I'll Save The Female lead

As I found myself thrust into this bewildering situation, I couldn't help but wonder if fate had a strange sense of humor. Here I was, once the top A-rank agent, now trapped in the role of a notorious villainess in a reverse harem novel. But why did it had to be the villainess? Well, I don't care! But now that I'm here, I'll enjoy my life to the fullest that I couldn't before. Plus, my family is real rich. Though an issue soon occurred. The female lead keeps sticking to me! I tried to get rid of her by distancing myself since I don't want to end up in the chaos like in the novel… But the female lead is just so adorable!! What would happen if the once fearsome antagonist was now trying to protect the very person she once tormented?  "Sabiiiii!" Ann's voice chimed, her eyes sparkling with innocence. It was hard to resist her charm, and I found myself softening despite my initial intentions. And it seems the so-called main suitors are suffering from collective amnesia. They flocked to me, oblivious to the fact that Anne was the true focus of their affections. "Stay Away! I will not give you my lovely Ann," I declared, my frustration mounting. "Who said I wanted her?" The chaos continued with the supposed fiancé as well, who seemed convinced that our engagement was set in stone, "You are my soon-to-be fiancée! Please compose yourself"  "I refuse to get engaged to you and to compose, whatever that is". "Don't you think you're quite rude to your soon-to-be Fiancé?"  "I'm not rude, you're too nice! And I told you I'm not getting engaged to you" "Thank you, my Lady"  "…Are you dumb?!!!" What in the world of strawberries was going on indeed? It was a baffling and comical twist of fate. But as the days passed, I found myself navigating this bizarre world with a newfound determination. If I was going to be stuck in this story, I might as well do it my way. And who knows, maybe I could turn this chaotic tale into something truly extraordinary.

CHAPTER # 51

"Where are we going?" I asked as I followed the Crown Prince but received no response.

'I asked you something, you weirdo' I thought as I glared at him.

"Where are you going with him? Don't go, stay here" Augustus spoke, suddenly appearing from the air.

'I can't. He's the Crown Prince' I replied through my thoughts.

"But I don't like him," Augustus said as he crossed his arms. "Neither do I" Celimine said, appearing behind Augustus.

'Does it look like I'm madly in love with him? I also don't like him, not even a little bit,' I replied.

"We are not leaving you alone," Augustus said.

"Yes!" Celimine added.

'Do what you want' I thought.

The Crown Prince suddenly stopped, causing me to bump into him.

"Ah! Why did you stop suddenly?!" I exclaimed as I rubbed my forehead. Well, that was one rock back.

"We're here," he said. I looked at him for a moment before averting my gaze to the place and Oh My God, that was one heck of a beautiful garden.

"Woah~ So beautiful" I said as I stepped forward.

"Was there a place like this here? It's so pretty and the flowers, there are so many different kinds" I said as I admired the garden, not aware of the fact that the Crown Prince was observing all my actions.

'Did he bring you here just to show you the garden?...Suspicious' Augustus said as the same question rose in my head.

"But...Why did you bring me here? Just to show me this?" I asked, turning towards the Crown Prince.

"No, there is something I'd like to discuss with you," he replied.

"Okay~ Let's sit down and talk" I said and went towards the fountain that was located at the center. I sat on it and looked towards the Crown Prince only to find him staring at the seat.

'Why isn't he sitting?' I thought as I followed his gaze. He was staring at the seat which was slightly wet and the dry side was already preoccupied by me.

'Gosh, these Royals' I thought as Celimine giggled.

I held his hand and pulled him, causing him to fall on the wet seat and now he had no choice but to sit on it. He looked at me in slow motion....with a clam expression of course.

"What?" I asked, unbothered.

"Nothing. It's really not a habit of mine to be treated like this" he replied with a slight smile.

'Yeah, yeah get used to it' I thought as I, Augustus and Celimine, controlled our laughs upon seeing his uncomfortable reaction.

"You know, fountains are something that I'm drawn to. I don't know why? They're like my comfort spot-" I said but stopped when I saw the Crown Prince staring at me...maybe. I can't see his eyes since they are closed.

"I'm sorry I spoke too much" I said as I sat back straight.

"No, it's fine. It's good knowing more about you" he said with a smile and my poor heart started to beat so fast.

'Oh my God, calm down, heart. No wonder, people say his smile can kill. It's really contagious' I thought.

"This piece of $#!@" Augustus said and Celimine nodded in agreement.

"It's good to know about your soon-to-be fiancée," he added.

"Right" I said but paused when his words repeated in my head.

"...."

"...."

"...."

"WHAT?!" All three of us shouted at the same time.

"Wait-, Wait a sec. I think I heard it wrong. I think I heard, 'Soon-to-be Fiancée'" I said awkwardly.

"No, you heard it right," he replied.

"..."

"What is he saying? Is he mad or what?" Celimine spoke.

"Yeah, he's totally nuts,'' Augustus also added, whereas I was having a little difficulty digesting this information.

"I-...I think there is some sort of misunderstanding. I'm not your soon-to-be fiancée" I said.

"Yes, you are," he replied.

"No, I'm not"

"Yes, You are"

"I am not"

"You are"

"No. I. Am. Not!"

"Yes...You are"

'This little $#!@'

"Look, Dude. Let's get this straight. I am not gonna be your fiancée and I will not! Marry you" I exclaimed.

"You are my soon-to-be fiancée! Please compose yourself. And please refrain from using such undignified words" he said with a smile.

"I refuse to get engaged to you! And to compose...Whatever in the heck that is" I replied.

"Don't you think you're quite rude to your soon-to-be Fiancé?" he complained.

"I'm not rude, you're too nice! And I told you I'm not getting engaged to you...Ever!" I exclaimed.

"Thank you, My Lady," he said with a smile.

"...."

"Is he Dumb?!" Augustus and Celimine said in unison.

'He sure seems like that,' I thought.

"Look, Empire's dear, Crown Prince, what you want in a partner is exactly not in me. I'm absolutely not a good candidate. I can not handle such heavy responsibilities. I can not spend my entire life confined in a palace in a dignified role. I want to live. I want to be free. I can not let these royal responsibilities take over me. I'm...just not the right fit. Neither for you...Nor for this Empire." I explained.

"...." the Crown Prince stayed silent, not uttering a single word.

"I hope this discussion ends here and does not proceed any further. I hope you understand" I bowed and left from there.

The Crown Prince was just staring at the walking figure of a Sabrina and when she disappeared from his sight, a smirk took place over his face.

"Interesting...."

___

"He thinks he can have whatever he wants? I'm also Sabrina, I'm not gonna let you have what you want" I said.

"That's the spirit," Celimine said.

"Yeah,...I don't belong there...beside the Crown Prince...." I said as I looked at all my friends gathered in the Cafeteria.

Ivy, Aiden, Roan, Nox, Augustus, Celimine...and Anne, They are my friends. They are where I belong. I stand together with them. I grow with them, I stay happy with them. I am me, with them. And plus the fact I am Anne's guardian angel. They are a blessing to me, I will always stay with them no matter what!

And with that I ran towards them with a big smile on my face...

"Hey guys~!!!"
