150 Chapter 150 : King Cross
(September 1st 1993)
Time passed by so quickly that it was already September. It was early morning in the King Cross Station. The fog was hindering the entire station and the outside. It was cold and much too early for any students to arrive to board the Hogwarts Express.
The entire station was empty, fog covering the barely illuminated station made it almost felt like a haunted station.
Outside the station, there were some vendors setting up their shop.
And that was the time when someone walking around the place came. Actually, there were two people walking in the station at this time.
"So are you sure that this is the place you were looking for ?" A boy with Azure blue eyes and black hair asked with an amused expression on his face, like was having fun for some reason.
People could see a very small smile on his face if they observed keenly. He was wearing a black hoodie and baggy pants. His entire sleeves were covered but the other person who was talking with him noticed bandages on his left hand.
"Yes...
Actually no, my friends are lost. I am looking for them," The man most likely around 19 said with a little blush on his face.
He had strange clothes, he wasn't wearing anything warm even on this chilly morning. With just a plain simple white T-shirt and darkish green pants, the man looked very ordinary, or he could have looked ordinary if not for his strange green hair.
The black hair youth smiled with a knowing look and said.
"I see... so they didn't happen to say that they are gonna be in the wizarding world at King Cross right..."
This confused the green-haired man. And the black-haired hair boy just shook his head with a sigh.
'No point asking this idiot. I just have to help him out,'
You say that you are a Pirate...Right ?" another smile on the black hair boy's face appears.
"Hmm yes," the pirate blinked with a feeling that the other person was thinking something bad about him. Like mocking him.
"I am Roronoa Zoro, now can you tell me who are you and what is this place ?" Zoro asked with a little tired expression on his face. It's been days since he got separated from his crew.
Those guys have no sense of direction. He looked for them everywhere, he visited a place called Konoha where Ninja lives. Then he found himself in a very advanced country with flying robots and green monsters, at the time he arrived there was also something as the city was under attack by some alien army which came there by some kind of portal.
Then there was this place where a gigantic monster lived, he even got to fight with giant lizards with atomic breath, what was it called again... Godlla ? Gorilla ? can't remember.
Now he can't even remember how many different places he went to find his crew.
"Ah, Nice to meet you Roronoa Zoro. You are quite famous in the east blue," The black hair boy who only looked like he was 13 or so said with another smile.
Zoro on first look just thought that the boy in front of him was just a kid but then he felt his breath. It was strong, he even felt a strong sword intent on him. So he gave the boy some degree of respect he was supposed to and didn't call him a boy.
"Who are you again ?" Zoro asked with confusion.
"Ah where are my manners, I am Orion D Ambrosius. Nice to meet you." Orion had a smile on his face all the time when he met Zoro.
There was this strange amusement on his face, even someone like him was surprised to see Zoro here in the station when he arrived. Of course, the guy is lost again.
"D... my captain also have that D name. Any chance you know him? His name is...
"Monkey D Luffy, I know," Orion intervenes before Zoro completes his sentence.
"Good good, can you help me find them ?" Zoro asked with a little embarrassment on his face.
'This man, to the end won't accept that he is directionally challenged.' Orion almost rolls his eyes.
'Ah when it comes to eyes, he got both the eyes. So maybe this Zoro is before the time skip version? Maybe...hmmmm.
"Yes, I believe that I can," Orion replied with a smile, he didn't say that he might be the only one who could and would help him in this world.
"Really that would be great," Zoro smiled for the first time in his conversation.
"I will be needing some of your hair though," Orion said and before Zoro registered what Orion asked for, he felt a pull on his head. Snap...
Hairs detached from his head and came flying at Orion's hand, making Zoro immediately stand guard.
'Devil Fruit User,' that is the only thing Zoro thought. But he didn't draw his swords. Yeah, he still had three swords on him right now.
Seeing this, Orion really wanted to check out those swords, maybe take out Gryffindor's sword and have a match with him. It was tempting. It was even more tempting to ask Zoro to teach him three sword styles.
But that was just that, thoughts. He has no doubt that only one year ago if he met Zoro then he would have been freaking out, just like he did when he first time visited Diagon Alley.
'Ah, now it's embarrassing to think about that.' Orion sighed as he saw green hairs flying right back to his hand.
"Sorry Sorry, but without your hair I can't help you." Orion saw Zoro looking at him with irritation and a little vigilance so he clarified.
Then to Zoro's surprise, something strange happened, a bright blue light emitted from Orion's hand as he made a few hand gestures while holding his hair in his hand.
And the next second, Orion took the energy which he was toying with in his hand out, and suddenly the energy expanded, making a portal of cosmic blue energy as the picture clear, Zoro saw a very familiar scene in front of him, it was the same desert where he last saw his crew. Now after seeing a very familiar place in front of him emerging out of nowhere, Zoro now convinced that Orion was a Devil Fruit Person.
