I'm Just An Ambiverted Dude

In 2050. A dude kinda just exists and interacts with his friends, family, teachers, coworkers, and other random people. In all, 18 year old Denshi Aoyama lives in a future in which Japan has been a part of the USA for 20 years where they mostly speak English and guns are legal. He works at a Del Burrito and looking for love. Enjoy? And for those that aren't gonna read this because it doesn't have many chapters. I'll try to post a chapter daily. At the very least 4 chapters a week unless circumstances don't allow. AND IF YOU ENJOY PLEASE COMMENT.... Even if you don't.

Chapter 20

On saturday was the day that I finally got my week off. Until next saturday I'm on a week vacation, and it's spring break. I guess I can hang with Freedom during that time.

Well today is bowling night and it's gonna be interesting to say the least. Josh is probably gonna have some of Freedom's friends swarming to him since he was able to come because Japanese girls love southern-looking white dudes XD.

Before we got to the alley, Freedom and I went for lunch with Lisa and Dvonte. We ate at the ramen shack.

At the bowling alley, it was exactly as expected, you see Freedom has no dude friends, and all my friends are dating each other besides Josh (Josh is the only odd one out, I have a pretty even number of dude and girl friends). So as expected, all the single Japanese girls are flocking to him. He got pulled to his own alley leaving Freedom, my close friends, and her best friend. It was okay, but wasn't nearly as fun as I thought. The only thing the entire group had in common was Football and Basketball, which was all that was talked about, since Freedom doesn't like anime too much nor her friends, and my friends ain't them botany boys or plant girls. Freedom and I have other crap in common, but her leftover friend and my friends had jack besides sports.

So in a bowling alley, we ate wings, drank soda, bowled, talked smack, and talked only about sports for 3 whole hours, this stuff gets boring really fast since it's early season. Because this isn't the end of the season there's no talking about draft prospects, though there were a few that were mentioned. This led to probably the most stale Saturday night I've had. I'd rather deal with Freedom's dad for 3 hours talking about oil rigs (I learned this on Monday) than talk about my least favorite team winning, Freedom felt the same so we talked about fighting games for a bit and what books to talk about and all the other stuff.

"Young love. Soon y'all would want to just enjoy silence." Karen said. Her and Kaido have dated at least for 4 years, so I guess it's valid.

"Think of the cute quadracial babies." Lisa said louder than she probably meant.

"Wait he's part Native American or Aboriginal?" Her friend asked. I think her name is like Amagaki or something.

"Triracial actually, his mom is a quarter Mestizo Cuban." Lisa replied.

"Those would be cute quadracial babies then."

"Indeed."

Then they talked about football and basketball more.

"They're already imagining our children." I tell her.

"We would have pretty quadracial babies." she stares at me. Makes me feel kinda sus for a second, but that's what Freedom does all the time. She says something that is really sus jokingly but I can never tell how serious or not she is.

After about one more hour of talking and bowling. We leave around 8 pm.

I drop off Josh since he doesn't have a car. Dvonte lives only a street away from Lisa so that's fine, she's taken care of, and Karen will drop off Kaido.

Josh said, "never invite me to bowling with your girlfriend's friends again." My man's got his eyes on this one girl and all these girls be flocking on him.

I make it home, then I text everyone if they made it okay.

It's Saturday so there was a football game today, thankfully my dad just started the replay (it's still going on but modern technology xd) Kailani is here as usual. But when the game just started a very specific tall African man, his wife, and his daughter that I'm dating came...
