We walked until we reached a clearing surrounded by trees where nothing could be seen except the darkness of the forest.

Lying in the middle of the clearing was a girl with blue hair and a light blue dress.

I walked towards her next to Rem and took out my Raska Fang.

Rem: "Are you going to kill that girl? You said we were here to eliminate the perpetrator of the incident."

Subaru: "Don't be fooled by his appearance ... Take a good look." I said to then approach the girl.

(A / N: I'm not going to write "Blue Haired Girl" everywhere so we'll call her by her real name which is: Meili Portroute.)

I pointed my Raska Fang at his neck and when I was going to nail him a Mabeast came out of the trees and attacked me.

The Beast did not last two seconds alive.

It was filled with white lines representing the cuts I made in one second.

Meili quickly got up off the ground and pointed her finger at me.

Meili: "Hey! How did you know I wasn't an innocent girl !?" She screamed.

Subaru: "Intuition?" I took a step forward and behind the trees, a lot of red circles lit up.

They were the eyes of the Beasts that take care of their owner.

Meili: "I'm sorry but before you do something to me you will have to go through my pets."

Subaru: 'The perfect time to test the shadows ... I could also do some teamwork.'

Subaru: "And your pets for mine ... 'Wake-up Bitches'." I said with a smile. (A / N: Thanks to Jelly_Red_Kuma as I found it to match the sometimes playful personality of the MC.)

After saying that a lot of shadows rose from the ground.

Meili: 'He's a tamer too !? No! Rather ... what Mabeasts are those !? '

A drop of sweat appeared on Meili's face when she saw things unknown to a tamer.

With a complicated smile, Meili said: "Hmph, never mind I have a hundred Beasts under my control!"

Subaru: "Quantity does not matter but quality." After saying this the shadow infantry proceeded to attack the Beasts.

None lasted more than five seconds with the shadow infantry.

Meili trying to keep her smile of superiority said: "Well you will need something better than that to beat this." She said and behind her came a cub that turned into a rather fearsome Mabeast rose forward.

Black fur, salivating mouth with sharp teeth, red eyes, and looks like a wolf but unlike the others, this one was much bigger than the others.

*Growl*

Subaru: "Hahahaha! I could defeat that thing in seconds but I'll let someone else take care of it ... 'Igris'."

As soon as it came out, you could see the pressure that it emanated throughout the environment.

Rem: "That thing is almost as strong as you, right?" I ask with concern.

Subaru: "Indeed!"

While Meili's small army was rapidly deteriorating and her hopes were fading, I was slowly getting closer to her.

My smile changed to an emotionless face. It did not allow to represent anything.

I threw my Raska Fang towards Meili

Elza: "I knew it would be too dangerous to let you accomplish this mission alone."

Meili turns to Elza with teary eyes and tears forming in her eyes ... Clearly overacting.

Meili: "Nee-Sama ... I thought I was going to die."

Elza: "It's your fault for not waiting for me ... You have become much stronger ... I knew that your destiny would be to die in my hands while I observe the color of your insides."

Subaru: "My vocabulary does not know some words ... And to your misfortune Destiny and dying are not in it." I said and used [Sprint] to get to her quickly and start my attack.

She rushed me and I made a quick suspension of blows but this time I jumped and Igris who was behind me gave Elza a kick which she was not able to dodge.

I went after them but the Mabeast which was still alive made an avalanche in our direction to facilitate the escape of Elza and Meili.

It finished in about two seconds which was enough to prevent us from reaching Elza's position.

Get down from the tree together with Rem and grab a medium-sized stone.

I took a big jump and held my breath.

I ran full speed along with Meili when I heard a crash.

When I looked ahead I saw how a damn stone had pierced my right thigh.

We had already reached Roswaal's mansion.

Subaru went with Emilia-Sama as she insisted on having his body checked for any injuries.

I was in a room with Nee-sama.

Ram: "We must thank Subaru for this. What he said is true ... If something had happened to the children, Roswaal-Sama would be responsible.
