36 Chapter 34 — You're gonna hurt my feelings, you know?

"This system is something else... sent an invitation to Hera, a character that doesn't appear in the story... unfortunately she didn't join" Nanahoshi sincerely praised the system after seeing the notifications in the chat.
Leo saw the names and was satisfied. He was certainly lucky.
He had discussed the worlds he wanted to visit in the future so he wanted to choose members originally from them. By choosing DanMachi he hoped to get in contact with some goddess and managed to get two. At The Beginning After The End world he was most interested in dragon civilization and space and time magic and got a dragoness.
As for the cultivation worlds, he simply chose them because they had interesting names and might get inspiration from them.
"Block out anything that might tell them anything about their original story from the store" Leo instructed looking at the chat history, watching for any messages.
While all members would have access to the store where they could buy whatever they wanted including fiction from the different worlds with their respective chat participation points, he didn't want them to know what kind of future they would have based on their original story.
At least not for now.
There were members who would die according to their story and he wouldn't let them die now that they were somehow attached but he wanted them to forge their own destiny.
Not based on choices written into a story, he never considered them mere fictional characters so he wanted to see an authentic future.
"Yes sir" Nanahoshi didn't ask for his reasons, though she could guess a little, she knew his personality after all.
Leo shifted his gaze to her and looked at her oddly.
"What?" Nanahoshi felt his gaze and also looked at him with a playful glint in her eyes.
"Nothing."
Leo ignored her joke and went back to watching the chat. Soon the first messages came in.
[Freya: Ara, Artemis. You're here too. Could it be that you know the God of this family?]
[Artemis: I don't know who he is but when I find out, I'll castrate him! I was taking a bath!]
[Chen Manyao: Mistress Red-Dust, did you also receive an invitation on some type of spiritual transmission?]
[Zhou Zimo: Yeah. I just came back from the battlefield and accepted the invitation so I could find the rogue who infiltrated my camp! It seems that's not the case, though]
[Caera Denoir: Excuse my rudeness Miss Zhou Zimo, but are you referring to the relictombs? I'm also in a camp at the moment, we could find the perpetrator together if it's okay with you].
[Sylvia: Oh, my child, you must be from the Alacrya continent. These people are not from our world. When I received the invitation, I felt a powerful space and time fluctuation, if I'm not mistaken, they should be people from other dimensions].

A few minutes ago, Freya's room.
On a beautiful bed covered with silk curtains a beautiful goddess with long silver hair was found.
She was not alone, nor was she motionless.
Beneath her was a young man smiling foolishly even though he was frowning as if he were enduring a cruel punishment.
Freya's lovely face glowed beautifully with a slightly rosy hue and small sweat beads.
Her hips moved gorgeously forward, backward, up and down, in circular motions at times fast and at times slow, pleasurably torturing the young man.
It wasn't long before that young man closed his eyes tighter and let out a loud groan clenching the sheets tightly with his hands at his sides and tensing his body.
Freya bit her lips slightly and pressed down firmly against the young man before opening her eyes and gazing at him with contempt and annoyance.
She stood up from the bed and walked naked to the terrace, every step was incredibly delicate yet mesmerizing to any mortal or god.
She sat down on a chair and took the glass of wine on the small table in front of her, not caring about the chilly wind caressing her tender and attractive naked body.
"Ottar, get rid of him" after a small drink, she looked at the city below her and spoke to the other person inside the room.
"As you wish, Freya-sama" a hulking tall man stepped out of the shadows and walked over to the bed, picked up the passed out young man and carried him out of the room over his shoulder.
That young man was one of the new adventurers excelling over the past few days, he had made it to the lower floors in fairly short time and had outstanding skills.
Freya had managed to make her family the strongest family in Orario after kicking out the Zeus Family and Hera Family, and even though the Loki Family was nipping at her heels they were still the strongest family.
After enjoying her time of glory, she found that there was nothing else to hold her attention and began to fall into an unbearable boredom.
She actually planned to wait a little longer to get her hands on that young man but her patience didn't last long and she ended up disappointed after playing with him for a few hours.
"I think I could use that girl... living as a mortal doesn't sound too bad" she murmured with a somewhat frightening but beautiful smile, her lovely purple eyes sparkling with anticipation.
A few days ago, she met a girl who surprised her greatly with her superb desire and gained a fascinating way of entertainment.
Living as a mortal sounded so tempting that she couldn't help but lick her lips.
Just as she was about to return to her room and summon that girl a silver panel appeared in front of her.
[Congratulations, Freya! You have been selected as a potential member of the Della Vedova Family]
[Do you want to accept the Family Group Chat invitation?]
[Yes] [No]
"Where is this family from? And how did they send this?" Freya looked at the panel with a glint of obsession in her eyes, she had obviously taken an interest in it and was going to do anything she could to get to the bottom of it.
With a chuckle flashed her flawless teeth and pressed "Yes".
Then the panel changed and showed her the chat but it was empty, with no message.
Her gorgeous face showed a bit of sadness but waited patiently, until more notifications came in.
[Artemis has joined the chat!]

Her face perked up again as she saw several names but upon realizing they were all women and very beautiful by their profile picture, her eyes flashed dangerously with possessiveness and insanity briefly.
She quickly recognized Artemis and resolved to start a conversation.
[Freya: Ara, Artemis. You're here too. Could it be that you know the God of this family?]
She was a little surprised that she knew how to use this chat automatically but that only increased her urge to make the owner of this chat her own, whatever it took.

Leo grinned looking at the different messages. He could see there were a few tricky girls in the group but that only excited him more.
"Let's introduce first".
Satisfied with what he saw he started typing in the chat.
[Leo Della Vedova: Sylvia is right, I invited you guys from another world. I didn't choose you specifically so we are tied by fate, if you want to look at it that way. Glad to meet you, you can just call me Leo.]
Leo completely ignored Nanahoshi and waited for the chat responses.
Several minutes passed and he got no response.
[Leo Della Vedova: Hey girls, you're gonna hurt my feelings, you know?]
He had never been ignored like this before so he didn't know what to do and looked at Nanahoshi for help.
She glanced at him with a rather smug smile and completely satisfied seeing him getting what he deserved for ignoring her but she knew he wasn't being ignored so she chose to help him and pointed a finger at her own face.
Leo saw her gesture, thought for a moment and then his eyes widened in shock as he noticed what he had done.
"Crap..."
