158 Chapter 158 : Law Is Not Easy
After wasting much time with Dumbledore and even giving him an off-handed comment about the possible threat of invading his mind again.
There was also the talk about his next book, Orion had enough time to mass produce them, now no longer needing normal methods as magic did everything for him. To mass-produce an item was easy for him, as long as its the same thing. And he has all the resources.
But he didn't plan to make all those products which are currently selling in the market by himself. That is still a waste of both time and magic. Not to mention, hoarding money is never a good idea.
Giving away a little bit of money and increasing the job availability in the market is better for him. This way money will roll in the market and the market won't go into recession.
This time he produced the books just because he did not have the time to give the book copy to his partners in time. He has already did that, thanks to RED and the worldwide sell for his new book 'A Force Within' will soon start.
After talking with Dumbledore directly went to sleep, he still was the tired cause of all that training.

(Next Morning)
Orion opens his eyes in a fresh mood. That last 8 hours of sleep really did it for him. It was still quite early. Just like his normal daily training regime, he got up did his daily rituals and hit the training ground outside the castle.
[You are looking much more relaxed, not at all like the scranny brat from three years ago] Merlin said as he too was looking refreshed. Still in his chibi form, he was hovering around Orion while puffing on his smoking pipe.
"Yeah, there is no rush now to get stronger," Orion smiled and didn't rush at all, taking a deep breath and inhaling the fresh air, he started to stretch his body before his daily physical exercise.
[Hmm, don't take it too lightly kid. You might be stronger but this is nothing. You are only strong in terms of today's standards] Merlin grumbles.
"I know, I know. That is why I am here to train in the first place." Orion rolled his eyes and said, he by now was more or less used to it. It was so surprising for him that this old man has stayed with him for 5 years now. Three years was inside the time chamber but still its five years overall.
Now he is so used to it that he honestly doesn't think that he can get used to him not constantly trying to annoy or berate him from time to time.
Smiling he started his training.
'It's the first day so let's try without something light,' Orion thought to himself. Once again taking out his shirt, his habit of working out topless was still in effect.
"Okay let's start with a 100 Km Run,"
Merlin's eye twitched after hearing this. 100 Km is light? Only this monster will call that light.
[I know you want to get stronger but that doesn't mean you detach yourself from reality so much that you can't even tell supernatural apart from normal] Merlin wanted to shout but knowing that it's pointless, he remained quiet.
Orion was training his body even when his left arm was practically unusable. Signing Merlin couldn't do anything about it.

After his daily exercise was done, Orion again approached Merlin for the magic training.
"Alright old man, time to teach me the next big thing," Orion said with a brilliant smile on his face.
In the last 4 years, he has mastered the law of space, other minor laws and above all ancient magic. Kind of magic which gives him a better command of his powers.
[Hmm, the next big thing you say. Let me guess...] Merlin knocked his head on the side like he was thinking.

"Oi you sleep or what? Teach me another major Law power. What's more there is to think about it ?" Orion couldn't tell whether the old man was really giving it a thought or just pulling his leg. He wouldn't put past him to do something like that.
This is the same man who said and Orion quote, "To gain more power, you need to sacrifice something. This is a powerful ritual which can make you extremely powerful in exchange for one of your body parts or organs.
For women it's quite easy, they just offer their uterus, for men though it will be hard...

Orion's eyes twitch, he knew the reality of his old chibi grandpa flying around him, he might look harmless and mostly appreciative of good but if there is one person who is more worthy of the name dark lord then it's him.
[I can't think of anything. You already have mastered the one major law which suits you the best. So I'm not sure...] Merlin shrugged his hand and replied.
This makes Orion's face crunch up.
"What are you so confused about in the first place, there are only two big laws left-right. Space is already mastered by me and only time and matter is left." Orion said with confusion on his face, not sure what Merlin was thinking.
[Hmm maybe you haven't realized it yet but there was the reason why I started with space law with you.] Merlin said with contemplation in his voice.

"Come on just explain it already. You know I would have figured it out by now if I had any idea," Orion even after rocking his brain couldn't tell what was stopping Merlin.
[Sigh]
[Seems like I have to spoon-feed you until the end...
You remember I once said to you that I never fully mastered any Law to perfection ?] Merlin sighed and then before Orion could retort on his comment asked him.
"Yeah I do," Orion replied seamlessly, after mastering his mind palace, recalling a memory like this was very easy for him
[Okay good, but I never told you exactly what kept me from mastering those Laws.
Technically speaking I had enough time to master all the Law including the Major one, but I couldn't do it because everyone has a different affinity with law. Only a handful number of Witches and Wizards can master any form of Law in the first place.
Mastering 1 of the 3 major Laws is already an astronomical thing. But learning more than one Law...
Do you think it's a child's play? Boy, I never say this just so that you don't get a big head but what you have accomplished by now is already way beyond what anyone could have learned in their entire lifetime.] Merlin said and Orion had to take a double take at what he heard.
He didn't say anything but the stunned look on his face was apparent to Merlin.
Merlin just rolled his eyes.
[Don't get used to it, but I have to give credit where credit is due. You are talented, much more than even me when I was your age.] Merlin said while breaking the eye contact.
Internally he was comparing his 13 and even 20-year-old version with Orion and cursing silently. 'What would have happened when this boy was born 2000 years ago... Good thing he wasn't at that time.'
Before Orion could say anything, Merlin continued.
[And it's a big deal believe me when I am telling it. My talent and blood might have been the best of all in my time.
But even with all the talent, magic, rituals and time I had, I couldn't master the laws. And I am afraid that you will fall into the same trap.
It's not just the difficulty which prevents someone from mastering all three major Laws of the world. The world itself kind of prevents one person from mastering all three kinds of Law.
Complete control over Time, Space and Matter means one can to some extent control reality itself. It's borderline going against the natural order of the world. ] Merlin said with a dejected face.
Orion to this burrow his brow...
"I understand that it is hard to be almost unattainable. But still, we can't say before I try." Orion mutters.
[True, but that is the problem. Time.
There is so much that you can learn in the limited time you have. Unlike me, you don't have the luxury of walking on a path, failing and choosing another.
You master Space law in 1 year. For others, it might take even there entire life to do that, even 100 years is not enough.
It took me more than 60 years to semi-master the law which I had the best affinity with] Merlin said and this brought a shock to Orion's face.
Didn't Merlin earlier say that he was nothing compared to the old era? How come he himself took half a century?
He wanted to shout at the old man but remain calm, right now was not the time.
[And that was only semi master, becuase I realize the more a person masters a particular kind of Law, it becomes just as hard for him to learn the other kind.
You took 1 year to learn Space law which was something you had an affinity for. You completed mastering it. But mastering another major law...
You might won't be able to do it for the rest of your life or maybe if you really had luck maybe in the next 100 years or more] Merlin said and this completely stopped both of them from making any sound.
Orion pursed his lips.
