6 Chapter 6: Unexpected visitor

"You're ready?"

Goku asked looking at his son, who nodded with a smile of pure enthusiasm as he put on the hat with the dragon ball.

"Yes, we can go dad" Gohan answered with a smile, although inside he was extremely nervous about what would happen.

"Come back soon..." Chi-Chi said seeing how they were both about to leave the house, "Otherwise I won't prepare your favorite dish"

Goku nodded nervously and the boy lowered his head, he knew that he probably wouldn't be coming home today because of everything that was going to take place.

'In the original serie she suffered a lot for this reason, but now that I live it in the first person it hurts to know it' Gohan thought looking at Chi-Chi.

Without warning, Gohan hugged his mother, who despite being confused by that act returned the gesture with a beautiful smile.

"Thanks for everything mom ..." murmured the little boy separating from her slowly, 'this will be very useful for me' he reasoned after seeing a nearby capsule.

Just last night he left her there, inside her there were some objects that would help him to realize everything that he had been designing in his mind.

The time had come to execute the plan that he had drawn up as soon as he came to this world. Today he would demonstrate what he had been learning.

"Alright, we're leaving Chi-Chi" Goku added with a smile and opened the door ready to leave, "Flying cloud!" he cried out calling his cloud.

"Take care!" cried the woman with a smile seeing how her husband and her son climbed the yellow cloud that she rode a few times.

The eldest showed her his thumb with her usual smile and after that they took flight, disappearing into the sky, heading for Kame House.

'I'll be back soon...mom' the little boy took one last look at his mother and closed his eyes. He wanted to enjoy this passing moment of peace.

Kame House was on a small island in the middle of the vast ocean just as Gohan remembered it, it was an extremely endearing place.

After a few hours flying over the sky, they were able to see their destination and landed without problems in the area, although there was no one on the beach.

"I'm sure they're inside" Goku commented with a smile and approached to knock on the door, for his part Gohan was a bit anxious.

He would finally meet more characters, in his four years in this world apart from his parents and grandfather he did not see anyone else. Hence the desire for him.

A few seconds after Goku knocked on the door, it opened and the one who peeked out to see who was knocking was none other than Bulma.

"Goku?!" the blue-haired woman asked in astonishment and immediately the rest of those present decided to lean out upon hearing that name.

"It's you Goku!" Krillin yelled with a smile and went outside accompanied by old Master Roshi and Bulma herself quite happy.

"Hello friends, I see that everyone is fine hehe" Goku said raising his hand with his usual smile and everyone smiled when they heard him.

Krillin was going to say something but he noticed that there was a boy next to Goku. He looked at him for a moment and the boy held his gaze.

"Hey Goku... who is this kid? Don't tell me you work babysitting now haha" Krillin mocked and the jet refused with a smile.

"Well, he's my son" with that answer everyone was stunned, even Master Roshi's tortoise who had been listening to that talk.

"H-how is he your son?" Bulma asked him not believing that the little boy she met a long time ago on Mount Paoz was now a father.

"Seriously, he's my son" added Goku scratching the back of his neck and turned to the little boy, "Come on, go introduce yourself" he persuaded him giving him a push.

"My name is Son Gohan, it's a great pleasure to meet you" the boy introduced himself with a considerate bow and Bulma crouched down.

"How old are you Gohan?"

"Well, I'm four years old" replied the boy without much delay, 'she's much more beautiful up close and she's also the smartest person on the planet'

Yes... for Gohan Bulma was always quite beautiful. And he admired her for her intelligence, she was one of the main pillars of the manga.

"Oh... you called him Gohan, just like your grandfather" Master Roshi spoke looking at his disciple, who nodded with a big smile on his face.

"And what would you like to be when you grow up Gohan?" Bulma asked curiously and Goku turned around smiling, he would like to hear what his son would say.

"I want to be as strong as my dad!" Gohan exclaimed with emotion and those present widened their eyes, "Yes, that's my goal" he added smiling.

He had no reason to hide it. His intentions were really sincere and the sooner they knew them the better. That's why he let them out.

"Wow… that's impressive" Bulma commented puzzled and both she and Krillin turned to Goku, waiting for an explanation from him.

"Don't look at me, it was Gohan himself who decided to be... and well, I'm helping him with it" replied Goku with a small smile.

"H-how? Are you training him? And how strong is he?!" Krillin asked anxious to know the answer, "Come on Goku! Don't be like that and tell me"

"I still haven't seen what Gohan is capable of to the fullest, but Gohan can fight at my level with no problem" Goku spoke leaving them perplexed.

'It's likely that at my maximum he will be able to give dad a fight, I didn't manage to reach a thousand units but I became strong' the boy inquired.

"Fighting at your level at just four years old... without a doubt he's a kid with a lot of potential" Roshi commented, getting out of his perplexity.

