When Audra's mum dies, she goes back home, even knowing she would finally have to face his first love, Chris – who’s also his foster brother. After what appears to have been a pretty painful breakup, they’ve been avoiding each other over the past 11 years. But will the pain of the loss bring them back together? Or would the bad memories be too much? The journey from here only gets more eventful, when her mum leaves a surprise condition on her will that would turn Audra’s life around.

*Audra's POV, past.
High school was a bit easier now that Kyle knew about us living together. Well, at least after the first few weeks.
Kyle talked pretty fast and – let's be honest – sometimes it didn't seem like he thought much before he spoke. So, there were a few times he almost said something compromising, and that's with me present, I'm sure with Chris he had at least a few more. But, nothing bad came out of it as no one overheard anything - or we covered it up quickly.
Now, it was usual to see us three together and Chris seemed to be really happy to fit in and to have a normal high school experience.
I was also really happy to see him finally having a normal life, and so, so glad that he found a friend in Kyle.
And honestly, I was probably having my first good year of school in a long, long time. I always thought that I was better alone, but it turns out, I just hadn't found the right people to be around.
