What do I do now?

My oxygen intake had gotten low enough to the point where I was manually breathing again.

My hands are taken off my knees and I get ready.

Sometimes I'm bitter and angry at what I had gotten myself into, but at most times I didn't have the opportunity to be.

Times like now-

I slipped under the legs of the man who had tried to hit me with all his might.

Since he had used the force of his entire body to punch at me, I was able to get behind him.

Once that was done I jumped as high as I could and smacked the back of his neck with a nasty kick, that by all means should've knocked him out.

But it didn't, so I continued.

On my way down I kicked him two more times, leaving him to sleep on the floor.

"You have nothing good."... I contemplate beating his face in a couple more times but it wouldn't be fun.

He only had 25 dollars on him, and his clothing probably wouldn't sell for much. Despite that, I took it all off him, folding it a neat stack to take home.

When I got home, I was greeted by two men, both burlier than most.

"Marcos." I nod him. "José." I also nod at him.

In my small house, they sat on the newly bought chairs. They were glowing white and had a line of yellow that gave off the appearance of gold.

The image did not fit with my brown and grey house.

"...?" Marcos spoke in Spanish, a language I didn't understand.

"He said 'Why did you come back with nothing?'" José translated for me.

He was most likely referring to the fact I had brought in so little cash.

"I was busy catching up on homework, I only had time to rob one today." And it was true, my absences and lack of doing schoolwork had put me on course to fail.

I better start going to class.

"Eh?" José made a confused expression, causing me to repeat slowly what I had said.

These small moments always gave me some reassurance, these strong men having trouble communicating with me. I knew it had nothing to do with their intelligence, but any little thing helped.

"You have a long way to go, how are we going to get bigger?"

"Good job on buying us these chairs, your old ones were disgusting."

"If you don't start thinking of a way to make real money then we'll revoke our support."

They bombarded me with a bunch of statements at rapid fast speed.

"I'll handle it, give me a break." I wasn't confident that I could take these guys on, so my personality was put on hold.

I didn't think I'd be putting on my uniform for another week.

"Now is actually a good time to check on those people."

I set my uniform to wash and went on a run, it's been a while since I'd worked out and I needed to keep my body in shape.

They should've made plenty of cash by now, if they did what I asked them to.

"Shiri!" I asked the voice automated phone to do some calculations.

"The total amount calculated is 1,250." It was a lot of money for a broke highschooler, but no where near enough.

I sighed deeply when I realized class had already started, and I had yet to put my clothes in the dryer.

"I'll dry them tomorrow."

Maybe if he had been more responsible, things would've changed.

Well then, I said I was going to get in shape right?

I get my long dark hoodie from the dryer and put my cap on top of my head, pushing it down to keep the hair from getting in the way.

I put on a baggy set of black sweatpants and a mask with maliciously colored gloves. They had a flame like design that gave me the look of a young thug.

A rogue, which was exactly what I was.

The walk to the gym was very disturbing, for those around me. I constantly walked through alley ways and bumping into people on the sidewalks.

I would even J-walk!

I would walk with my hands in my pockets, with a hunched posture.

The large bag I was wearing made it awkward to do this, but nevertheless I persevered.

The reason for this was because I needed money. "And I've found who I was looking for."

"No you haven't buddy." The cigarette in between his two fingers hit the floor and three guys in the alleyway surround me.

"Hmm, a triangle formation." I rush at the guy in front of me.

He has a skinny mustache and no hair on his head, his physique was very tall, and he also had some fat.

"AGH!" He yelps out in pain as I strike him . . . with the brick that was in my bag that I moved to my pocket.

There was no way my normal fists would deal enough damage to adult men at my age, plus they picked a fight with me.

Well they thought so.

I throw the brick and another ones head, and leap into the air, rotating and slamming my leg into the brick, adding more force to my attack.

His head slammed into the wall, and he was out cold.

"RGH!" The last man grunts as he rushes for me, his stance made me think he was trying to wrestle me to the floor.

If he picked me up once I would be out, so I run in the opposite direction.

When enough distance is put between us I leap towards him, my knee making direct contact with his nose.

"Hmph!" I grab the hair on the back of his head and slam my other knee into his head again.

He snatched his head back, most likely in pain, and I flip over him.

"Hup!" I get behind him, putting him in a chokehold until he passed out. He barely even struggled.

 I make sure to wait.

1.. 30

Ok.

I robbed them all, they were lucky that I didn't have the means to take their shoes.

I walked to the nearest gym, an Aikido gym.

Because I'd been there before, I knew there was a weight room in the back.

I entered and purchased a one day pass - the reason I needed the money.

It's been about 3 weeks since I touched a weight.

For me to get stronger strikes, I needed to do an explosive workout. With that thought process in mind..

I moved to the back, I start throwing the weights as high as I can, until I throw it too high.

"Oops!"

The weight I had thrown smashed right into the camera that was observing me.

It was a whole debacle that took 30 minutes to handle, and I had to pay them the rest of the money I got from those guys, I almost low balled the money I had stolen.

After continuing my workout I left the gym with my heavy bag "..." me and a strange man in a traditional aikido uniform locked eyes.

I left the gym looking for more trouble, but unable to find any, and made it home with ALL the weights in the gym.

I emptied out my bag, letting them all drop heavily on the floor. This is going to take forever.

After some time, I got up and listed the weights on E-bay.

I throw the hoodie and gloves off, I'd most likely need to bury these. My only set of gloves would have to stay, unless I wanted to purchase more.

++..++

Every day was the same routine, instigate on the street, fight, collect money.

Alleyway fights were getting tedious and the more I got into the more damage I would take, not every battle would go as smoothly as I wanted it to. And my stamina dropped due to me overworking myself.

I put on my gloves and head out, no fingerprints.

Unfortunately, I had to go back inside since I was unable to find any troublesome individuals.

At home I kept checking for someone who would buy the weights.

"Who could be at the door?" A loud thunderous series of knocking woke me up from my half asleep state.

I open the door and I'm kicked back immediately by a strong looking man in a traditional aikido uniform.

My gut wrenches and I immediately rush towards him in a zig-zag format as fast as I could, pulling my leg up to kick at the side of his head.

"Hey old man, you'll pay for attacking me so suddenly."

"Suddenly you say?" He takes the hit, forming a bruise on his face, and grabs my leg, slamming me to the floor.

"Guh!" Spit trailed out of my mouth as I'm suddenly slammed into my floor. I tried to get up as fast as I could, but the pain made my movements much slower.

I strike at him in anger, with all the strength I could muster!

And my whole world turns upside down.

...

Literally, he flips me over and I land on my back, hurt.

I get up and he flips me again, and I feel my vision blurring.

A mix of anger and pain.

"RAH!" I scream while striking at him as fast as I could, it didn't matter how strong it was as long as I could...

He parries my weak attack and closes in, he's trying to flip me again.

His arm reaches out to flip me over and...

...

"You-!" He screams in pain as I break his arm.

He takes a knee and shuts his eyes closed, and I keep barraging him with strikes to the gut.

When I had gotten him weak enough I choked him out.

Now what to do with him?
