36 Suneo's invitation

Doraemon inquired of Ken, "How can you effortlessly traverse parallel worlds?" His curiosity was evident in his voice.

Chuckling smugly, Ken replied, "Haha, I actually possess a door similar to yours, allowing me to travel freely." Retrieving the Anywhere Door from his pocket, although he had actually summoned it from his system inventory, Ken thought it was safe to reveal this to Doraemon since this Doraemon belonged to a parallel world, not his own.

Nobita and Prince Thio were astonished by Ken's pocket, which closely resembled Doraemon's.

Doraemon remained relatively unfazed, as he too possessed a 4Dimensional pocket, and even had a spare one.

"Eh? How is that possible? I know that even the large Anywhere Door in the future can only travel up to 100,000 light years away. How can your door access parallel universes!?" Doraemon asked with a shocked expression, while Nobita and Prince Thio, who didn't quite understand, wore clueless expressions.

"You may find it hard to believe, but I am also from the future," Ken lied with a straight face. He couldn't simply reveal the existence of his system, even if this Doraemon was from a parallel world.

"Wow! You're from the future?" Doraemon said with a surprised expression before adding, "But I haven't heard of any extraordinary doors from the future." Doraemon scratched his head in confusion.

"Yes, that's because I'm from a more advanced future, further ahead than yours," Ken said with a hopeful smile, trying to make his lie convincing.

Doraemon, with a perplexed expression, said, "Is that possible?" He pondered for a moment before adding, "I've heard that the Time Patrol closely guards the distant future. Well, maybe your world is a bit different from ours."

Nobita and Prince Thio, both with identical curious face, surrounded Ken and began asking different questions.

Nobita was curious about Ken's world, wondering if he was a genius and if Dekisugi was less intelligent, and whether Ken was the object of affection for many girls, especially Shizuka. He also wanted to know if Ken could beat Gian in a fight.

Prince Thio was intrigued by the concept of sorcery in Ken's world and expressed a desire to visit.

When Ken shook his head and declined, Prince Thio became angry and glared at Ken, saying, "This Prince commands you!"

Everyone was taken aback, with even Doraemon and Nobita feeling intimidated, but Ken remained composed.

"What can you do about it, Prince?" Ken chuckled and teased.

Doraemon and Nobita tried to warn him, but it was too late.

Prince Thio, infuriated, lunged at Ken, proclaiming, "You'll regret defying me!"

Ken, well-versed in martial arts, deftly evaded the attack and subdued Prince Thio with a single move.

To the surprise of Doraemon and Nobita, Prince Thio, resisting fiercely, forced Ken to stumble backward.

Ken was astonished by Prince Thio's strength.

Prince Thio then pounced once more, and a sudden flash of memory struck him. He vaguely remembered encountering Ken in a jungle, though their interaction had been brief. Despite this, Prince Thio continued his assault and exclaimed, "Are you Ledina!?"

Ken pushed Prince Thio away and restrained him again, this time applying more force.

"Stop this, you two!" Doraemon shouted, and both Doraemon and Nobita began to panic.

Prince Thio struggled but couldn't overpower Ken or escape his grasp.

Doraemon and Nobita intervened and managed to separate the two.

"You're stronger than I thought." Contrary to what Nobita and Doraemon had expected, Prince Thio complimented Ken on his strength and skills.

"Haha, you too. You're quite skilled. If you knew my martial arts techniques, you might even win," Ken responded with a compliment and a laugh.

Witnessing this, Doraemon and Nobita sighed in relief.

"I'll return to my world for now. Goodbye," after a lengthy conversation, Ken said. Nobita and Doraemon nodded as they watched Ken open his Anywhere Door, and it disappeared from their sight.

"His Anywhere Door is black," Nobita observed thoughtfully.

"Yes, it's not like the normal ones as well," Doraemon agreed.

...

Ken had just returned when the telephone in his room rang.

"Hello?" Ken answered, and it was Suneo's voice on the other end.

"Hello, Ken. Remember that I invited you to our house? Can you come tomorrow?" Suneo's request seemed unusual to Ken since, in his opinion, Suneo shouldn't need to remind him of the invitation, considering their financial differences.

"Yes, I can come tomorrow," Ken agreed without much thought.

"Great! See you tomorrow, then." Suneo's voice conveyed his happiness and readiness.

After the call ended, Ken thoughtfully pondered, "What could Suneo be planning?"

But then, Ken simply shrugged and said, "Oh well..."

He then turned on his system panel to check his tasks.

"Oh, the effort was worth it," Ken smiled.
