166 Chapter 166 : A little Prank

Soon the Transfiguration class ended, it wasn't exactly what Orion was expecting. More than learning, he ended up wasting time with McGonagall and testing out how he did transfiguration an object much smaller into something much bigger. In fact, it was only McGonagall who was interested in it, others just gave her a strange look and snickered at Orion. 

"Bastard deserves it," 

"Showoff bastard, serves you right," 

Orion was sure that those were the nicer comments he remembered. Siging he left the class with others. Every year this happens. His life is never normal for some reason.

But this wasn't a bad thing either, considering that he wants to learn more about Transfiguration, he can use this to get closer to both McGonagall and Dumbledore, both specialized in Transfiguration, to learn the basics and even mastery in Transfiguration.

'Hey Merlin, explain please what is the difference between Transfiguration and Law of Matter ?' Orion asked as in the class he was pondering over the difference. 

[Hmm well it's mostly control and power. But if you are asking what other advantage you get by learning Law over normal Transfiguration then it has to be scale. 

Though Transfiguration is very similar to Law Of Matter, it's still not the same. Remember that. The one aspect which completely differentiates normal magic from Law is the inclusion of natural magic or manipulation of external chaos. That's why this kind of magic is so powerful.] Merlin explain calmly.

'Hmm, so I was right. Law is much like sage mode from Naruto isn't it 

[Hmm a little bit, yes, both improve control and power with the help of outside power but don't misunderstand these two.] Merlin thought and said with a little complication on his face. What Orion suspected wasn't that wrong but that's where the similarities end and it's better that Orion doesn't combine both of them together. 

'Hmm okay,' Orion just nodded and moved on. After getting out of the class, they move towards the last class before break time. 

"What was that all about ?" Rose and Daphne like waiting to ask this same question, blurred out the moment they left the class.

"Huh that, well it's a long story. Let's not talk about all that magic shit right now," 

Smack.

"Ouch Oi," 

"Don't swear for no reason." Rose and Daphne for some reason had a tacit understanding when it comes to him. Not only did they smack him at the same time but they spoke with syncinization as well.

"Tch, troublesome girls," Orion muttered and was careful that no one heard him out. He kept on walking for the next class. Right now not interested in anything but completing his classes and getting something to eat.

After Transfiguration, the class moved on to the next class Herbology. An important class according to Merlin but Orion himself didn't find it that much interesting. Useful for sure but boring.

Anyway, he just observed everything in that class and left once the time was up. 

Currently, he is eating at the Quidditch playground. At the time no one comes here. He just teleported here. It wasn't an apparition, he never planned to learn that horrible technique and he no longer needed that. Being such an insane control over space he just created to variation of teleportation for himself. 

Once resembling Dr Strange's portal spells. Hell, he even makes the portal Dr Strange style. He doesn't have to but why not? Another one is a more normal like teleportation. He just vanished from one place like someone cut him from that frame and appeared wherever he wanted to.

And here is the kicker, he can do that inside Hogwarts, unlike other students and Professors. 

And the reason he was here, well he just wanted to eat in solitude. Suddenly getting pushed in a crowded situation was for some reason bothering him. For the last 3 years, he has almost lived alone. So although he knew that he couldn't avoid human interaction nor he want to he didn't have to force himself to get along with others. 

He remember that this was the exact situation with him in the first year. After living alone for such a long time, suddenly getting surrounded by so many people just didn't sit well with him.

[So what's the plan this year.] Merlin asked as he was puffing on his pipe. 

"Hmm, for the time being, I will raid Hogwarts library. Need all the related information about Transfiguration. And then will go through all the stolen books from Gringotts. That should give me some basic understanding of advanced Transfiguration. 

Next will target Dumbledore or McGonagall to squeeze their knowledge about Transfiguration. 

The target for the time being is around Jan or so. If I can master Transfiguration by that time then we move to the Law of Matter." Orion said taking a bite of his burger. 

He had to give special orders to the house elves to get the cheeseburger here. Honestly, these people live in 17s. 

Rolling his eyes. He looked around, he wasn't the only one alone here. He found many students here. But to his irritation, almost all of them were couples. 

For a single dog like him being stuck between couples is nothing but torture. 

[How long it's been since they are kissing ?] Merlin asked with amazement. 

"Which one ?" 

[That 4th year boy dating 7th year girl]

"Damn, bro got game," 

[And internal Oxygen supply as well] Merlin snorted. 

"Ah," 

A little muffled sound came somewhere from the corner. No one heard it, not even Merlin but with Orion's senses.

There was a dark line on his face.

"This bastards, I came here to relax. Not to reflect on my single-hood status. And this is daytime in a public place. What do you guys think you are doing," Orion curses internally and then a mischievous smile appears on his place. 

[What are you thinking] 

"Say what would it be like if they suddenly got teleported into the dining hall without them knowing," Orion smiled.

[While continuing what they are doing]

"Huh hmm"

Then a devilish smile appears on both Orion's and Merlin's faces.
