17 NO MORE QUESTIONS

Since Jason's main purpose for agreeing to Olivia's plan was already fulfilled, he now had more than enough money to take care of his aunt's treatments.

"Jason, where did you get that much money to pay for my treatment?" Sophia asked, looking worried.

"I worked for it, aunt and you don't have to worry about anything, for the time being, I have taken care of everything," Jason said with a sincere and real smile on his face, his emotions obvious in his eyes.

*Cough . . . Cough* [Sophia placed her hand against her mouth as she coughed quietly.

"But I know you don't have a job at the moment. So, how could you have gotten this much money?" Sophia asked again, grabbing his hands in hers.

"That's enough now, no more questions," Jason said as he squeezed her hand a little.

"Where the hell are Jimmy and Raphael? Why aren't they here to take care of you?" Jason asked as he looked at the entrance door with a deep frown on his face.

"Don't worry, I asked them to go out for a while, there is no fun in sitting all day long and watching their sick mother," Sophia explained.

"Brother!!" Jimmy and Raphael said as soon as they walked in and saw Jason.

"Can you two tell me why you left aunt, all alone?" Jason's deep voice echoed in their ears as he walked towards them.

"Ahmm . . . Mother said we could leave for a short while," Raphael answered, rubbing the back of his neck, scared of what Jason would say next.

"And you left, without bothering if she would need anything while you were gone?" Jason said, raising the tone of his voice.

"Jason, that's enough. Let them be." Sophia said, trying to ease the tension in the atmosphere.

"Ahh…" He sighed quietly and went back to Sophia.

"Brother, you seem to have forgotten about us ever since you moved out of the house," Jimmy said he walked towards Jason and placed an elbow on his shoulder.

"It's not that, Jimmy. Just that, a lot has been happening lately but here I am." Jason replied.

"We really miss you; you know that…. right? We have no one to scold us anymore and reprimand our silly behaviors." Raphael said as he went to have his seat near Jason.

"Well, I didn't miss either of you. Especially you, Raphael. I expected better from you as the older twin to watch over your mother." Jason said in a flat tone.

Jimmy was grinning from ear to ear as he prepared to listen to how Jason was about to give Raphael a serious scolding.

"And I also expected that from you too, Jimmy," Jason added, which made the smile on Jimmy's face disappear.

"Yes, I know and I'm sorry for not taking responsibility," Raphael said as he looked at Sophia, feeling ashamed.

"Mother, we are really sorry," Jimmy said, standing up to hug his mother.

"It's okay, I am fine anyway, Jason is just worried for nothing. See, I'm fine." Sophia said.

Jimmy and Raphael are Sophia's biological children, they were born six years after Jason's birth, which means they are currently eighteen years of age. Regardless of being twins, they were totally different from one another but that didn't change the fact they shared the same face. They both dislike the idea of sharing similar names like normal twins do, Raphael went with his first name while Jimmy went with his second name. They both prefer to call Jason their brother rather than their cousins because he took the responsibility of an older brother to them.

"We are leaving for the hospital very soon, behave yourselves when we are gone," Jason said to them.

"To the hospital, why?" Jimmy asked, looking confused.

"To start aunt's treatment, what else?" Jason answered.

"But there is a certain amount of money we have to pay before she can start her treatment…. Right?" Raphael stated.

"Yes, I already paid for the treatment and I think it's time for us to go," Jason replied as he stood from the chair next to Sophia.

"You paid for the treatment already!!" Jimmy said a little louder with a surprised look on his face.

"Yes, he did," Sophia answered, understanding why Jimmy reacted that way.

"Wow… but that's a lot of money, how did you get it?" Raphael asked, also surprised.

"No more questions, I think you should thank him for paying for it, don't you think so?" Sophia added as she pushed herself up from her resting position.

"Thank you so much, Brother. I really mean it; we don't know what we would have done without you." Raphael thanked Jason, sincerely.

"Yes, Brother. We really are grateful, thank you." Jimmy also thanked him.

"I don't understand why exactly you are thanking me and what for, but l let's save that for later. The doctor is probably waiting for us." Jason said as he helped Sophia to stand properly.

"Can we come with you?" Raphael asked, hoping for a yes.

Jason looked at Sophia, patiently waiting for her answer.

"Of course, if that's okay with Jason," Sophia said as she held on to Jason for support.

"Sure, let's go," Jason said and then the four of them walked out the door.

Sophia had been diagnosed with heart failure some months ago, but due to their lack of enough money, they could not get her to start her treatment at the hospital. Not too long ago, she and her husband (The twin's father) had some issues in their marriage which led to a divorce. Her husband, George Harris was not the best man in the world but she loved him and still does. George cheated on her after their many years of being married which broke Sophia and the twins. It really wasn't a surprise to Jason because he knew it all along but couldn't tell it to the rest of the family. After their divorce, Sophia could not help but continue to think about him and what he did to her and the children, her continuous thinking and worrying led to a heart problem which she is currently suffering from.

After leaving the apartment, they boarded a taxi to the assigned hospital.
