10 Chapter 10 - Future plans

Having gotten Mia Woo from her home, we started to head into our school together. She still seems uncomfortable around me which I can't stop since our relationship is rather unique one. I cannot say that my feeling for her is love if not lust and sudden impulse because of this body of mine. The old and new Hyun had completely fused together which made me both the [ Slaughter God ] and the average guy Hyun. 

Perhaps, she's one of my wife reincarnated which is why I feel compelled to comfort her? Or maybe it's the old Hyun trying to resurface. Either I can't be too certain.

However, I am a man of my words and as long as she's loyal to me then I will do my best to give what she wants besides obviously getting into another man. Frankly, it isn't my first time having to deal with this kind of situation. 

"It's fine if you're uncomfortable around me. Our relationship is rather complicated."

I decided to break the silence since we won't be going anywhere if we just glance at each other the whole time. She turned to look at me listening to what I'm about to say.

"Frankly, I'm surprised with how things are going. You shouldn't worry if I'll always ask to have sex with you since what I want is not just your body but everything."

My hands move around her shoulder getting her closer into my body letting Mia hear the bear of my heart. Giving out a reassuring embrace since she was confused if her decision was right or wrong. Everything just went too fast and she was afraid that he might think that she's an easy girl.

"We will have a lot of time getting to know each other. I'll be heading around town in the market. Do you mind coming with me?"

I was aiming to find an old antique that might be useful for training if I'm lucky. It would be naive to assume if they weren't a martial artist in this world knowing that fiction should be based in real life. 

"If that's what you-"

"No need to force yourself. Like I said, as long as you don't turn your back on me and find another man then you can do whatever you want. I'm not forcing you to do anything that you don't want."

It's funny how people often see me as a demonic cultivator who slaughters his way through his enemy. I may be ruthless but I'm not completely heartless, especially those with whom I am clearly interested. Mia looked at him still confused and trying to decide what she should do since this is the first time someone sounded sincere in how he feels.

Well, I never lie and always keep my words. Even the impossible task that the Emperor gave me and accomplished it without flaws. My armies were as ruthless as I was and they gave their life to me for I was a fair leader to them.  

"I…I can come with you. I still have time before my work in the afternoon."

"Alright."

I nodded as the two of us continued our way to our class with the people staring at each other and how our appearance made them envious. They can stare all they want but if they have any thoughts of having their way with Mia Woo then they'll have to face my wrath. I spread my killing intent that made them feel restless as their neck tightened making it hard to breathe. 

We headed inside our classroom where Gunner and his friends stared at him, unable to accept what just happened. Everything was too sudden and even if he told them the truth then no one would believe him and could even be told as mentally ill. 

He sat down on his chair leaning back while playing with my pain as I just started to plan things for the future. I glance at Mira Woo in front of me thinking if I should teach her to become a Martial artist since I don't want them to remain vulnerable or find someone trustworthy to be their guard. The latter is highly risky while the former might be hard since she isn't someone who lived in Murim world.

She was in a peaceful era where death and blood is hidden to the public making them quite soft. Regardless, it's best to help her get stronger and might help me get to her more. I don't intend to share my sudden change and best to make up for it later. 

"Hey, why did you suddenly come with Hyun? Did something between you two?"

"My god don't tell me you two are in a relationship?"

The two are trying to be embarrassed since my reputation even with my change would not change their view of me. They're too embarrassed to admit their fault and even made it seem I'm the one who is in the wrong. Mia woo don't know how to respond since she doesn't know what came over her when she went to me. 

"What if we are?"

I said still leaning while looking at her with my eyes glinting in killing intent making them sweat and their breath grew restless while Mia looked at me feeling my protection and how it felt like before. A reassuring warmth. 

"N-Nothing, we were just surprised that's all."

"I see."

The bitch was too afraid of me recalling how I beat David who always bullied the previous Hyun. 

'I haven't checked what the [ Business Tycoon ] do.'

I had a brief understanding of Business and anything related to profit but I haven't read it description till now.

Quite an interesting skill to have but I don't know where to even start nor what kind of business I should pursue. They're obviously ideas that come to my head but I wanted to utilize the best possible outcome. I have a lot of money but it won't be enough to start a business unless I find an investor.

It might be easy since someone was already eyeing me in the underground fighting arena yesterday. They likely started investigating me but seeing they weren't anything special about me a few days prior would only increase their interest in me.

I might have brought troubles but if I played my cards right then they'll become my lap dog. 

'If I list things then I need to get strong, gain influence and have my peace in this life. To those who dare then I'll kill them not just them but their family and everyone involved. Mercy is a swift death.'

I thought I had already made the mistake of not getting stronger and protecting those important to me. For now it's best if I get stronger enough to at least reach Transcendent realm before summer break. Before all that, I should start looking into my next target who just walks inside the room showcasing her body. 

Miss Song Dayoung. A wonderful woman and well liked by all leading to every man here to imagine themselves inside her. She reminds me of my concubines who enjoyed humiliation and punishment making them the term a Masochist. She shivered upon meeting my gaze that was obviously different from how the old Hyun eyes were. I smiled and waved to tease her a bit.

Her thoughts were loud and clear as she tried to stop her thoughts about me and tried to concentrate in her lesson. My attention shifted when I saw Mia Woo glancing at me and she likely felt jealous or perhaps fear of abandoning her over another woman? It's quite adorable how she is trying to hide it, making me smile. 

The rest of the class was boring and didn't bother listening as I just took the time to gather more Qi in the surroundings and refine it into my body. I could always just leave school but seeing I don't have any influence nor reliable source of income then I'll stick in school for now.

Not to mention, Mia Woo won't likely drop any time soon therefore it's best if I remain. Time passed and we got our time for lunch with me walking up to Mia asking if she wanted to have lunch together. She just nodded still anxious around people but felt protected when close to him.
