The next morning, Zhi Ruo woke up on her regular time after having a good sleep throughout the earlier day and night as well. 

Even though she was unable to sleep comfortably throughout the night because of the big heater pressing on her, Zhi Ruo did not feel sleepy. 

Opening her eyes groggily, Zhi Ruo used her fist to rub her eyes as she tried to turn around. Zhi Ruo still felt some pressure on her body as she was unable to turn around only to realize that Qing Shan's arm was holding her waist tightly. 

Zhi Ruo first tried her best to turn around and face Qing Shan without disturbing his sleep. Then, she raised her hand and softly touched his forehead, trying to check his body temperature. Only after she made sure that Qing Shan's body temperature had returned back to normal, she breathed a sigh of relief.
