76 Chapter 76 : Flying Class 2
While most of the students were quick to take action and make a move, Orion remained still and waited for the right time, if he acted early then it would be just a one-sided slaughter.
Rose played the seeker from the Gryffindor side while Nick was the seeker for Slytherin students.
So besides those two and Orion, pretty much everyone was awakened there inner David Goggins. Flying on their brooms from left to right, trying to catch the Quaffle and score a goal.
Being a simple game among two second-year classes the roles of the individual players were not assigned properly, madam Hooch let the students decide that, meaning no decision besides the Seeker.
"GOAL"
Slytherin just did one goal, surprisingly it was none other than Draco.
'I was not expecting that idiot to really contribute anything more than his father's money' Orion was surprised.
He looked up and noticed both Nick and Rose finding the Golden Snitch.
'More 20 minutes before the class ends, let's not do anything for the next 10 minutes and then I will take action,' Orion hummed to himself and waited.

Minerva McGonagall was an extremely busy woman, she was the Deputy headmistress of Hogwarts, head of the most troublesome house Gryffindor, a Transfiguration master and now a messenger for Dumbledore.
No wonder she looked like her movie counterpart more than her book version. She is only 57 years old, for a witch this is nothing much as magicals do live longer, thus even if they age very well. Making most of the wizards and witches look a lot younger than they are supposed to be.
Not the case with McGonagall though, she looks like she is in her 80s. All thanks to the stressful life she was living here in Hogwarts. And now she has two celebrities to handle.
She fully expected that Rose Potter would attract attention considering who she is, but Orion was a wild card entry.
The child is a genius. There is no doubt about it, even Albus freaking Dumbledore agreed that he was not as bright as Orion when he was his age. This speaks volumes for Orion's potential. But at the same time, this brings forth much-needed caution against the child.
After all, this is not the first time Hogwarts had a genius mind like Orion. There was one more in this Era.

McGonagall didn't want the history to repeat itself, she was concerned about Orion's personality and motives. But the more she knew the kid the more assured she was. Even Albus was convinced by the kid to some degree.
After the incident with Tom. Albus has always shown distance from any outstanding students, concerned that he unknowingly won't make another Voldemort but surprisingly he is very relaxed with Orion.
In the first year, this was not an issue as his magic was weaker than that of a 5-year-old and yet the child showed talent in spell craft and potions. But this year that's all chance.
Magic Cultivation Practice, a book which is making headlines in the newspaper, and to her dismay the culprit was unaware of it. And there is much more. Orion also tells her that he will be writing more books and has created a broom of his own. An entire new line of brooms which soon be available in the market. Troublesome. This Child is the most troublesome and if her instincts were right then this is just gonna get worse as time goes on.
Orion could have easily withheld the information about how he got stronger. But he didn't.
The same thing which made Orion famous and made her put him under suspicion by her and her fellow professors was the exact same thing which was also defending him.
After all, Orion D Ambrosius willingly shared the knowledge with the wizarding world, no upcoming dark lord would do that.
And this is also the reason she was just called by Dumbledore to bring Mr Ambrosius to his office.
Apparently, the Ministry of Magic is already on there move, it was a good thing that Albus took action when he did otherwise this child's hard work would have been lost.
Mcgonagall was tasked to bring Orion to Dumbledore's office after he explained the entire thing to her. So right now she was moving towards the inner playground where the flying lessons were taking place.
But the moment she entered the open playground, she was gobsmacked.

Orion after 10 minutes finally saw the scoreboard. Slytherin managed to score 3 goals by now, thankfully the golden snitch was still nowhere to be found. There were frowns on the faces of little lions and smiles on the faces of little snakes.
"Well, to infinity and beyond, I guess" Orion smirks and finally grabs the handle of his broom.
Boom.
A sudden noise of breaking the sound barrier puts everyone on the ground and makes their necks snap in that direction. But there was nothing there.
???
Not finding anything, their eyes darted back to the game but suddenly the situation was looking much different than it was a second ago.
The Quaffle was gone, it was just recently in the hands of one of the Slytherin students but now it's gone.
Audience eyes roamed around to only land an extremely fast blur.
"GOAL"
The sound came and left everyone dumbfounded, their mind tried to understand the situation but the processing speed was not fast enough as Orion's once again became a blur with another noise of breaking the sound barrier.
"What, how is he doing that ?" Someone finally understood it was Orion and he just made a goal.
"Stop him," Shouted another Slytherin student but to their dismay, let alone catching him, it was even harder to follow his movement with their eyes.
The Slytherin students panicked and without even thinking went for the Quaffle. As long as the Quaffle was in there hand, there was nothing to worry about.
As the Quaffle was coming back after Orion did the goal, it was only a few meters away from the Slytherin student.
Extending his hands to catch the upcoming ball towards him, he smiles. But the next second.
"SWOOP...."
The Quaffle vanished like it never existed with a blur of motion.
"What..."
"GOAL"
Another sound of goal happens, once again putting everyone gobsmacked at the ridiculous thing happening in front of them.
"Hahaha," Orion on the side just laughed like a maniac.
Out of everyone, only Rose knew what was going on here. It was Orion no doubt, she first hand has experienced the speed of his broom. Even her heart raced like none other at that time.
A bitter smile was on her face, although she wanted to smile but the terrible memories of that broom haunted her to this day. But then after thinking about what happened between her and Orion on that broom. A sizable blush appears on her face.
"Baka, don't think about that," Rose shook her head, and if only Orion and Merlin had heard these words, they have realized that their Otaku influence was spreading among the masses unknown to them.
Orion after performing another goal, finally decided to end the game and looked for the golden snitch. For someone who has learned how to be one with nature, his senses, especially the magical sense were very sensitive.
Finding the Golden Snitch was no hard deal for him.
ZOOM.
Orion took off again and moved towards Daphne with breakneck speed. Daphne's eyes widen after seeing Orion coming right at her with incredible speed. At this speed the collision was inevitable and she in fright closed her eyes.
"But Orion's just pulled a sharp 90 degrees up when the two brooms were almost about to crash at each other.
What Orion was doing was to follow the magical trajectory of the snitch. He looked up and noticed a golden shine, reflecting the Sunlight. A smirk appears on Orion's face.
"To Infinity and Beyond,"

Here comes another choice question, do you want Orion to play Quidditch like the school team and then the national team? I find myself doing that as that will give up the much-needed opportunity to bring his sorry ass out of Magical Britain and explore the other parts of this magical world. But at the same time its also problematic as this will extent the time of each year by lot, not to mention I personally believe that Orion is someone who should be more focus on getting stronger and not playing games.
Sorry if I make any mistake in the game, not much into the game myself and can't remember all the rules.
