Spending Time with Itachi
After the whole ordeal of Mikoto giving birth, things quieted down a bit. The newborn baby, as Sora expected was named Sauske.
Being cooped up in his room for so long made Sora realise something, aside from training, he never really spent time with Itachi, so today, his goal was to spend some time with him. "Hey Itachi let's go to the park", Sora said. "Alright", Itachi replied plainly.
Sora never had a brother, so he didn't really know what to talk about, but he knew that as a child in his past life, he loved going to the park. The parks in this world were similar to the parks on Earth, there were swings, slides, seesaws, all sorts of things.
Now that he thought about it, this was one of his first times ever doing something a kid would do, playing around in the park. It really was kind of ridiculous, a child that was no older than 5 had killed someone before stepping within a park to play. Sometimes the show made the world look really light hearted.
Sora wasn't expecting to be approached by a character he forgot existed. A girl their age went up to them, she had brown hair and she wore a dark purple shirt with the Uchiha symbol on the back and a matching skirt. "Hey we need people to play hide and seek with us, do you guys wanna play? My name is Izumi Uchiha by the way". Sora looked to Itachi to see if he wanted to play, he nodded and then introduced them, "My name is Itachi Uchiha, that's my brother Sora Uchiha".
Izumi introduced them to the rest of her friends who were playing. They played hide and seek for a while and Itachi seemed to be having fun. Seeing Itachi smile was a very wholesome sight, almost brought a tear to Sora's eye.
After Hide and seek they played a couple of other kids games like tag. Sora and Itachi finally went home at around 6 PM and since Izumi was also an Uchiha, she walked with them to the clan compound. Sora made sure to be as irrevelant as possible, and tried to set Izumi and Itachi up. It would start from a childhood friendship, then when they are teenagers, they'll realise they like eachother, they'll get together when they're 15ish and eventually marry! That was Sora's perfect matchmaking plan. Of course if somehow they didn't end up falling for eachother, he wouldn't force it.
"Hey Itachi, what's your favourite food?", Izumi asked him. "Pocky", the reply was plain. "I like pocky too!", It was evident that Izumi was carrying the entire conversation. Sora sighed at this, sure he would turn out to be one of the strongest people alive eventually, but his social skills and ability to communicate with others... was not going anywhere any time soon to say the least...
After they reached the Uchiha compound they said goodbye to Izumi and headed home. Fugaku and Mikoto weren't home yet as the house was empty so Itachi and Sora simply sat down in silence. The silence was a bit awkward but also serene at the same time, things felt peaceful and calm.
"Hey Sora", Itachi broke the silence. "What's up?", Sora asked. "Do you think world peace is possible?". The question came out of nowhere. Sora had his thoughts confirmed, the battlefield really turned Itachi into a pacifist. "I don't know. Maybe it would have been possible in the past, but now so much people have reasons to hate. If you, Father, Mother, or Sasuke were ever killed I would want revenge. I would hate the person who did it. But even if there was world peace, there would still be bad people, the worst of the trash, the scummiest of people. If people like them are alive, world peace will never happen", Sora expressed what he truly thought.
Itachi seemed to be deep in thought and the silence once again resumed. 'World Peace? Eventually Naruto does achieve that. I'm not a good person nor a bad person in my opinion, I just want to do what I want to, of course I still have my morals and Danzo and Orochimaru are definitely on my hit list. But I want to prevent a lot of things, with my current power I can't prevent the nine tails attack, but in the future I can prevent bad things that happen like the clan massacre.'
The silence was once again broken by Itachi when he asked another question, "The Hokage's job is to protect the village and it's people right?". Confused by the question, Sora nodded. "Then I'm going to become Hokage! If world peace is unachievable I at least want this village to live in peace", Itachi stated. A look of surprise came onto Sora's face. This was a development he wasn't expecting, but also a development he 100% supported. Sora gave a small smile, "Then I'll do everything I can to make sure you get there!".
"Are we interrupting something?", Mikoto's sweet voice came from the entrance to the living room. She was holding the newborn Sasuke and Fugaku was to her side.
"Nah, what's for dinner? I'm really hungry", Sora smiled even more.

A/N: And done. I tried to make this chapter kinda wholesome and make him spend some more time with Itachi and also introduce Izumi. It was kind of a filler chapter, I guess, and I used this as an opportunity to slow down the pace. I'll probably post one more chapter later today. thanks for reading.
