Chapter 24: Christmas Party

- Dec, 22 Age 749 -

It's now December and we're planning a Christmas party. We've invited Ox-King, Roshi and Krillin.

Decorating a Christmas tree was me and Chichi said Christmas tree.

"Hey Chichi put these up." I gave her a decoration I made, in the shape of her, me and Artoria.

"There so cute!" she said but then a confused looked appeared in her face. "Where is Suno?" asked Chichi.

Hearing this I became surprised, I sighed and made one of her. "Now that I think about shouldn't we invite her?" says Chichi.

"Yeah sure why not." I doubt Doctor and Briefs and Panchy would mind. They were a very easy going people.

And so a couple hours before the party, I'm flying over to Suno's place. I landed down infront of her house and knocked.

The door opened and there was Suno's mother Maria. "Hello Mrs.Maria." I greeted the woman who smile warmly at me.

"Hello Goku it's good to see you again. Suno is in her room if you want to see her. Come on in it's cold outside." she says with a smile.

"Thank you." Entering I see Suno's father reading a news paper. "Hey Goku long time no see." said the man as he smoked his pipe.

"Hello Mr.Horton." I greeted him. "It's been quite a while since we last saw my boy. Suno has been missing you for quite a while." he says with a smile.

"You do know I'm (sorta/almost)in a relationship with two other girls right. Are you fine with me dating her?" says Goku, at this point he's given up and decided to just accept Chichi and Artoria's feelings at this point.

"It's fine as long as those girls consent to it we don't mind." says Maria with a smile on her face as she went to call Suno.

Soon a crimson blur shot out at Goku. "Goku your here!" says Suno with a smile on he face as she hugged him with all her might.

"Hey Suno it's good to see you again." I replied as I returned the hug.

A few minutes later and we're currently inside of her room. There were a lot of notes and books.

"You've been doing your own magical research?" I asked. She nodded and replied "Yeah I'm currently studying runes, I've been studying on how to magic circles from the comic books."

"I see, Suno the reason I'm here is I wanted to invite you to a Christmas party are you willing to come?"

"Sure I'd love to!"

The day arrived and everyone we invited showed up.

"Yo Goku how you been?" says a young man with black hair, he wore sun glasses.

He then turned to Krillin and Turtle. "Hey guys long ti-" Panchy pinched his cheek interrupting him, it didn't really hurt but it was annoying.

"Did you say you can make a potion of youth?" said the woman, Goku immediately understood what she was wanted.

"Really wished she came though. But I'm glad she's reunited with he family." says Chichi who was wearing an Christmas sweater, well we all were.

"Anyway I'd like you all to meet Suno. She's the person who I gave all those magic books to." I said as showed her to everyone.

She bowed and said "Hello it's nice to meet you all."

In the middle of the party, Suno was by herself, the little girl was able to fit in with everyone. She and Bulma even hit it off with Bulma.

Comparing magic and technology, it wasn't anything serious. The two just became interested into each other's respected fields, they decided to learn from each other.

"Yeah. I haven't just been focusing on pure power during these past few weeks. I've been working on my skills as a martial artist." say Goku with a smile.

"Is that so. I guess I've been focusing on power too much as well. How about a spar?" said the Roshi.

"Sure but lower your power." he nodded as the two started sparring.

"Geez! What are with those two and fighting?" said Bulma. Yamcha walked up and simply replied "We're martial artists babe. We constantly try to improve our skills, it not like it's any different from anyone who has something they are passionate about." says Yamcha as he took a sip of eggnog.

"Hey Yamcha wanna spar." says Artoria with a sword in hand. "Sure." she threw him Caliburn.

The two went outside where Goku and Roshi sparring as they began a sword fight.

The two being sword fighters naturally sparred with each other. So it's not strange to see the two in a sword fight now and then.

"Seriously what's with these guys and fighting?" said Bulma as she took a seat.

"Ah! I lost again!" say Oolong he was playing a game of poker with Puar. "You guys playing poker let me join." says Bulma.

All in all it was a good night.

That night while everyone was asleep. Goku was sleeping like a rock. The usual sight would be Chichi and Artoria clinging onto him.

However tonight was different.

"Artoria are we sure, we're supposed to be doing this?" whispered Chichi a scared look was on her face.

"Don't worry Goku is a deep sleeper, no will one know unless we don't say anything." whispered Artoria.

"Yeah but still." Chichi didn't sound convinced.

"Don't worry, even if we're caught Goku wouldn't be mad at us. Don't you want to learn if what our Mrs.Jenson taught us about boys were true?" said Artoria.
