Chapter 21.

After a long time of constant struggle with my health and police. I finally managed to write this chapter for you guys.

On a clear day, a ship was swimming was sailing from one place to another place. The sun was shining brightly while a calm current was flowing throughout the sea.

The ship was not grand in size however at least five could fit in it and four people were already on it. They were all at the different places of the ships doing their things.

The straw hat guy was sitting on the deck while a hand was under his chin and he seemed to be in deep thinking. The green hair guy was sleeping on the corner of the ship far away from any of them.

The two girls were sitting in the middle of the ships and they seem to be talking about someone while taking quick peeks at the guy who was on the deck. The orange girl was even showing signs of embarrassment. Though the other girl seems to be taking fun in it.

I was thinking about something for a while since we had climbed the ship to travel to the Syrup village. I was thinking about my future crew. My mind seems to be changed for some reason.

After doing all these things till now I have finally realised that I don't wanna have a big crew like other pirates. What I mean is that I don't want to lead my grand fleet by myself otherwise it would take most of my time which I don't want to share with anyone except my girls.

That's why I'm recruiting people who could command the fleet in the absence of mine. They would act like my commanders thought they would be under Zoro and my capable girls.

After all, not every one of my girls would be able to handle a fleet under her. Many girls would not be able to handle this. People have their talents in their field of expertise.

My thought procedure was interrupted by Nami who started to shout about an island. She was saying that it's our destination. Even Zoro was awake due to her voice.

I opened my eyes to look in front of me and saw an island. If I had to assume it would at least take twenty minutes for us to reach there by the current speed.

"Nami and Makino buy the necessary items for us for the adventure example, ration etc. Keep in mind that we would be getting a new crew member for us".

I told them on which they nodded.

"Don't worry about the stuff Luffy. We would take care of it. Still, we would want to meet our new crew member".

They both said in unison. Zoro looked quite curious about our next crewmate as well.

"You will meet her soon".

I only gave them a vague reply while smiling mysteriously which made them pout.

Though they both looked upset but didn't say anything to me while Zoro just didn't care about it enough to ask me again. After some time of complete silence on the ship, we finally reached the Syrup village. We docked our ship nearby the island.

The duo of girls took a different route from us to enter the village while we both were jumping from the ship. We deliberately took more time just to jump from the ship.

While I was looking at the beautiful scenery of the village, Zoro looked at a place hidden under some bushes. He is working hard for real to get good enough to sense people. Well, the distance is quite short between us and them but still, it's an achievement.

I had sensed those people long ago even before entering the island. There were four people in the bushes just like in the original series. Three small kids and one big kid to be exact.

Too bad for them that I didn't want to hear their dialogues as of now because if they spoke I might do something which might harm them in long run.

So I used my Conqueror Haki to knock them down. Though I used a small amount of haki because I don't want to harm the brain of children.

"Don't mind them. Let's go to eat something first before we search for the new member".

I spoke to Zoro while walking towards the village. Zoro nodded and followed behind me.

Zoro is the perfect guy you could get for your crew. He is trustworthy and loyal to the very core of his. He understands my commands even when I don't give him a complete explanation. He never goes against my authorities.

These were the reason why I chose him as part of my crew when I could just make every girl powerful and rule the world with them. I'm not one of those protagonists in the novel who fears that their girls would be snatched by the other guys if they let any male join.

And I'm not one of those either who would gender-bend the characters for this. I don't even understand how the fuck do they even get these kinds of ideas in their head. Those people don't even understand how bad this sound.

The people in the town were quite friendly compare to those four idiots I met some time ago. The villagers were doing their work while laughing and talking to each other without any kind of malice in their selves.

We both reached the restaurant after some time of sightseeing. It was quite big compares to the one's in which we ate in the past. We both ordered our food and some booze for us to enjoy our time.

I have to say that booze doesn't affect our body like the booze used to do in our past. I don't know the exact reason though but it's all good for me to enjoy this.

We both our meal after some time much to the shock of everyone present at the moment because of the amount of food we finished in some time. I paid for the bill while giving some extra cash because I don't think they would wanna welcome us in the future.

The pay was good however they had to do more work because of our appetite. Still, they thanked us for the extra money. They appreciated our gesture of thanks.

After coming out of the restaurant I started to walk towards the mansion where our new member lived. Zoro was behind me while trying to sense people around us continuously. He was doing a good job in training himself like this.

When we were eating I asked people around us about the mansion which could be seen from the village. They told me the same thing which I already knew from the beginning though I acted like I didn't know it.
