Chapter 2: You Again?!

I can't believe what I'm seeing. Steven is holding Elissa's hand. They were laughing then Steven kissed Elissa on the lips and Elissa kissed him back. This can't be true! Steven was cheating on me? And that girl he chose was Elissa? A friend of ours, I wiped out my tears.

I approach them. I saw shock on Steven and Elissa's face. Steven tried to explain but I interrupted him "So you're at home tired and sleepy huh? Well you should have told me that you and Elissa have a date" Steven and Elissa are in a state of shock and so am I.

"It's not what you think Liana" Elissa said with a shaking voice.

“Then what is it Elissa? Tell me? Make me understand! That you were just having a friendly date and it’s just so happened that you are kissing each other?" I asked her with an angry tone on my voice. I waited for an answer but there was no reply, then I just walked out of them.

Chantal and Relina was calling me. I just told them that I wanna be alone for a while, Chantal protested but I just beg them to leave me alone, both of them gave me a sad look and they granted my request, I know it’s rude, but I want to think.

I sat down at the side of the road, Instead of thinking... My eyes became a faucet, I can't believe Steven and Elissa would do that to me!

It hurts so much that the guy I love cheated on me, did I do something wrong? Why did he do this to me? I gave him all the love that I have for this past two years and this is how he repays my love? Damn! My tears won't stop! Fudge! Suddenly I saw a hand offering me a handkerchief. I looked up, he's our customer from the resto bar earlier.

"What are you doing?" I ask while wiping my tears

"Offering you a handkerchief, duh? Did you drop your brain or something?" he replied. I accepted the handkerchief

"Why are you here?!" I said. I know I'm being rude to him, but I don't care as of the moment.

"You're welcome" he replied with a smile

"You’re Hayden right? The customer earlier" I said while wiping my tear out of my face.

"It's Jayden, you know Liana you have a bad memory" then I stared at him "I know I'm handsome so stop staring at me like that" he said with a sparkling smile.

"You wish! Jerk!" I told him

"Here take it, I know it’s scent is good but you need it more than I do" he handed over the handkerchief to me.

"Oh I'm sorry, I need to go..." then I start running leaving him behind, without looking back.

My heart aches, my chest felt heavy like my world has already fallen apart. I still can't help it I loved Steven, I never gave him a reason to despise me or leave me. Damn!

I didn't expect this to happen, so that’s why he was cold to me this summer vacation. It all makes sense now... I kept on saying "I Love you" to him but he doesn't respond back because he is with Elissa, as far as I know Elissa is a sweet girl but a jealous one, she's beautiful, sexy and talented. But I didn’t expect that she's also a snake inside.

Why did she do it? She knows that Steven and I are in a relationship, it bothers me a lot. I'm still thinking about what I saw earlier that I didn't recognize that I'm already in front of my house.

When I got inside of my house I went straight to bed, I didn't have the energy to take a bath besides my face is already clean because of my tears. I just remove the hair clips on my hair and remove my glasses. I hope everything turns normal again tomorrow, right be before I know it I fell a sleep... but without asking myself first why is this happening?
