44 Chapter 44: Ginyu forces?

"The question is, what are you doing here? I've already gathered the dragon balls…" Gohan answered leaving the Saiyan completely speechless.

"What?! How did you collect the dragon balls?" Vegeta asked disbelieving what he had just heard, "Stop the jokes silly boy!"

No, there was no way this brat could have gathered the spheres. How had he been able to get to this planet in the first place?

Earth technology was not modern enough to build ships as fast as the Saiyans. So how did Gohan travel?

"No one is joking around here, or have you felt any other energy on this planet?" asked the young boy with a small smile.

Vegeta gritted his teeth at his words. After leaving the ship he couldn't detect any energy except Frieza's and his soldiers.

"What have you done with the Namekians? Tell me boy!" Vegeta demanded reaching out his arm to grab little Son's neck.

But Gohan did not tolerate it. He grabbed Vegeta's arm and squeezed it hard causing the Saiyan prince to gasp in pain.

"Aah! Let go of me dwarf or you'll see!" Vegeta yelled trying to wriggle free but he was weak enough to try. He was out of escape options.

"I'm sick of your yelling, now you're going to listen to me" Gohan stated seriously as he brutally pressed the saiyan's arm.

Vegeta yelled again, he didn't understand how this boy had gotten so strong if a month ago he was so much weaker. What had happened?!

"I am more powerful than you, you better listen to me or you will pay the consequences" warned Gohan seriously without so many detours.

He didn't like resorting to these methods, but Vegeta was so stubborn that he wore him out very quickly. And without further ado, he let go of his arm.

The prince put his hand to his left arm feeling great pain, with that he confirmed that the damn child had become more powerful.

"What do you want?!"

"Well, as I said before I have the dragon balls, you don't need to keep looking for them on Namek" Gohan said crossing his arms.

Vegeta clenched his fists in frustration. In other words, he was telling him to give up the plan of using them to wish for eternal life.

"Give them to me brat! If I ask for eternal life, the chances of defeating Frieza are greater!" exclaimed the desperate saiyan.

"I'm not stupid" Gohan shook his index finger, "My intention is to defeat Frieza, my father and Uncle Raditz are headed here to do the same"

"Ha! Don't make me laugh kid, you guys have no chance of defeating Frieza! Do you think you can do it?" asked the saiyan prince.

"Of course I do... why would I be here if I didn't think I was capable?" Gohan said arching an eyebrow with a smile, "You what? Are you a coward?"

"Don't you know who I am? I'm the prince of the Saiyans!" Vegeta looked at him raising his right fist and Gohan smiled at his words.

"Alright! I'm sure Frieza is going to call the Ginyu special forces that Raditz told me about" Gohan said looking up at the sky.

"The Ginyu Forces?!" Vegeta's face paled at the name, but he was surprised to see that Gohan was quite calm.

He didn't know how far his powers had grown. But if he was this calm... did that mean he was stronger than Ginyu?

'Or he just has no idea how strong they are, but this kid doesn't seem like one to talk randomly' Vegeta mused, looking at the little boy.

"I want them to come to this planet so they can be defeated" Gohan replied with a smile and Vegeta was puzzled at this.

"What training did you do to become so strong?! It's impossible for someone like you to surpass the power of the Ginyu forces" Vegeta asked.

"Increased gravity" spoke the boy rising to the sky, "I have to go to a place, will you accompany me or will you wait here for the Ginyu special forces?"

Vegeta grunted and flew up alongside the little boy. He still had a lot of questions to ask him, so he had no choice but to follow him for now.

"Where are we going kid?!" Vegeta asked.

"It's time to use the dragon balls" Gohan uttered smiling. He wanted to make his wishes before Ginyu and his soldiers arrived on the planet.

And with his speed they soon reached the Guru's house. Vegeta's eyes widened at the sight of all those Namekians there.

'So here they were! I see, he gathered them here so Frieza couldn't find them' Vegeta inquired understanding what Gohan had done.

The Namekians backed away in fear at Vegeta's countenance. Gohan laughed lightly and entered the house followed by the Saiyan prince.

'The Dragon Balls!' Vegeta exclaimed in his mind seeing the seven balls at the feet of a great Namekian sitting on a throne, 'Who is he?'

"Grand Elder Guru, I..." Gohan was going to speak.

