Ch3 Pig X Hunt

Buhara looked around the applicants and then stood up again.

" Let's begin now, The required ingredient is pork. You're free to use any part of the pig, the pig here in the biska forest is called Great Stamp. Any dishes will do, but you must use the cooking facilities here to prepare the pork. You only pass if we both find it delicious. And so, The Second Phase Exam... Start Now!!."

Buhara then tapped his stomach making a loud sound indicating the exam had started.

The applicants rushed to the forest wanting to end this exam faster since it was much easier than the first phase. Among the people, Gon, Killua, Kurapika, and Leorio are walking forward while chatting about what happened in the marshland, Swindler swamp.

In the distance, Akira is following them while hiding in the trees. Akira didn't have pokkle memories and his hunting experience is close to zero, but that doesn't mean he didn't know anything about it. On Earth, he tried hunting before although it was just sniping some deer, through it he learned how to suppress his presence well enough not to be noticed by the said prey. In other words a genius stalker!

" Achoo!." Akira didn't know what happened but his nose suddenly felt itched.

Gon suddenly halted and looked around the forest. Killua and Kurapika already noticed Akira while Leorio is oblivious as always.

Although Akira attempts to close his mouth with his hand to prevent making noise. It was enough for Gon to notice something, whose sense is sharpened by living in the forest his whole life.

" I heard someone." Gon then pointed in the direction he heard a sneeze.

Killua already noticed the stalker since while back, he just didn't pay attention because he didn't feel any malice.

Akira looked dumbfounded, He didn't even want to let them know him until the third phase exam. But seeing Gon pointing in his direction, Akira didn't have a choice and came out from hiding. ' Why did I forget that they weren't a normal person except Leorio, And where the hell does my confidence come from? .'

He walked out from the tree before looking at the four. " I mean no harm, I promised." Akira held up his hand placatingly.

Kurapika looks skeptical and then eyes Akira. " A line commonly used by a liar."

Gon looks at Akira for a second before looking at Kurapika and Leorio. " He wasn't lying."

Kurapika and Leorio who had been with Gon for a few days now knew about his institution and lowered their guard while Killua looked carefree he was confident he could kill this guy without a struggle.

" I'm Gon, this is Killua, Kurapika, and Leorio." Gon introduced the three pointing them orderly.

Akira then walked towards them while smiling. He holds up his hand. " I'm sorry about secretly following you guys. By the way, I'm Pokkle but you can just call me Akira." Akira planned to change his name but since the application form is already in the hand of the examiner, his name pokkle can't be changed anymore.

Gon didn't hesitate and reached out his hand" Nice to meet you too, Akira-san."

Kurapika and Leorio also shake his hand while Killua looks skeptical about the handshake.

" Then can I ask now, What brought you to follow us?." It was Kurapika who asked despite lowering his guard since Akira looked suspicious just from following them.

' He is logical like in the anime.' Akira's thought before answering.

" To tell you the truth, I heard what you guys talking about before. Gon's smelling a perfume and led him to the second site." Akira looks at Gon and then Killua before looking to Kurapika.

" Ah, so that's why you followed us. Since Gon finding a pig is pieces of cake." Kurapika deduced and looked at Akira. 'But he still hiding something.'

Both Killua and Kurapika have the same thought. It was at this moment, that Gon smelled something.

" This way." Gon gestured others to follow him then rushed out followed by the four.

Akira then signaled to stop after seeing the pig as large as a bear. The four stopped before looking at him.

" I know about Great Stamp, The world's most ferocious pig. They use their large stout noses to send their enemies flying." Akira said in a low voice to not make the pigs notice them.

Leorio looks pale seeing how the pig is chewing bones. He gulped and looked at Akira. " How can we hunt that thing."

" Didn't I say that I know about Great Stamp? " Although their skin is tough and normal means can't penetrate it. I know their weakness." Akira then pointed his hand to his forehead.

Killua and Kurapika instantly guessed what Akira meant while Gon and Leorio looked dumbfounded.

Kurapika looks at the two before explaining." The pig's weakness is their forehead, their big noses are to guard the soft part of their body."

" Ah." Gon and Leorio look at each other before nodding.

" Are you sure telling us the weakness?." It was Gon who asked the question but Killua looked like planned to ask the same question.

" Just think of it, as payment for finding the pig." Akira said as he smiled.' Although it was much better if you asked that question before I told you the weakness.'

The five then look at each other understanding what everyone is thinking. And without any further ado, they rushed to the pig wanting to make something delicious from it.
