Chapter 15

I go home and throw my back pack in my room and throw my self on my bed. I take out my phone and go on kik. I have several notifications from the group chat with Lola, Mandy, and Aden.

I reluctantly clicked on the chat.

Mandy >>—>: wtf Aden!

Lola hates all: Aden what the hell?!?

Aden Harper: hold up I said I don't like her

Mandy >>—>: why not?

Aden Harper: because I love her, I know that sounds weird and really creepy, but when her and Theo started dating my heart shattered to pieces.

Mandy >>—>: aaaaawwwwweeee. I SHIP IT!!!

Lola hates all: same!

Aden Harper: so since she probably hates me... Because I'm guessing she turned her phone off after I said I didn't like her like any girl would I just hope she reads this and at least smiles at how stupid I am.

Adena: really???

Aden Harper: yeah. :)

Mandy >>—>; omg Aden just ask her out already!!!

Aden Harper: no.

Lola hates all: why not?

Aden Harper: because I wanna do it the right way... By asking your mother for permission.

Adena: I didn't tell her I broke up with Theo yet...

Lola hates all: why not?

Adena: she's had late cases lately...

Aden Harper: then I'll wait until the right time then. Until then I'm just a friend.

Aden Harper has left the chat

Lola hates all: I told you!!

Mandy >>—>: so did I!

Adena: whatever.

I turned off my phone and laughed. I sighed and walked down stairs to see if my mom was home yet.

Nope.

I walk over to the fridge to find two notes. One that's definitely moms handwriting and the other is Sabrina but it's not in English.

I read moms first.

Girls I will be home late today. So many cases at the hospital. Money for pizza is where it always is.

I looked at Sabrina's note and tried Spanish.

Nope.

I don't know much about witches but I believe they chant in Latin.

I tried that.

Well I guess I'm home alone. I sigh as I plop down on the couch. I call the pizza guy and wait for the pizza. About twenty minutes later the pizza guy came. I gave him fifteen dollars for the two pizzas and soda. Your probably wondering. Two pizzas what for.

Lola, Mandy, Ben, I... Duh.

I call them up and less then five minutes after I had said pizza they where here. We had devoured the pizza in less than then time it took them to get here.

"So what's up chicka?" Asks Lola

"Theo's probably recruiting for his pack, so we need to be doing the same." I say

"Your not an alpha you can have a pack." Ben says

"I know, I know but we need a  lot of hunters, witches, werewolves, and whatever Andy is." I say

"Okay, and what do you propose you do?" Mandy asks

"Well I have two hunters already, I have two witches and two werewolves." I say

"So now you need two of Andy?" Asks Ben

He smirked. I've seen Ben check Andy out but he's got a girlfriend I believe her name is Heaven.

"Yeah, but not in a weird way." I say looking toward Ben

"That means they'll be eight of us and four of them... Unless Theo turns more, but that means he'll be weaker." Mandy says

"How do you know all of this?" I ask

"I have this book filled with all of the monsters and supernatural my family has encountered with dating all the way to when the hunters where first created." Mandy says

"So it's a family book?" Ben asked

"Yeah, every hunter in the Argento family gets one." Mandy says

"Do you have it with you?" Lola asks

"Always." Mandy says taking it out of her bag

She hands it to Lola and Lola starts flipping through the pages of the book. Until she stop that is. I looked over her shoulder to see what she was looking at. It was the section on werewolves. She read it aloud.

"Alpha. A Shape Shifted Red-eyed Werewolf

Betas must kill their alpha or another through duel or murder to become one themselves. Alphas can be created when an alpha transfers it power onto a beta.

Alpha Powers and Abilities: Alpha Call- Alphas can howl to call their betas to them, or can roar at their pack members to drive them into submission.

Physical Dominance- Alphas are stronger than their lesser betas, more members of the pack means all current members become stronger. Wounds inflicted by an alpha take longer to heal.

Enhanced Senses- Alphas have better senses than betas.

Healing- An alpha's healing power is stronger than a beta's.

Shape-Shifting- An Alpha has the ability to shift into a higher degree of wolf than a beta. Some look like normal wolves and others look like bipedal monsters.

Memory Access- Alphas can access memories by inserting their claws into the back of their neck.

Enhanced Beta Abilities- Alphas retain their basic beta abilities but are now stronger.

Mind Links- Alphas, like all werewolves have the ability to talk to pack members they run and do more. their wolfs are larger."

She kept turning the pages.

"Beta

A normal Yellow-eyed Beta werewolves are normal humans who are turned by an alpha or born to a werewolf. Betas follow their alpha's orders and are the main members of the pack. Betas are the most common werewolf type.

Betas can become an unofficial alpha by leading their own werewolves without gaining any pack strengths or creating werewolves.

Betas start out with a golden yellow eye color, but if they take an innocent person's life, it changes to a cold steel blue.

Beta Powers and Abilities:

Enhanced Senses- Betas have a better senses than humans or omegas.

Pain Siphon- Betas can access transfer pain from someone's body to theirs reliving someone's pain. All werewolf types can access this ability.

Healing- Werewolves have a healing factor that helps werewolves withstand bullets and other danger to the body including sickness.

Beta Call- Betas can howl to call their pack to a certain location or for signaling. A beta's roar will cause weaker wolves to cower to them.

Shape-Shifting- Betas can become a certain degree of werewolf. Most betas grow long sideburns than go down to the cheeks, a triangle shape of hair grows down to the top of the nose bridge. The skin and nose darkens and the nose bridge becomes bigger and more broad. 4 to 6 fangs grow and their eyes glow yellow or blue and develop claws on their nails.

Omega

Omega Werewolves are the weakest of the werewolf's but stronger than humans

An omega's eyes glow a darker shade of green.

Omega Powers and Abilities:

Weaker Beta Powers- Omegas have a weaker set of basic beta powers.

Shape-Shifting- An omega shifts into a lower more rabid degree of werewolf. Hair becomes longer and wild and frigid. Four fangs grow inside the mouth and nails grow into claws. The eyes change into a dark green. an omega can be called a lone wolf.

Now werewolves can be turned back. By spell or by and alphas bite."

Lola shut the book. She handed it to Mandy.

"Thank you." Lola said

"No problem." Mandy smiled taking her book back

"Does that book say anything about our rings?" Ben asked

"Sorry that's a book Casey should have." Mandy replied
