1 Backstory and notice

(Hey y'all for those who are wondering about why I stopped working on my last book, just lost motivation to be honest and I didn't like how the book was, now for this book I will be taking it slow and taking my time, for the first 20 chapters we will be focusing on the character building over echo(yes I'm using the same name). This first chapter is just everything leading up to the next one, and sorry about the horrible paragraph spacing in this first chapter, was doing other stuff while writing this one, so yeah please be patient and I hope you enjoy this backstory of the UEG)

During 2027 Russian forces started to invade Europe at a rapid pace, the US was slow to react because of the unexpected attack from Russia, at the time Russia was relatively peaceful. Russia was able to make Swift victories throughout Europe they were able to make it to Germany, Egypt and Vietnam. American, British, Japanese and other NATO forces were able to soon react tho, the Russian-NATO war left most of earth in ruins, America and her allies pulled out a very slim victory against the Russian offenses and were able to push through Russian lines to their capital and take it. After taking the capital they were able to clear all remaining forces of the areas around it and were able to secure victory over the Russians. NATO forces rebuilt Europe up until 2029 we are recent military and civilian technological breakthroughs brought upon the new space-age, new more powerful engines in newer ways to use energy and produce energy left earth in a golden era and then that brought NATO to make the decision to unite earth no matter the cost even if it meant more war, so they began The pacification of all countries under one banner, of course some fought but NATO let go of most of its rules of warfare and brought down an iron fist on anybody that tried to stop the pacification, It took up until 2032.

Now with earth unified NATO went about making a new name for itself And setting up a military/civilian headquarters, under the new name the UEG or united earth government, they set up headquarters in Iceland, Iceland being the choice because it was in the US government side of the world or Russia side so they were going to be showing favoritism it was smack dab in the middle. After basically making Iceland a fortress island they set up new rules and regulations. one of the first rules was the earth defense force combining all the military's of the world into one, The second more thought out rule was A new renewable energy source, while nuclear power was one way to do it, we were able to discover fusion energy and make it powerful enough to have one Fusion drive power entire cities. Of course we were able to update it again and again improve upon the previous versions until we could have one of each and drove power in entire continent, countries, next was the food problem we made floating platforms on the ocean near countries that had food sources and then used those floating farms basically

the feed them.

Set up health care, New lawn Enforcement rules fix corruption, make it so each country had water and food so nobody even if they were poor were able to eat and drink it may not have been the best solution but it was better than what it was before. Since there was no war now military services now provide relief aid helped countries in need give it water provide citizen services of course they were still on standby at all times in case anything popped up. But then we were able to make a new metal a new steel strong enough to survive deeper pressures of the ocean first we just called it blackened steal, we combined regular steel with a multitude of metals and minerals and that made it strong.

Introduction of robots,

Now in a lab or facility somewhere scientists are constantly looking for new ways to improve life and help humanity that brought us to the idea of robots no not just simple machines no no robots that were human size and looked like humans will not exactly but similar, had the body of a human but robotic of course but then we had a military day of course wanted them So same thing except instead of a human head think of it as a camera they were able to detecting scoping further have sensors around of course they were extremely durable, so you have a standard infantry squad now there would be a robot or two on that squad and soldiers would sometimes use them as cover usually the robot would be caring the squad automatic weapon or saw. Then we had the civilian purposes of course medical service spots, law-enforcement, entertainment. It helped so much color but then there was the idea of robot rights and robot emotion programs military officials didn't want it but surprisingly regular grunts in the military did, said it would help with Morral sometimes because the robots at a time we're just cold killing machines, so robot rights were made at the same rights as a regular citizen buds couldn't be rulers yet. And win a smoothie as it could've gone of course people riding about it but after time it dialed down.

After earth was fully explored and the golden age was still going we finally looked to the stars again first idea was setting up a space elevator three in fact, One in the US, one in Ukraine and one in Australia. The elevators were made after three years of work it now being 2036 (took a year for the robots and all the other laws and stuff) And then we set up military defenses, magnetic Accelerators six to be precise as well as a star base at each planet in the our system we then turned the moon around earth into the fortress world the crust of the moon now being made out of steel and concrete bunkers anti-air cannons, soldiers lurking everywhere under the concrete steel and all that they were labs new weapons of war and exploration devices being made the first exo suits were made there, being able to make soldiers run faster, and go longer, and hit harder, New armored suits were made people were now able to easily walk up on the surface of planets even if there is low gravity Raible to Brandys so rifles and such with ease, modified bullets and assault rifles now being able to fire in space without there being any difficulty.

Until it was time for soldiers and explores to search other star systems for habitable planets, but it wasn't that simple even with the new military frigets and Corvettes are you still weren't able to travel to other systems without there being years, So scientist put there minds together and found a way, until tell a jump drive capable of being put on each ship was made they would have to make just a big one a portal one of some sort or one that could launch a Corvette at a certain speed to get there in days at least, So in a construction site in orbit around Pluto they made the gate a heavily fortified, armed and guarded insulation they'll be able to send ships into the next system.