"There, as long as you reach that city you can see over there. You can find your crew." Orion said with a smile on his face.
[Not bad, you open the dimensional gate under just 10 seconds. Not bad at all] A voice rang in Orion's ears. Making him smirk. Although he was only able to do so thanks to Zoro's connection with his own world but still it's a was a big deal. Mastering the Law of Space to this extend.
Zoro was looking at this with a little suspicion and a lot a amazement. This was the first time he saw a real-life portal. He was about to say something but before that, both of them heard a sound.
Looking back they saw a man wearing what was most likely a staff uniform of his Station, looking at them with wide eyes and a horrified face.
"What happened to him ?" Zoro asked but after looking at the portal right next to him he understood.
He too used to think that Devil Fruits were just myths. And he is someone who has travelled quite a bit.
This person in front of him is just a civilian after all. Orion's face still remains calm as usual. There was no distortion on his face. Like nothing could shake him now.
The man was frightened, but not just becase of the portal in front of him. Not that made him surprised and question reality but the fear came when he saw the kid standing beside the green-haired man.
As an officer in the station, he didn't even notice the three dangerous swords on Zoro's waist as his entire attention was grasped by Orion's eyes. Those bright blue azure eyes, look beautiful until he feels his heart shaking and a feeling of utter depression comes to him.
Law of Presence was now fully mastered by Orion, to the point that even after standing right next to Zoro, Zoro didn't feel a thing. All of Orion's Haki was directed as the person. But he holds back. Majorly.
With a fear-shaken face, the back turned back and ran. Like his body told him to run as far as possible from that black hair boy.
As he was running without observing his surroundings, he didn't notice that something was different.
Only after calming down a little, he noticed that instead of running away from them, he was standing right in front of the two men.
Confusion clouded his mind, while Zoro on the side too was gaping. He clearly saw the man running away in the opposite direction, the reason he wasn't sure but the man surely was going on the opposite side, then how come he appeared right in front of them out of nowhere.
Zoro looks at Orion with a little strange look. Finally understanding why he was feeling that boy standing in front of him wasn't normal. Definitely powerful.
Orion didn't care what Zoro was thinking, he just slowly walked up to the man. Zoro noticed that slowly the terrified look on the man's face became emotionless.
There was nothing now on his face anymore, like he was deprived of emotions. Orion on the side smirked a little, seeing how effortless it was for him to outright control the man in front of him. He felt like Professor X now.
"What did you see?" Orion asked with a plain tone.
"Nothing," immediately an emotionless reply came from the man, he now looked more like a robot than anything.
"Good, then don't you think that it's time for you to be going ?" Orion turned around and like this was a signal, the man too turned around and ran away. And it was needless to say that he won't remember anything.
"Don't worry about him, I will handle it. People here are not aware of... well strange powers," Orion said with a little tact to avoid all the unnecessary talk.
Zoro too nodded at this, not wasting any more time, and crossed the portal. He wanted to thank Orion but before that, the portal closed.
[Well, I wasn't expecting that] Merlin too was amused.
"Me neither," Orion replied with a little frown, he knew that other dimensions existed but this...
Looking at more green hairs in his hand he again shook his head.
"Forget it, maybe someday if I want a vacation,"
Orion smile. It had been a long time since he smiled.
"Hey Merlin, how long we have been inside that chamber again,"
[Hmm... don't know maybe a few years at best. My estimate is around 3 years] Merlin said sagely.
"Ah, it's been a while ....
It's a strange feeling" Orion's earlier smile was gone now. He was contemplating. Feeling like once again was able to think for himself for some reason.
"Do you know what's wrong here,"
[Hmm... I have some ideas, remember how I told you that your mind kind of froze when you were 16?]
"Ah hmm,"
[Well, I believe that your mind finally has started to grow once again. It was just like how I told you. Your mental age is fixed. Not letting you grow out of your earlier mindset and antics...
"English please"

[In simple terms, you are finally caught up with your mental growth while we are in the time chamber. While your body didn't grow thanks to the special time magic, you are mentally normal.]
"So you mean that I am a 13-year-old with the mind of a 16-year-old, is that it ?"
[Well that's true but that's nothing new, you always had the mind of a 16-year-old.
What change is that your mind will now grow alongside you]
"Whatever, I don't have much energy to further question this topic. I have worked hard enough in the past 3 years that I rather not even attend Hogwarts anymore if I can." Orion exclaims with much irritation and annoyance.
[Well that is the first sign that you are now growing in your brain as well. Not wanting to waste time and energy on something pointless.