"That's one of the two saiyan that attacked your planet, right?" the Guru went ahead of Gohan, "He has a heart full of evil"

"Yeah, but I need him to take down Frieza," Gohan added, "I wonder if you could do the same thing he did to me, I'd appreciate it!"

If the Guru unlocks Vegeta's potential... no doubt his powers would increase quite a bit, although not to Gohan's level clearly.

The Namekian Guru could externalize the latent power of a person, taking it to its current limit, without affecting the life of the elder guru.

"Can he does something like that?!" Vegeta exclaimed in surprise, 'That explains why he became so powerful! If my powers are awakened…'

He just wanted to kill Freeza, that bastard dared to use him! If that would increase his powers... he wouldn't refuse it no matter what.

"I can do it, despite how evil this man is, I will put my trust in you, little" said the Elder Guru, "Saiyan... come closer to this place"

Vegeta stepped forward as Nail supervised him. So, he stopped where the Guru said, who put his hand on his head.

"How you…" Vegeta was going to say something but suddenly felt a dizzying surge of power from him, "W-what the-the-hell is going on?!"

The Guru coughed after finishing his work, Nail approached him to help him while Gohan watched in amazement the great growth of Vegeta.

His power was about 350,000 units!

Vegeta was still dumbfounded at how much his power had increased, even the Ginyu forces would not be much of a challenge to him!

"You know that now I could kill you and these Namekians and get out of here, right?" Vegeta asked with a arrogant smile.

Nail frowned at his words but Gohan told him to calm down, he had this situation under control after all.

"You're still weaker than me, don't confuse things" Gohan said making things clear to him and the saiyan prince growled crossing his arms.

"Remember that after Namek my intention is to finish you and Kakarot, let it be clear to you, boy" Vegeta said and the little boy nodded.

He didn't care too much what Vegeta tried, even with his current power he didn't represent any real threat to him or his father Goku.

"I'm sorry for the inconvenience Guru, I hope this can alleviate your health" Gohan extended a Senzu bean to the namekian Guru.

"What is?" Nail asked suspiciously.

"They are healing beans" answered the boy watching how the Guru took the small bean to his mouth and swallowed it without thinking.

The Guru felt much better, he hadn't felt like this for decades. His illness was still present... but he was relieved!

"Thank you very much little one, I'm grateful to you" The guru was happy and Nail noticed it, so he bowed as a gesture of gratitude towards the little one.

"It's nothing, here are other beans" Gohan said throwing another four at Nail, "You can cultivate them, they will be of great help to Namek"

If these Namekians were capable of creating Dragon Balls, performing magic, etc... growing Senzu beans would not be difficult at all.

"Thank you very much" Nail put them in his pocket. Now he had no reason to distrust Gohan, as he was just trying to do the right thing.

"Okay, it's time to use the dragon balls" Gohan clapped his hands and approached the seven balls that were distributed on the ground.

"Moori, please come closer" spoke the Guru calling the old man, who took a step and stood next to the Guru's throne, "The time has come"

"W-what is it about, Guru?" Moori asked.

"I want to inherit my power from you, so when this boy uses the dragon balls, the previous limitations will disappear" replied the guru.

Frieza was upset. Ever since his scouter exploded upon detecting Vegeta's power, he lost communication with Zarbon and Dodoria.

And as the other soldiers kept their scouters on, they also exploded. That's why there was no news.

"Most likely, that fool Vegeta killed them, and surely he has the dragon balls" Frieza uttered seriously.

He slammed his tail on the ground leaving a big mark. The soldiers behind him trembled subdued by the fear in them.

"So he got ahead of my plans…but I won't let him get away with it" Frieza laughed as he reached for his glass of wine, "Soldier!"

They all looked at each other and backed away quickly. The one who stayed in front was the one who was going to answer the call of the powerful tyrant.

"Y-yes Lord Frieza?" he asked shakily.

"Contact the planet Frieza right now... I want Captain Ginyu to come to this planet"

"Not only that, but let him get new scouters and let his soldiers go to a planet called Earth and bring me the dragon balls!" Frieza said.

He listened to Vegeta's conversations on Earth, thanks to that he found out about the existence of the dragon balls that were on Namek...

But he also heard that the Earth had that magical orbs. He didn't know if Vegeta had used them already, so he would take over the Earth dragon balls.
