"I assume you are here for the assignment," Russel said as he took a box and handed it to Rem.

Opening it, Rem found a small armor for her, as well as a flail similar to the one she already had. (A / N: I would have drawn Rem in armor, but the budget *COFF* *COFF* time isn't much.)

Rem was pleasantly surprised by the gift.

"That flail absorbs all kinds of energy, it was the only thing that Subaru specified for me, I suppose you will find some use for it," Russel said as he returned to his work.

"Why would it absorb energy?" Rem wondered as she looked at the flail.
