1 I'm Inside the Body of a Young Boy

A classroom that I've never been in before, classmates whose faces I've never seen, and the fact that I'm even in a high school classroom filled with school kids, when I've never gone to school, for a day of my life.

Yep...I'm pretty sure I'm not in my original world.

Now some might ask, how all those simple reasons, got to do with me being transported to a different world.

Yes, I'm in a classroom at what seems to be an upper-class high school, sitting next to the window seat, when I should actually be at home, sleeping right now.

Yes, all the students in this class, who are currently happily chatting with one another on their break, are kids I don't know, and would normally never associate myself with.

And of course, I feel strange to be in a classroom, when I've never gotten the opportunity to go to school in my life, and have already missed any chance to join, since I'm already 22 years old.

Adding all this up, and being in the situation I'm in right now, when I clearly remember going to bed after reading a book last night, is definitely a crazy scenario, that would scare anymore out of their mind.

But no matter what, no sane man would ever say that he's in a different world, just because he's in a place he shouldn't be, with no knowledge of how he got there.

That's literally how a man feels, when he wakes up in an alleyway, after a heavy drink the previous night.

No matter how absurd the situation, there should be an equally absurd chain of events that led up to it, which I don't know of.

Like some kind of kidnapping, or that sister of mine, signing me up for some game show, to see my interesting reaction to being put in an unfamiliar place.

But to say that, I've actually been transported to a new world.

Isn't that a bit too much?

Well, other than the fact that I'm in a place I shouldn't be, with no knowledge of how I came here whatsoever, I have two major reasons as to why I believe, that I'm in a different world.

The first reason being that, instead of possessing the body of a 22 year old adult male, I'm currently inside the body of a young 17 year old boy, who's still going through puberty.

Wait, that sounds very wrong when I phrase it like that...

To be exact, instead of looking like an adult with a mature gait and a little stubble on my jaw like I normally do, I currently look like my 17 year old self, from the past.

I found this out, when I first opened my eyes and all of a sudden found myself in this new room, and looked at the window next to me, only to see a reflection of my younger self, instead of the current me.

Slightly long; messy black hair, flawless skin with no facial hair whatsoever, and deep black eyes, that I've seen in a mirror thousands of times.

That's definitely me from a few years ago.

The face I saw in the mirror, lost all the matureness I once had as an adult, and looked like any old teenage boy who just started to become a man, mentally and physically.

The only characteristic remotely similar to my adult self, were my eyes, that looked much more mature, then of the peers around me in this classroom.

The distinctiveness between my eyes and the rest of my face was very clear, and it was kind of out of place, as it gives my image a sense of confidence and slight indifference.

Some might even interpret it as arrogance, written all over my face.

The maturity in my eyes wasn't because I was previously an adult. But is something I've had since I was a child, after having to go through everything I've gone through, since a very young age.

Another aspect of my appearance that has changed, is that all the bruises and scars I had all over my body had somehow vanished.

The skin under my clothes that were tarnished in past wounds and bruises, had somehow all disappeared without a trace, and left me with unblemished skin which was a sight to behold.

I was so surprised at the sight of not seeing any marks on my body, that I started pulling up my uniform, without even thinking that there were still students around me, which made them give me strange looks, and even made some of them chuckle.

I couldn't help myself, since I already knew how I looked when I was younger, but I've never seen myself without some kind of blemish, since a very long time.

It was even more surprising then, looking at my youthful face in the mirror.

Although I know plastic surgery has advanced far and beyond, and can bring about unimaginable face and body transformations, I still don't think it's gone to the level of changing a person's skeletal structure, from an adult to that of a teenager.

Only something otherworldly, can bring about such a miracle.

The second reason I believe I'm in a different world, is even more shocking than my appearance, and is quite straightforward.

When I look at my right, I see a classroom full of school students wearing uniforms, and having the time of their lives, during what seemed to be their lunch break.

They all looked similar to me; and had four limbs, fingers and toes on their hands and feet, an abdomen, a single pair of eyes and ears, a nose, a mouth, and a head full of hair.

They looked like any standard human would, and were humans themselves.

But when I looked to my right, outside the window, towards what seemed to be a park-like area, with freshly mowed lawns and tall trees, where students could be seen sitting down on the grass and eating lunch, or walking around in groups while chatting with one another..I saw humans.

I saw humans who were wearing the standard school uniforms...And most importantly, I also saw human-like beings, who possessed half human and half animalistic or alien features, on their body.

Yes...Human-like beings, that looked like they came out of a fantasy or myth.