"He even has a tail!" Krillin said a little scared, he knew quite well what that meant; he experienced it in the first person.

Bulma and Master Roshi as well. That is why they asked Goku if his son had ever seen a full moon night.

They kept catching up on everything they had done and experienced over the last five years, until something very strange happened.

"I feel someone approaching... it's flying in this direction" Goku commented with a frown as he looked at the sky uneasily.

The others watched the sky without noticing anything strange, although Master Roshi sensed something. However, Gohan already knew who was coming.

'I feel his energy... sigh, and this is where the problems begin' Gohan thought sweating for what was going to happen, it wouldn't be pleasant living here.

And he immediately descended a silhouette from the sky to stand in front of Kame House. He was a long-haired guy in dark armor.

That man was Raditz, Goku's older brother. And just like in the manga, he told her the origin of his Saiyan, telling her that this was not his planet.

Goku reacted by saying that he was a human and Raditz showed him his tail, which Gohan and Goku himself possessed in the past. So actually...

"I'm not a Saiyan! I'm not your brother either!" Goku yelled refusing to accept reality and his brother lost patience.

"I don't care what you think Kakarot!" Raditz exclaimed and walked a few steps before landing a powerful knee to Goku's abdomen.

The eldest lay in pain on the ground while his friends watched the scene in horror. Gohan was paralyzed not knowing what to do now...

'I must react now!' Gohan exclaimed in his mind and before he knew it he was now in Raditz's hand.

"Leave me! Dad!" the little boy yelled but the pain his father felt was such that it prevented him from standing up, 'Even though it's part of my plan'

"As you don't kill a hundred people in one day or you'll never see your son again!" exclaimed the saiyan as he slowly got up.

"W-wait! Don't!" exhorted Goku, standing up with difficulty, but Raditz was already floating in the air.

"See you soon Kakarot haha!" Raditz exclaimed, flying south at full speed, leaving Goku with an extremely bewildered look.

His son had been kidnapped.

Just as Gohan remembered from the series, they stopped at a hill where Raditz's ship had landed. It was a very huge crater.

"What do you think you're doing huh? My dad is coming soon and he'll save me" Gohan stated as Raditz led him to his ship.

"Your father will never be able to defeat me" Raditz answered with a wild smile, "If he does that, he would be sealing his death, and his son's death"

Gohan felt that it was terrifying to be next to Raditz, but he had the power to defend himself. Although for now, he had something else in mind.

"If you think that because you have a power level of 1200 you are invincible, let me tell you that you are stupid" Gohan reproached him without any qualms.

Hearing that, Raditz stopped immediately and turned to Gohan, looking at him as if he had grown a second head. He was stunned.

"The Saiyans settled for their mediocre power when they could have aspired to more, and that's why they ended up extinct"

"And you're about to die for that very reason, power level isn't the only parameter to take into account in a fight, but I doubt someone like you knows even that simple..." Gohan finished saying all the truths of him.

'This child...' Raditz was puzzled, he doubted that he was Kakarot's son let alone a small child, 'In any case, I will measure the power of him...'

Raditz turned on the scouter in his left eye to start scanning Gohan's power, and the number he dialed there left him a bit perplexed.

'His power level is 396 units, for a simple earthling... it's better to push him away' Raditz thought before giving a confident smile.

"You say too much to have little more than a quarter of my power, don't you think child?" he asked as he unfolded the door of his ship.

"Heh, who tells you it's all my power? You'd be in for more than one surprise" Gohan mocked with a smile that unnerved the older Saiyan.

Raditz gritted his teeth in annoyance and pushed him towards the ship, before closing it. This child managed to get on his nerves.

'That kid isn't normal, he knows too many things… what kind of son do you have Kakarot?' wondered the warrior coming out of that crater.

Meanwhile Gohan was laughing, he had enjoyed provoking Raditz. But now he had things to do, although there was one thing that...

'Is my power level higher than 300? Well, I'm not that far from dad. I calculate that by releasing my Ki to the maximum, I was close to 800 units' he reasoned.

He was happy, all this was the fruit of his efforts for four years. But in a year he should have at least six times that power.

'Today we don't have to think about that' Gohan shook his head and took some kind of remote out of his pocket, 'Raditz is extremely absent-minded hehe...'

While they were flying to this place, the minor took the opportunity to take control of his spaceship, and the Saiyan didn't even notice it.

'I already have a ship for Namek, now I should learn how to use it' Gohan asked smiling and his eyes fell on the control screen.

He remembered the buttons that were pressed in the manga to take off and such, but he was seeing if he could add a computer system similar to the one in his world.

'Well, it's time to put all my computer and mechatronics knowledge to the test' reasoned the little boy, squeezing his knuckles.

He took out the capsule that he took at home and releasing what was in it, he took the computer that his grandfather had given him, to start his plan.

There was much to do, and little time to lose. Soon a great battle would take place...
