Chapter 5

After arriving in Zaban city, I follow Leorio, Kurapika and Gon to a large map near the bus stop.

"Hey guys!! Where are we headed?" I said bringing the matter to attention.

I obviously know where, as I am a fan of the Hxh anime. It's a shame that it stopped at one season.

"Huh.. That's odd." Leorio said

"What is it?" Gon replied back curiously

"Uhh.. According to this notice I received, the exam is supposed to be held somewhere in Zaban city." he said while glancing at his phone.

Gon and Kurapika trusting the captains words head towards the cedar tree. I follow closely behind.

Leorio heading towards the bus stop, accidently overheard people talking about how people get easily tricked thinking the bus goes towards Zaban city.

Immediately, he heads in the same direction towards Gon.

"Hey guys.. wait up!"

While this is happening, I'm internally laughing. 'HAHAHA'

I gotta admit. Leorio is extremely funny.

After walking for a while, we see an old lady sitting at a table blocking two paths. Behind the old lady are 6 ghosts.

Music plays in the background. The old lady guesses where we are headed. In order to pass, we need to answer correctly on her quiz.

Already knowing what to expect, I just stay quiet and let the scene unfold.

"HEHE... I'll answer before the rest of you get a chance." a side character appears from the shadows.

We all decide to let him go first as it seems like the smart choice.

The old lady asks the question.

"Blah blah blah kidnaps your mother and your true love, which do you save? ."

The side character chooses to save the mother, he gets let through.

The answer was silence. We got through the first obstacle and walk towards the cedar tree.

We reached the second obstacle.

Later...

" Thx for taking us here. Bye" Gon shouted while waving his hands. The elevator door shuts and we go down to the basement.

The door opens to present us with our competition for this exam.
