9 Date With Marriage in Mind

"I'm hundred percent sure he is. But what should we do now? He wants to meet again." Wan Seulgi sighed.

"There's only one path left then." Han Seoyeon spoke, "I'll meet him one again and end it once and for all."

"I'm very thankful for your help." Wan Seulgi quickly expressed her gratefulness. "I'll definitely raise your payment."

"Good idea." Han Seoyeon chuckled. "Anyway he's perhaps doing this so he could give some comeback to me anyway." Han Seoyeon replied, "Ask him where he want to meet."

On that afternoon, Jung Hwa waited for Han Seoyeon earlier than the time they promised. He sat there waiting before an elegant woman with a beautiful brown hair and long droopy eyes came to his table. Her smile sweetened when she stood beside the table trying to call the man. "Excuse me, handsome man are you alone?"

Jung Hwa recalled Han Seoyeon's words of seeing their faces first before rejecting and looked up. "As expected that was my fault at the time." He mumbled, making the woman in front of her confused.

"I beg your pardon?" The woman asked and Jung Hwa casted his gaze away from the woman.

"I have someone I'm going to meet with." Jung Hwa rejected but the woman didn't gave up. Instead, she choose another approach. "Then, can I have your number?"

"I could only share my number to those who are close to me." Jung Hwa tapped his phone and smiled. "I doubt first meeting is 'close', right?"

The woman's lips twitched horribly, she humped and storm out of the place. At the same time, the woman exited the place, Han Seoyeon with her full makeup entered the place. She turned her face a little to the woman who left, thinking to herself, whether the woman had just broke up with her boyfriend due to her angry face.

She shrugged her shoulder, looking around the cafe to see Jung Hwa sitting with his wall-like posture, bearing elegant and sternness. His pale white face, was almost too white for a human with only his red lips ripened to a bright red color. Under his right eyes, there was a beauty spot that could fade if he try to smile. Black hair sweep to the back, double eyelids to accompany his almond eyes, and a high-nose bridge that was sharp and tall. If he kept quiet, Han Seoyeon though, he is very handsome.

She breathed out, walking toward the table and took a seat in front of him. His deep eyes looked back at her eyes before pulling a smile that somehow made a knot to toe deep in her stomach. "You're early today, Mr. Jang."

"That is because you seem to dislike tardiness in men, Ms. Wan." He smiled again at the end of his words.

This complete change of behavior made Han Seoyeon to become even more confused by his behavior. Yesterday he was rude and now he is polite and kind without a comparison.

Han Seoyeon took back her words that said rejecting a kind man is easier than rejecting a bastard. It made her felt like a bad guy now! No, she is now in Wan Seulgi's position so is Seulgi who's now the bad guy?

Back to the topic, Han Seoyeon reminded herself.

"Yes, well that's true." Han Seoyeon drink the cup that he ordered and placed it again to the desk. "Then, may I know your reason for meeting me here? Like I said yesterday, I'm very busy."

"About yesterday, Ms. Wan I want to apologize for my rude behavior." Jung Hwa started calmly. "My grandfather had been making me to attend marriage meetings, however, the women who attend the marriage meeting all have the same thought of using me and my grandfather's influence. My grandfather is a kind person and is an easy target for these people to use him. That's why I was rude yesterday, but I have offended you you haven't done anything, for that I apologize." The man bowed his head down, giving a formal apology.

"Wait." Han Seoyeon raises her hand unknowingly. Having someone to bow to her wasn't something she was used to especially for apologizing. To note, did this man come only to apologize? He isn't a rude man like what she thought before. Also, the way he spoke of his grandfather so fondly, he seemed to be guarded to the people who want to use his grandfather's influence. A filial grandson. Even Han Seoyeon could understand his behavior although that doesn't mean she support it.

"I understand, I accept you apologize. I also apologize for throwing water in you yesterday, I was also rude." Her words made the man's smile to glow that Han Seoyeon almost couldn't look straight at his smile without averting his smile. "Then we can count that as equitable." Jung Hwa said.

Han Seoyeon nodded before bringing back her case. "Is that all? If it is, then I will excuse myself from here."

"Not yet." Jung Hwa halted her. "Ms. Wan, If I may ask, have we met before?"

Met before? What's with that cliche way of talking? Han Seoyeon asked herself. Nevertheless, she still took a good look of the man and replied truthfully. "I don't think so. You're a handsome man, I doubt myself forgetting someone with a face that could leave an impression hard to forget."

Jung Hwa started at her unblinkingly. She praised him with a straight face, almost as though she didn't realize she was praising him.

"Even if we haven't met before." Jung Hwa whispered.

Han Seoyeon felt as though she heard something and queried. "Did you say something, Mr. Jang?"

"The reason I came here today, Ms. Wan is not only because I want to apologize for my rude behavior yesterday." He paused to look at Han Seoyeon's questioning face and continued, "I want to say that the marriage meeting we have yesterday is a step to our future."

"Huh?" Han Seoyeon was taken aback by his words. "What do you mean?"

"I fell in love with you at first sight, Ms. Wan and I want to ask you to go out with me with marriage in mind." Accompanying his words, a sweet intoxicating smile followed.
