Reynard wanted to cry when he saw the gaze that Ann used to look at him. It was not like he didn't want to help out, but he really didn't know that much. His father always seen him as the unreliable child in Sall Family, not allowing him to participate in their business that much.

Because of that, he rarely knew anything that was related to their family business and often stayed away. His father would mostly punish him if he tried to meddle and interrupted them.

Reynard didn't want to die yet.

So he rarely bothered his parents about it.

"Master, is there any problem?" Reynard asked carefully.

Ann looked at Reynard thoughtfully. "They're your family members but you don't know that much about them. Are you sure that you're truly part of Sall Family?"

"Of course I'm part of Sall Family." Reynard was speechless.

"Then, why don't you work harder for your family?"

From what she had seen for the past two days, Reynard always slept in the classroom. It looked as if he didn't really care about his result and would make sure that he would not be bothered. Coming from Sall Family, the teacher didn't dare to bother him in fear of receiving wrath from Sall Family.

Thus, this boy become the troublemaker in school.

Reynard pursed his lips. "I want to be an athlete, but my father didn't allow it. He told me something like I'm not allowed to attract attention or whatsoever."

"Did you try to have a proper talk with him?"

"Not really." Reynard looked away. "Anyway, I just want to learn martial arts from you properly."

"In that case, the first thing you need to do is to fix your sleeping habit." Ann took the piece of meat and munched calmly.

Reynard's face turned awkward and he looked away. It seemed that it would take a long time for him to fix this habit of his sleeping. He didn't like studying and his father always beat him up for that.

Though, he didn't care and often fought with his father about it.

Ah, it was so annoying.

While Reynard was having his difficulties, Julius noticed that Zach finished talking with the guests much faster than usual. He noticed that Zach's eyes seemed to be looking in one direction. To be exact, it was pointing straight at the young lady who was eating beside Reynard.

His pupil dilated slightly as he knew that an interest from someone like Zach could have a big implication.

"Zach, do you want me to do some background check on her?"

"Do it." Zach was calm, but his eyes seemed to paying close attention to the young lady. No matter where he was standing, the corner of his eyes would always looking at the young girl.

It was as if there was no one else who was as important as having that young girl beside him.

"Alright."

"Pay attention to your brother in law. His studies should be poor, right?" Zach recalled that the unremarkable Reynard was known to be a troublemaker. Because he didn't want to inherit his father's business, he had been creating trouble one after another.

Julius blinked his eyes. It was not like he didn't know, but he didn't feel like talking about this matter to Zach. After all, his girlfriend always bothered him whenever she was annoyed by her annoying younger brother.

"Yes. He wants to be an athlete, but Heri Sall didn't agree."

"I see." Zach's dark eyes turned deep. A slight purple hue appeared at the bottom of his eyes, looking slightly strange yet enchanting at the same time.

Julius was startled when he saw the glint in the man's eyes. From the bottom of his heart, he hoped that the conjecture he was thinking was wrong. After all, how could he possibly let a girl of unknown origin to get close to Zach?

He wouldn't be able to bear the brunt should something happened.

"Continue with the banquet."

"Yes…"
