4 Big plans

"So where were we?" I declared to the council as they followed me into the chamber. Some of them adorned their hoods, attached to their regal attire. "I believe we were discussing Viltrum's expansion plan, sire," spoke one of them, stepping forward.

"Ah, yes. And your name is?" I asked, sizing him up.

"Alkorin, sire," he replied, a hint of nervousness in his voice.

"Alkorin, huh?" I stroked my chin thoughtfully. "Make that Head Councilman Alkorin."

Alkorin's eyes widened in surprise and gratitude. "Thank you, sire. I won't let you down," he said.

"Good," I said, coughing to clear my throat.

"Now, let's get back to the matter at hand. The Viltrum expansion plan. I believe I have a solution."

The room fell silent as I began to explain my plan. "First, we must dedicate a team to locate planets in a crucial stage of development. Planets that are far enough along to add value to our empire, but not so advanced that we cannot overcome their defenses."

"Step two, gather our most trusted officers and send each of them to survey and weaken the planets over time. This will ensure that our expansion remains strong and unchallenged."

Suddenly, a councilman interrupted, "Excuse me, sire. But shouldn't we send groups of officers to conquer the planet in one swift move?" he asked with confidence.

I scowled at the man, my eyes piercing into his. "And what is your name?" I demanded.

"Jaxen, sire," he replied, his voice faltering.

"Jaxen, I find your lack of faith disturbing," I growled, my voice echoing through the chamber. "Your idea is flawed. As our empire grows, it will become harder and harder to maintain, and our expansion will eventually come to a halt."

I paused, allowing my words to sink in. "We must be strategic in our approach. The Viltrum expansion plan must be executed with precision and cunning. Only then will we dominate the universe."I had a vision for the future of Viltrum, and I was determined to see it through, no matter what.

So with that, the final step was set in motion. I addressed the room, my voice ringing out with a sense of authority and command. "The stationed officer will begin their takeover when deemed necessary or after a specified period of time," I began. "The assigned Viltrumite will remain on the planet to monitor its activities and ensure compliance with our rule."

"Races that cooperate will be given access to our advanced technologies, which can be used to improve their quality of life. This will ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the empire. But for those who resist our takeover, I have a simple solution. We will destroy them, no matter how long it takes. This is our unwavering commitment to our expansion and conquest." I finished, my voice echoing through the room with an air of confidence and authority.

"Alkorin, I have faith in your abilities as the head council man, and I expect you to lead the charge in executing this plan with precision. The future of our empire rests on your shoulders, do not disappoint me."

The room fell silent as the weight of my words sank in. Alkorin's eyes widened in awe, and Jaxen's face was cast down in defeat. This was a crucial moment, and I needed to make sure my council members understood the importance of this plan.

"Gentlemen and women, this is not just about expanding our territory, this is about securing our place in the universe. The viltrums have always been known for their power and domination, and we must continue to uphold that reputation. Our empire must continue to grow, and it is up to each and every one of you to make that happen."

I could see the determination in their eyes as they nodded in agreement. Alkorin stepped forward, his voice steady and confident, "We won't let you down, sire. The viltrum expansion plan will be executed to perfection."

"Good, now let us begin," I boomed, my voice echoing through the chamber as the council members dispersed with a newfound determination. The viltrum expansion plan was underway, and I had faith in my council members to make it a success. I had armed them with all the tools necessary for victory, and if they failed, they would be deemed unworthy of my trust.

With that thought, I strode out of the council building and into the bustling streets., my skyscraper looming tall and proud before me. I could go there, or I could set a new plan in motion. In this universe, blood was everything, especially for viltrumites. *Boom* With a single leap, I took flight, soaring through the air at breakneck speed. Moments later, I stopped in front of a window hundreds of stories high that revealed a stunning woman sleeping in a luxurious bed, her form hidden under silken sheets.

I knocked on the glass, harder and harder until the sound echoed like thunder. Until finally she awoke, her eyes wide with surprise as she saw me outside her window. She quickly got up, revealing her toned and athletic build, and With a wave of her hand, the window slid open, and I floated inside her high-tech apartment. She was speechless, clearly confused as to why I was here. "Grand Regent Thragg, what do I owe this pleasure?" she asked, her voice trembling slightly.

I didn't know why I was there, but I was there nonetheless. Without warning, I punched her square in the face, knocking her across the room. She raised her arms in defense, but I hovered before her, a frown on my face. "Oh, Anissa" I said, hovering in front of her. "Did I misunderstand your preferences? I thought you enjoyed spectacles like this."

She wiped the blood from her lip, her eyes never leaving mine. "Grand Regent," she spoke softly, "I apologize for not comprehending your intentions. I do indeed crave a rough touch." "Shall we continue?" I asked, my voice dark and brooding. Her answer was a feral growl as she pounced, launching us into a desperate fight for dominance that lasted until the early hours of the morning. In the end, I emerged victorious, Anissa's naked body lying beside me.

As I lay there, staring at the ceiling, I couldn't help but reflect on the path I had taken. The future of my new found empire was in my hands, and I would do whatever it took to secure it, no matter the cost. My actions were all for my own survival, or so I told myself. But as I drifted off to sleep, I couldn't shake the feeling that there was something more to it all, a force that drove me to be the Grand Regent Thragg I was today.
