"Fine, you can stay to beat up Reynard more."

While Julius and Reynard continued their spar, Ann was silently thinking about the interaction that this family had shown in front of her just now. She didn't think that much when Zach originally accepted the invitation, but Julie's response was a bit weird.

"Have you done this before?" Zach suddenly asked.

Ann, who was actually planning on thinking about the matter of Julie's weird reaction more, turned her head. She blinked her eyes before understanding that Zach was asking about the training plan.

"Not exactly."

"It's just a set of training that I see often." Ann thought for a moment and that was the only plausible answer that she could give.

Zach looked at the set of training in his hand as the corner of his lips curled up. Yes, it was indeed a normal set of training, but the number of each set was a completely different matter. it looked as if it was completely tailored specifically for Reynard.

He had seen how much Reynard was badly beaten and also the way the boy positioned his body. Based on the number of each set here, he could see that Ann was putting more emphasis on Reynard's legs.

It was because his legs were a bit weaker compared to his hands.

While it might not be that noticeable, he could see it easily because he was familiar with physical training.

Ann looked at Zach and felt a bit uneasy. This man shouldn't have found out anything, right? She was doing her act splendidly and didn't really reveal any weakness as of yet.

That awkward silence lasted for another 15 minutes before Julie returned and told them that it was time for their early dinner. Even though it was called early, it was just a bit earlier and not by much.

The food on the table were so many that it looked like a banquet. It was so lavish that Reynard was stunned speechless.

"Sis, do you want to empty the fridge?" Reynard asked.

"What the hell are you talking about? It's just a normal amount of food!" Julie was speechless.

Reynard looked at his sister suspiciously. Even if they have more guests, it was abnormal for the amount of food to be this much. Did she think that they were all a big eater that could eat several bowls of food?

"Please dig in."

"Thank you."

Ann took the seat beside Reynard because she only knew him. However, Zach took the seat right at the other side of her, causing three pairs of eyes to be looking in his direction.

"Julius, we need to talk for a bit."

Reynard looked at his sister and his future brother in law in confusion. "Did they have another couple quarrel?"
