Are you an angel?

He just ignored her and started working on his laptop which his secretary had brought before.

After a while due to medicine effects she slept.

Looking at her peaceful sleeping face his gaze softened and he thought about the matters that happened in this room before.

Something was suspicious.

The way his father acted was not right. He was hundred percent sure that his father was hiding something from him...well not just him but everyone.

And that was about Jaan.

His father knew her very well even though they didn't meet for so many years.

Or they did.

Hospital

The next day the sun was already high and the windows were wide open. The curtains moved along the wind.

She opened her eyes. But the first thing she saw was a heaven carved face.

He was sitting on the couch wearing a suit, a file in a hand and laptop on the lap. He was working.

He looked cold while working.

As if he felt a gaze on him he looked up and saw her looking at him dazed.

He again heard her say the same thing she said last night when she woke up.

"Am I dead?"

"Are you an angel? Are you here to pick me up."

He walked towards her.

"Why do you always talk about dying?" his voice was icy cold.

'He spoke? How can he talk? He never speaks.'

But she thought of checking it first.

"Well we never know do we. Anything can happen at any time. We'll live today we can die tomorrow. There are 90% chances of it with me at least"

He looked at her with a sharp gaze.

"What do you mean?"

"Ohh so it's not a dream. I'm alive and talking to him." she muttered to herself but he heard it.

She looked at him and smiled

"Nothing.... what are you doing here?"

He knew that she was trying to change the subject but he didn't ask further as he knew she wouldn't tell him even if he asks.

She looked at a corner dazed.

Every time, every single time when she was in danger and on the verge of dying she saw him in her dreams. He just stood there and looked at her dazed face.

At that moment his phone rang. He went to the balcony to take the call.

After he same back he told her that he needed to go for an urgent meeting to which she nodded.

Even though there were guards outside and even secret guards he was reluctant to leave her here alone and with what just happened moments ago he was thinking of cancelling the meeting.

Just as he was about to leave Joon entered. He felt relieved. He walked but stopped after hearing her voice.

"Where's my phone?"

He again went in, opened the drawer near her and handed her, her belongings.

She took out her phone. But just as she was about to make a call her phone disappeared from her hands.

A slender hand was holding the phone.

" You need to rest. "

"What??? I just woke up..... I already rested for...." she looked at the clock on the wall

"11 hours" she continued.

He handed her her phone.

"You are not allowed to use it for too long." he said in an authoritive voice.

Then he looked at Joon

"The doctors will come for check up and to change her dressing" say this he went out.

The following two days went the same.

Sometimes it would be Ruo Bei staying with her sometimes it would be Joon. Father Lu would come every day to check on her and if he sees her working he would first scold her then Joon as she could only work when Joon was there as Ruo Bei would not let her work at all and always asked her to rest.

She was bored doing nothing.

Even though it was a VVIP room so what.... there was nothing here except looking at a handsome face. She had started getting restless after a few days of staying in the hospital. She needed to get out of here or else....

"Ruo Bei I'm bored. You don't allow me to do anything... if not with anything else, I'll definitely die of boredom." she whined like a baby.

Looking at her complaining face he sighed

"Do you want to go for a walk?"

Hearing that her eyes lit up she nodded vigorously.

He picked her up and placed her on the wheelchair.

"I can walk I'm fine now."

He acted as if he didn't hear anything and just pushed the wheelchair out.

After coming to garden she felt good, very good.

She looked up at the sun and smiled while closing her eyes.

After walking.... I mean moving in the garden for a while they went up.

The doctor was waiting for them to do check up and change dressing.

While the doctor was checking her, she looked around.... Ruo Bei was not here he went to the balcony to pick a call.

She looked at the doctor with a cute face and asked him "When will I get discharged"

"Even though your wounds are healing fast, the wound on you stomach was too deep you lost too much blood almost went to coma so it's too early to go home."

Hearing that her innocent face turned fierce.

"I want discharge tomorrow. "

The doctor was terrified.

"I can't..I have to.."

"My wounds are healing fast and I'm getting discharged tomorrow... that's what your gonna say to him when he returns.... do you understand?"

The doctor just nodded his head.

Why is this whole family soo fierce??

At that moment Ruo Bei entered her expression changed from cold to innocent one in just one second.

The doctor looked at her with his mouth wide open.

Damn how can she change her expression so fast?

The door of the room opened again and father Lu entered.
