Chapter 182 : Teaching Wandless Magic 1

Orion was expecting an audience but not this many. He slowly looked around, only to see that almost half of the school was here. Including Hogwarts Professors as well.

'All this for one man,' Orion sends an annoying glare at a certain old man looking at him with amusement on his face.

Of course, this old man was none other than Dumbledore and by the looks of him, he was quite enjoying Orion being uncomfortable, he and Snape's both.

Nah, make that three there is another old man on Orion's side who is floating with popcorn in his hands.

Students from year first to year 6 were present, only 7th-year students weren't there cause they had to prepare for their exams.

And most of the professors were there as well.

What was the Occasion some might ask?

Of course, this was the first time Orion would be taking classes about wandless magic. Everyone was interested in this.

"You can start now, Professor Ambrosius," Dumbledore said, half joking and half saying to others that while in the class everyone has to listen to Orion.

"Sure," Orion rolled his eyes. He hardly had to prepare anything for his first class, so he is mostly going by instinct.

"Okay before starting the class, let me tell you that there won't be any note-taking or reading from books in my class," Now this was clearly Orion's first time taking a class who he is ?.

[Orion D. Ambrosius. The number one scumbag with Loli complex]

'Yeah, scum bag with a Loli com....

Shut it old man...' Orion internally shouted, he was this close to repeating that introduction in front of this many people.

"The man who will become Wizard King, this is nothing to me," Orion immediately said to himself to stop Merlin from speaking.

Other students and even some professors were looking at him with strange look. This might be the first Professor in the history of Hogwarts who said something like this.

"When it comes to Wandless magic, remember the one thing which matters more than anything is a strong will and powerful intent.

Here in Hogwarts and any other established wizarding school in the world, they teach three stable magic casting.

Spells, Wands and Intent.

All three of them are required to cast magic with efficiency. On this point I agree but not entirely.

The reason we need this thing is not to cast magic but to interact with magic." Orion said and then stopped, acting like Merlin and giving them time to understand what he just said.

This was also easy enough for them to understand as in his first book he explained the nature of chaos in this world and how Magic itself originated from chaos. And unlike how magic is seen as a gift or a blessing by the wizarding world, Orion considers it as an abnormality in the world.

Many people didn't like his approach to Magic and some even go as far as sending him mail to refute him, only to learn that he got no permanent address later on.

But among all these idiots there are few souls who really understand the logic behind Orion's world and agree with his thinking, wanting to share their view with Orion but again no permanent address.

Just a few seconds later Orion spots a hand shot up by one of the students. This is a 5th-year Ravenclaw girl.

"Yes," Orion pointed as a sign to speak to the girl.

"Yes, this is the exact thing you wrote in your book. In your words, we need all those things just for one thing and one thing alone.

To communicate with magic and give it a direction to bring change in the natural order of the world," Showing that she indeed is a Ravenclaw, the girls remember his exact words and say.

"But I don't understand. How are we supposed to communicate with the magic if not with Spells and Wands ?" The girl asked.

"Ah, good question. Let me show you something first," Orion smiled, this was a good chance to show off a little.

He turns back and looks at a small book on the desk he was given as a professor of this class. On top of the desk was a book, It was of course a copy of his own book.

"Wingadium Leviosa," Orion extended his hand a little and slowly moved his hand while saying the spell.

And soon the book was floating.

Others look at this with a little longing on their faces, they can do the spell right but not without a wand.

Dumbledore and Snape too look at this with intrigue in their face. Orion made it look like easy but using wandless magic like that is hard, even for someone like Dumbledore.

"This is what you all are used to doing with your wand and spell I suppose," Orion said with a smile.

There were few nods from the audience.

"You need a spell here to channel magic in a way that understands that you want to lift the object.

Need a wand to make your magic focus.

And lastly, you need the intention to preciesly explain to magic what you want.

But when you put all of them together you will see that all of this is just to achieve one thing and one thing alone. To communicate with magic and explain what you want magic to do.

Don't you think that the last part intent alone does that ?" Orion said as he waved his hand again.

And to others' amazement, the floating book opened up like a bird flapping his wings and flew around the area acting much like a bird.

The students were stunned at how easily Orion did that without any spells. Usually, something like this will need complex spells and spellbinding to accomplish this.

Professors looked at Orion with hot eyes, they saw it. There was no complicated magic just Orion waving his hand and nothing more.

This let them believe what Orion said earlier, just pure intent.

"Besides some ancient long lost ways to communicate with magic, powerful intent is the strongest and easiest way to communicate with once magic.

Here take another example,

Expecto Patronum," Orion said with a smile on his face like he hardly needed to focus at what he was doing.

Soon a small light appears on Orion's hand. It was a normal Patronus.

Now this alone was enough to make Professors' eyes to widen, doing a difficult magic like Protronus without a wand. Up until now they thought that being able to do wandless magic is good but difficult and complicated magic like Patronus till has to leave to wands, its extremely hard to do wandless magic with this kind of powerful and hard magic.

And here Orion pulled it off like it was nothing.

Younger students didn't understand the feat which Orion pulled, they didn't even know about Protronus in the first place, for them it was a prettier-looking Lumus charm.

Older students however were astonished, even some Aurors can't do this magic, and here a peer who is a few years younger than them did it without a wand.

But Orion wasn't done.

"If your intent is powerful enough and you have good control of your magic then doing something like this is not impossible," Orion said with a smirk.

Next second the Patronus took the form of a sword in Orion's arm.

"What," There were a few exclamations from Professor's side, if earlier their eyes were wide, now they were extremely close to popping out of their eyes sockets.

McGonagall Gasp, Snape purses his lips. He has a personal vendetta against Orion right now but even he has to agree that the boy is talented.

Dumbledore on the other hand was in a daze, although he never has seen someone turning his patronus into a sword and it was very unusual but that wasn't what shocked him like this. It was Orion's magic itself.

It was extremely powerful and pure. Maybe now Purer than the last time he saw it. He has no idea how to describe it.

But wasn't done yet though, soon the sword in his hand turned into a Wip. He even uses it in front of others to show that it actually can touch other things and will damage others.

Next, it turns into a snake crawling on Orion's arm and the next second it turns into a lion roaring.

People could only see this with a dazed look on their faces. Orion just needed a little hand gesture and the Patronus was changing its shape like a boggart.

[A magical animal or creature which can turn into anything the person looking at him fears,]

Lastly, Orion ended his show when he turned his Patronus into multiple small butterflies which flew around the huge hall prepared for him to take his class.

Orion even secretly dims the light of the hall just to make them even more beautiful. Making others in awe at how beautiful this was. Hundreds of butterflies made out of pure light fly around them while emitting positive feelings. It was like a dream.

[You are sure gonna have many fan girls after this. hehehe]

'You talk like I don't have already' Rolling his eyes Orion continues.

"Remember Intent is a very important part of using magic. One must master it. And both Intent and Control of magic go hand in hand. Both complement each other.

If any of you read my book then you would also learn that there is a fourth element as well. I never explain that fourth element in the books but let me explain here. That fourth element is Magic Purity. "

Orion said and these few words brought everyone's attention back to Orion.
