Chapter 1: knowledge and discoveries

<p>Hiccup was starting to train his physical strength in perpetration to become a black smith's apprentice to gobber at the forge which due to him pestering his father was going to happen in two years on his sixth birthday he was still skinny but not as skinny as the one in the movies Kessler had watched with his grandparents one of their favorite movie and tv series when they took care of him from 5-7 before his intellectual prowess separated them and they died shortly after.<br/><br/>The other kids his age like the twins Ruffnutt and Tuffnutt were wild even now but Snotlout was less obnoxious in real life most of the time sometimes worse though he has the same crush on Astrid but with his IQ it would not work out no matter what. Astrid though was still a beauty and still as sharp and cold as ever. Still when I looked into her eyes there was hate and sadness from the loss of her father to the dragons.<br/>The older age above us was more normal Snotlout like but not as obnoxious ever just serious guys and gals. Big age gap though they were all from ages 14-18 but not any younger. I got to know everyone because of this small island on one was really a prodigy like astrid with weapons or had the brains like me. they were normal young adults.<br/>I still got into trouble though especially when I went out during a dragon raid and tried to "fight" a Gronckle but dad caught me as soon as I made it to the forge and put me inside with Gobber who was the forges master. that is where I caught a glimpse of my first night fury and they were much scarier than in the movies they did not create a sound, warning when they shoot, just death. they don't have a weakness other than maybe their size which is on the smaller end of the dragon spectrum but with their speed it did not hinder it at all but luckily they yes their were two of them two different ones. One would grab a sheep when they came and leave but the other which I saw always tried to free the dragons that were captured and keep them safe but luckily they never tried to kill us because if it did all that were attacked would die.<br/><br/>Back to the forge dad always said that without a forge we would perish due to the lack of tools and weapons. the next day after snuck out of the town hall to "fight" a Gronckle I visited Gobber at the forge and asked him some questions about why he was the only one working it and where the others were he said that most vikings were able to take care of their own weapons and the store houses had enough that would last a few generations and the reason no one else was working there is because he likes his solitude and no one bothers him unless they want a special order for a present.<br/>i asked him if I could learn from him as well. I was a doctor and engineer by 18 so i did not believe that it would be to difficult but then again I will be making it all by hand with no machines. <br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>FYI I will behaving another time skip to right before the first movie starts and the next chapter will recap what happened during that time. So these will be slower chapters then I will get moving with more action and characters.<br/><br/>Thanks </p>
