about 6:40 pm.

'Sister and Nana had entered the game at around 7 pm so it must've been around 2 hours in the game…' Zen thought.

Then, he realized how fast he counted the mana threads in his heart. This made Zen wonder.

'Since I gained the [Cell Control] skill, I seem to be able to easily manage and control everything inside my body…' Before Zen could think any further, a sound caught his attention.

He looked towards the direction of the sound and saw Sera sitting up.

Curious, he asked, "Did something happen?"

Sera shook her head and replied, "Nothing, Brother. There were no announcements and no abnormalities that happened. I also didn't see Nana in the place where I spawned."

Hearing this, Zen thought and said, "Is that so…" Then, he continued, "Alright. I'll check if she's in my spawn area but there's a high chance that she spawned somewhere else. So we really need to procure the maps."

Sera nodded in agreement, "I think so too."

Zen said, "Since it seems that it will take a while before Nana logs off again, let's just leave a letter for her."

Afterwards, the siblings wrote down a letter for Nana, just in case she logged off while they were in the game.

Of course, they didn't forget to leave letters for their parents.

After everything was done, the two checked Nana's condition.

Seeing that she seemed to be fine, the siblings proceeded to enter the game while lying beside Nana.
