Neo understands he is too week sure he can buy something that could kill the Strongest in this world but that's not his power that's not something he worked for. that's why he wasn't just buying everything in the shop as soon as he got here. don't get him wrong sooner or later he will buy the Mini nuke from Fallout but just don't today.

not to mention he is still trying to max out skills he already has. not to mention he doesn't need to buy much of anything because of AOE. he already has skin Harder than diamond thanks to that skill.
