The bright light was blinding as Nakamura Akira opened his eyes. His head ached and his body felt strange. As his vision came to focus, he realized he was lying in a field under a clear blue sky.

" Where am I?" He said aloud, but the voice that came out did not sound like his own. It was higher pitched. He sat up and looked around, confused and disoriented. This place didn't look familiar at all.

He doesn't even know all the people gathering in this place. In the distance, he saw trees and mountains on the horizon. He stood on shaky legs and walked towards the nearest person to him and asked where he was.

" Did running 80 kilometers too much for you? HAHA!." The man's question is full of sarcasm.

But seeing that Akira didn't react the man sighed and said. " We're here now in the site, where the second phase of the exam gonna take place."

The man even pointed his finger at a tall and thin man who wore formal butler-style clothes.

" That man said that we just need to wait for a few more minutes before the first phase ended." The man said before looking at Akira.

Akira wasn't even listening to the guy after processing the last thing he remembered before appearing at this place. The last thing he remembered was pushing that little boy out of the way of the incoming truck. ' Did I die?'

Akira looked at the man and nodded his head. "Thank you, I'm just a little dizzy and my mind is a bit fuzzy."

He then walked away from the man and sat down near the tree.

Akira pondered and kept on thinking about what happened to him.

In that moment a boy with white hair is looking around and mumbling." Is gon still wasn't here?."

Also in that moment, Akira's mind raced to process what he heard and what he was seeing. The boy he saw resembles one of the main characters in the anime he watched before. The boy looks like Killua Zoldyck, a 12-year-old professional assassin who later becomes a pro hunter.

' Killua?, Gon?, Don't tell me.' He thought as he closed his eyes, he finally realized what was happening right now.

Akira then opened his eyes and the confusion and doubt disappeared from his eyes and changed to eyes full of determination.
