Sunday turned out to be a rather tiring day for me and my aunt. We spent the first half of the day moving everything we needed into the house and then settling in. And it wore me out so much that I went to bed at night instead of the usual trotting around the city.

As soon as I entered the school, I was greeted by countless people.
I had gotten used to it over the past few days, so automatically nodding at the greetings, I walked into the classroom and sat down in my seat and began to prepare for class.

After a couple of lessons, English class was supposed to start. But instead of the teacher, the headmaster, Andrew Davis, walked in.
- Ahem, dear students, may I have your attention please! - he coughed, stood at the blackboard, and then spoke so that everyone would pay attention to him.
- I have some news for you. Your English teacher, Mrs. Arrow, has gone on maternity leave. The lesson went quite well, and when the bell finally rang, everyone began to pack up their things, for it was lunchtime.

After waiting for everyone to leave, I approached the new teacher.

- All right, kid, you win. - she abruptly changed her tune and confessed.
- To be honest, you're pretty smart, even though the one-eyed man warned me that you're not an easy person, but seeing with your eyes and hearing with your ears are very different things. I'll introduce myself again. My name is Daisy Johnson, or Skye. - She held out her hand.
- Peter Parker. - I shook it back.

Entering the dining room and picking up a tray of food, I started walking towards my table, only to freeze ten meters away from it. For behind it sat Liz and Gwen chirping merrily about something.
Swallowing, I started walking towards it, for the girls had already spotted me and it wouldn't be nice to run away.
- Hi Gwen! - I smiled at her and then sat down in front of the girls.
- Hi Peter, how are you? - she greeted back with the same smile, and I immediately felt a sense of relief in my heart. But a little nervous, too, because the fucking pheromones might start working again.
- What are you two talking about? - I asked, because they seemed to be talking in a friendly way.
- About you. - Liz told me that she loved you, and even admitted it, and you turned her down. Even though you kissed her. - Liz said in a calm tone.
I almost choked on my juice when I heard her say that, and my eyes widened as if they were about to fall out of their sockets.
- Gwen listen, it's not what you think! I just-" I started to justify myself to her.
- And why are you answering to me? You'd better apologize to Liz, because you rejected the feelings of such a nice and beautiful girl. - Gwen said in an even tone, but I knew she was angry with me. Incredibly angry.
- Come on Liz, I don't feel like eating. - suddenly Gwen got up from the table and started to leave. And Liz followed her with an apologetic look on her face. I didn't blame Liz. Gwen was a smart girl, and she probably had somehow told Liz the truth, after all the rumors that had started flying around the school... And now I was the one who had to take the blame....
