91 Chapter 91 : Troublesome (Bonus Chapter)
The given time by McGonagall finally expired and Orion had to make a decision. She wanted him to join the quidditch team. Orion was not sure what to do then so he asked for some time to decide.
"Are you sure that you don't want to join the team, Mr Ambrosius? If you are worried about your academic performance then worry not, after Granger you are the best in his year," McGonagall said trying to convince Orion.
'After her, yeah right. I am letting the girl outshine me on purpose, it will just cause more problems if I beat her and get targeted by her competitive nature.' Orion held back the urge to roll his eyes.
"I am sure professor. Is not about my academics. I just am not interested in quidditch as much as I am in making things in my free time," Orion said while looking at a broom standing at the edge of her office.
This broom was the same one which McGonagall gave him to test on. He named it Rush 120 and on the base of that design he created Pegasus.
Orion never showcased his own broom again even after McGonagall was clearly interested in it, as his own brooms would even outshine his new broom line of Pegasus, so he didn't want to showcase his own custom boom that much.
So in reply to McGonagall's curiosity, he just gifted her that broom.
She in her free time tested it out herself and since then she just fell in love with it.
So when Orion said that he liked making things more, she understood.
Of course, McGonagall tried to change his mind but he didn't even bulge and only later she realized that Orion didn't even go to watch a quidditch match. A crime in her books but she could not do anything if the child was not interested.
"Okay Mr Ambrosius, I will no further continue with this matter and respect your decision. But you have to come and watch the quidditch match this time around and no I am not hearing your excuses, I'm not telling you to attend all the matches but you have to attend the Gryffindor matches. And this is non-negotiable,"
Orion can just groan at this. But ultimately he just has to accept.
While getting out of her office, he heard her saying.
"By the way Orion, about the Squib Potion. You have no idea how much Professor Dumbledore is working to keep the wizards coming directly to you and asking for proof. Even all the professor including me is very interested. Let alone Professor Snape.
Hmm, what I meant is that when are you planning to make it, is this really possible," She asked with hesitation.
Even she knows that it's almost unrealistic and even Orion said in his interview and books that it's possible but he never tried it. He makes sure to highlight this point as much as possible that it's a possibility.
But still, McGonagall couldn't hold back her excitement, and Orion could only think if a Transfiguration teacher is like this when what about potion masters like Snape or Slughorn?
Hell, what would be the case with those Squibs who are the real target of his potion?
"I am lacking a special material, I asked some contacts and there is a possibility that I can get that during Christmas break. Only then I can make it," Orion replied.
He just planned to use this excuse and get out of Hogwarts.
"I see, then I will be waiting for it," She said and dismissed him.

Soon time passed and the reports of students getting petrified were increasing. The only difference this time around, there was no mention of a successor of Slytherin. No one knows who, how and why about this matter.
Orion was just happy that no one had died yet.
And now he finally was here as the Quidditch finals were taking place between Gryffindor and Slytherin.
McGonagall didn't have much option but later he realized that he had to come one way or another considering what happened in the movies.
"Wohaaaaaa"
He suddenly heard exclaims from the audience and saw a bludger targeting Rose.
Looking around him, he saw that everyone's attention was on Rose, Draco and that bulger. Orion quickly snicks out of there.
"Need to find that damn house elf fast," he muttered with frustration as he actually started to enjoy the match.
Taking out his broom from his pendant he takes off. After reaching a good height, he senses his senses.
[Remember Law of Presence works both like Conqueror's Haki and Observation Haki. Don't just use your magic sense, also use the Law Of Presence.] Again Merlin put him on training in crucial timing.
But the idea itself was not bad, so he focused and started to feel all the presence around him, trying to find one which is different. A presence which is not human. And....
"GOT HIM".
Orion snapped and the next moment his broom accelerated, making him look like a blur, zooming through the sky like a bolt of lightning.
Just two seconds later he saw the troublesome creature. Watching the match from far away place and controlling the bludger.
Orion stretched his hand and it was like Dobby froze on the spot. It was Orion's force, not letting Dobby move and interfering with his magic.
"We need to talk," Orion said to the frozen house elf.

The outcome of the match though didn't change as Rose won the match but still ended up breaking her hand.
Orion had no idea what to do with Dobby so he just asked one of the school elves to take care of him until he had time to talk with Dobby himself.
By the time he was back, Rose was already down by one hand. If only he was here, he could have prevented that.
He went towards her like others. Looking at her broken arm.
"Don't worry Potter. I will fix that in a jiff," Lockhart came forward and took out his wand.
"No...., not you," Rose said helplessly as she looked around and finally her eyes locked on Orion like asking to stop this, please.
"You dont know what you are talking about," Lockhart said with his trade mark smile.
"Brackium Em...
He was about to complete his spell but before that, his wand flew out of his hand. The poor bastard was pointing his empty hand at Rose with confusion and embarrassment.
"I think we should leave this to the professionals," Orion said as Lockhart's wand was floating in the air just an inch away from his open palm.
Lockhard clearly had a lot to say, he was already very jealous of Orion snatching his spotlight from him with his brooks and other things. But he did not say anything seeing other professors coming.
Orion just passes Lockhart's wand with one flick on his wrist, showcasing yet another feat of Wandless magic. Attracting more attention towards him. Good thing he was able to suppress this knowledge about him from the news.
But it still left the students flabbergasted.
"Come on Rose, let's take you to Madam Pomfrey," Orion said as he turned his hand towards Rose and in front of Everyone.
Rose started to float, making even her shocked.
"Orion what... how are you..." She now was more interested in Orion's wandless magic, even with a wand lifting a person is astronomical but here was Orion lifting that kind of wait like it was nothing.
"McGonagall, Dumbledore, Snape and even other professors were gobsmacked by this. The magical power needed to do something like this is immense. No child can do that and even adults will have a problem lifting this amount of weight so skillfully.
Orion didn't care as he slowly put Rose on his broom.
'It doesn't matter, they already know I do wandless magic. Fu*k it' Orion just rolled his eyes.
But Merlin on the other hand was looking at Orion with narrowed eyes.
[So he do perfect natural energy control on Force as long as he himself is not actively thinking about it. It's pretty much unconscious] Merlin just huff looking at the troublesome child in front of him.
Orion has been learning force for half a year now and has mastered Force when it comes to using his own power. In fact, he did it in just 1 month. Controlling objects skillfully was an issue but he mastered that too with practice.
The biggest problem was controlling the natural side of magic. Lifting up Rose is clearly not possible with his mere amount of magic. He also needs assistance from natural magic to do it. The problem is that he can't do it when practising.
Merlin has no idea why this is happening but everyone learns things differently, he is still now teaching Orion how he learned back in his time. But Orion clearly doesn't have a problem with learning. He just now pulled off a perfect balance between internal and external magic in force.
What he lacks is the execution when he wants, like the subconscious mind things that he can't do and thus when he is actively thinking about using the natural power, he can't. He believes that it's a hard thing to do.
And now the problem is that Merlin can't even point this out to him, as if he does that then Orion will get conscious every time he uses Force.
