The Game Known as Hunter Quest has become popular all over the world. It is a VR game that only people with money can play.
To play you need a Pod. This Pod allows you to enter the game.
The Game is set in a medieval time period. You start in the city known as Hereguard. You will be given a random class based on your physical attributes. The 10 classes are Knight, Paladin, Berserker, Mage, Warlock, Necromancer, Marksmen, Rogue, Assassin, and Priest.
In this virtual game players hunt Monsters and compete for kills.
Companies have taken a liking to this game and hired people to play, paying them Mutli-millions to work for them. Companies hire the black suits to kidnap people that are suitable to become elite players.
People have become obsessed with this game
It's a rainy day and a young man is getting scolded by his parents
(Young Man)
"What the hell do you mean I have to get a job"
(Older Women)
"I have had enough of you free loading off of us you swine!!!"
The door to an apartment swings open and a young man is thrown out
(Older Man)
"I don't expect to see you until you've made $100,000 cash! Now get the hell out of here!!"
The young man gets up off the floor and walks away. As he walks down the street he finds a large box. He grabs the box and opens one of the large sides of it. He stands it up and goes inside.
(Young Man)
"Damn, how did all of this happen. A few minutes ago I was playing some games in my house and now I'm in a box"
An old homeless man walks by and notices the young.
(Homeless Man)
"Hello young man, you seem to be new here judging by your clean clothes, what is your name?"
(Young Man)
"My names Hiro now leave me alone and let me sulk in peace"
(Homeless man)
"Very well, oh and here's a tip, you should stay away from the alleys you can get in lots of trouble"
(Hiro)
"What ever just leave me alone"
After sitting in his box for a couple of hours Hiro falls asleep. The day after, he wakes up and sees the blue sky.
(Hiro)
"Oh it's morning, well I should go and get a job or something"
When Hiro gets out of the box he starts walking out of the alleyway, As he walks out he accidentally bumps into a guy
(Hiro)
"Sorry about that"
(Stranger)
"Hey hey hey, watch where your going kid or you might get hurt"
(Hiro)
"Sorry I'll be more careful next time"
The stranger approaches Hiro and grabs him on the shoulder. Hiro looks at him and notices how intimidating he is. The stranger stands five inches taller than Hiro and has a huge scar on his face.
(Hiro)
"Look man I said I'm sorry"
(Stranger)
"A sorry isn't gonna cut it kid"
The stranger punches Hiro in the stomach and as Hiro bends over in pain the stranger brings a knee to his face. Hiro falls to the ground and the stranger starts kicking him.
(Stranger)
"HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"
A man in a black suit appears behind the stranger and grabs his shoulder.
(The Man in the Black Suit)
"Unhand him"
(Stranger)
"Huh who the hell are you"
The man wearing the suit brings a leg up and kicks the stranger in the face knocking him out.
(The Man in the Black Suit)
"I'm known as Seven"
(Hiro)
"Ugh please just leave me alone"
Seven sits Hiro on a nearby dumpster. Hiro looks up at seven with a bloodied face.
(Seven)
"Kid, what if I said I could make you a billionaire"
(Hiro)
"I wouldn't believe you"
Seven smiles and kicks Hiro in the face knocking him out
Hiro awakens in a nursing room he has bandages on his face and on his arms. Seven walks into the room.
(Seven)
"Kid, have you heard of the game Hunter Quest?"
(Hiro)
"Yeah I used to play it, until I got kicked out of my parents house"
(Seven)
"What was your class?"
(Hiro)
"Assassin"
(Seven)
"Were you any good?"
(Hiro)
"No"
Seven looks at Hiro's body
(Seven)
"Let's fix that"
Two other people enter the room each are absolutely jacked and pick up Hiro, they take him to a Pod.
(Seven)
"Get in now"
(Hiro)
"What's going on?"
(Seven)
"I guess I should've explained everything first. The owner of this company has made me choose people I think are suitable to become workers for him. I chose you"
(Hiro)
"Are you one of those black suits that kidnap people"
(Seven)
"We don't use that word here, we call it "Suprise Employment"
(Hiro)
"Fine I'll work for you"
Hiro gets in the Pod and sits in it. The pod closes and Hiro is transported into Hunter Quest. He is dropped off at the spawn location for all newcomers.
Hiro looks around and sees people talking and smiling. He sees people flying on giant birds and on dragons. As he looks more he sees mages practicing magic and Knights dueling.
A random player approaches Hiro
(Player)
"What's up newbie, need some help"
(Hiro)
"I've actually played a little before I think I'm good"
(Player)
"Hehe just asking, my names Viren so come to me if you need help"
Viren looks above Hiro's head and see his name tag
(Viren)
"So your name is Hiro huh, neat"
(Hiro)
*What the i don't remember making a name for myself, that Seven guy must've reprogrammed the Pod and set up my character*
"Huh that's weird, I don't have a class yet"
(Viren)
"Yeah that happens to most people, that just means the Pod is still observing your physical attributes, I'd say you wait until you get your class before you start leveling up, well I'm gonna go now so see ya"
Viren leaves and starts conversation with another nearby player
(Hiro)
*Well when I played before my class was assassin so I already know my what my class will be, I might as well get some early levels*
Hiro opens his inventory and an inventory window opens up infront of him
(Hiro)
"Everyone starts out with a beginner level dagger and basic armor"
Hiro equips the basic armor and it is just some leather equipment. He takes out the dagger and runs into towards the nearest forest. When he reaches a forest a window pops up infront of him
