Prologue

The smell of wet dirt entered my nose. I could vividly hear the sounds of familiar voices upstairs and something falling repeatedly on the ceiling of my room.

..wait.

The ceiling?

I opened my eyes to see what was happening yet all I saw was darkness.

I got up to try to analyze my surroundings properly but the moment I lifted my head up, my head hit the ceiling.

..what.

The 'ceiling'?

Why is the ceiling this low?

Is it even the ceiling?

I just woke up, so my thought process was very slow, but it didn't take long for me to finally add common sense and logic into my thinking.

This is not my room..

This is not the ceiling..

This is not my bed..

I tried to feel my surroundings and came to a conclusion that I was inside a rectangular box that fit my body just right.

It also had cushion inside.

As if it was a coffin haha.
