Method to use skill 'Thread Weaving' is:

Simply image the thread moving towards where you want it to, then weave it into the desired result. There is also the possibility of changing the thickness of the thread while weaving. Once woven into an object, it cannot be unwoven using this ability.

Weaving maneuvers/techniques are as stated below:

...

Would you like to pin this information as 'important'?

~~

Less vague than last time... must be because of the assimilation having risen by literally 4x what it was before. Changing the thickness will help a lot, but it only says while weaving. The unweaving doesn't affect me either due to Mona's ability being able to do that. Thank god it gives me weaving techniques, it sucks that they're just explanations, but it's better than nothing.

'Yes, save that please.'

~Saving complete, to reference this information simply say 'Weaving techniques'~

'Ok Miss Mona, you ready to test this out?'

<Why're you asking me I wonder~?>

***She doesn't even bother holding her façade anymore...

'Well, you said you would help me make the gloves...'

<Mhm, I'll help you make them once you are able to. Although I'm only really going to be designing it and helping you change the fabric~>

Goblin succubus.

'Whatever, I should just start practicing with some fruit then, if I mess up it's still edible, so there's no problem....'

Is what she thought... but as it turned out, whenever she was unable to weave the thread using one of the techniques given to her by Libbo, the fruit thread was engulfed in black flames and burnt to nothingness.

'Wha....'

<Hm... That was unexpected...>

'L- Libbo?'

~Yes master?~

'Why... why did it... my precious food...'

~When the ability 'Thread Weaving' is used, it raises the item's temperature based on how much it moves.~

'So the less I shake and the more efficient I am, the more likely I am to succeed... Wait, since when can you answer questions without having to do that processing stuff?'

~~

Processing question...

Answer:

Processing speed stat(8) allows 'Libbo' to use already processed information with relative ease. Information that can be updated or has yet to be asked will still need to be processed.

~~

"I see..."

'Right, I should use something different than this fruit then, I don't have enough food to be wasting it like this.'

Bing Bing~

Yo! Instructor Jaxx back once again!

Long time no see eh? They've really been holding out on me, I feel left out~

I'm sadly not here to complain, so I will get on with the question! This is an easy one so don't go holding back on me now~!

What known item should/could Camellia use to practice in this situation?

{Burlap}

X

Sorry oh great Beast-Lord, but that's dead wrong!

The gentle and kind Libbo just said that whatever Camellia is weaving heats up! Burlap is a fabric and overall is pretty flammable, not to mention it is quite essential to her at the moment and cannot be wasted!

{I kill you}

No you won't~ I technically don't exist anymore! Do I? I'm her but not? Past her? God this is confusing. I'm her reasoning!

[I'd imagine the best answer would be to use some of the non-burnable wood. There's plenty around and she could even take chunks off the side of the barn if she wanted to.]

DING DING!!

Full points oh Great Wizard-sama!

{Bull}

Hey now Beast-Lord-sama, he's completely right here! If there's one material this town has an absurd amount of, it's definitely the wood! Every single house and item is made from this wood to make up for there being no metal! The best part is, it's probably just as resilient as, if not stronger than most metals even though it's just left lying around!

1/1! The game is tied you two!

Oops, time's up! Bye bye~

***

'Mm, wood it is.'

After figuring out what the best material to use while practicing her new abilities, Camellia snuck down the barn's ladder and picked up a few pieces of wood that were scattered on the ground. She then ran back up to her cozy humble abode.

First things first, I need to get a good idea of what I wanna make. If it heats up, then I can't let the thread sit idle while I think of what shape I want.

'Maybe I should make a mask?'

<And cover up your beautiful face?? No, offer refused.>

This stupid... fine, I'll have to try and talk her into this one, getting seen with this face is asking to get caught.

'Miss Mona, it would cover my face, but wouldn't that make me more enticing?'

<Enticing? How so~?>

She took the bait!

'Seeing my amazing appearance, but not being allowed to see my face would drive any man insane!'

<Hmm~ I see what you mean, but it really would be a shame...>

'I'd imagine if the dark wood mask was well designed it would only make me cuter and more wanted. If you help me design it, I'm sure your fashion sense would only add to this effect!'

<Mm! I suppose you're right! My~ my daughter really is a natural at being seductive aren't you~>

Wasting no time at all, Mona quickly started making a design while Camellia got herself used to manipulating the wooden thread. She first wanted to test the limits of the thread created by this wood by seeing if it was even possible to burn it in the first place. Which, to her surprise, actually did end up burning! It took a while and she had to purposefully try to ignite it, but it still caught fire in the end. Even though the burning process was much longer than with the fruit, it stayed on fire for a good ten seconds or so before turning to nothingness.

'This wood is seriously broken. I should remember this, maybe I can use it as a makeshift weapon... it burns long enough to be one at least.'

<Why do that when you can just infuse the fire into an actual weapon?>

"Eh?"

<Jeez~, you didn't already forget about the rewards I gave you in the forest did you~? You have the skill to infuse elements into things, and a high affinity with fire as well. So just infuse the fire into your weapon, I shouldn't have to explain this to you~>

My... my skills as the isekai god... My pride... By this demoness...

I have so few skills yet I already forgot about them...

*SLAP*

She quickly slapped herself in the face to wake herself up from the shock of having her pride broken so easily.

'Right!'

<Hey now! Don't go hitting your face like that, you'll bruise it!>

'The design is done right Miss Mona?'

<You ignore my concern then ask for something immediately after... Is this what teens are truly like~?>

'M- Miss Mona? The design?'

<Ah, right. Here, I'll give it to Libbo so she can show it to you in detail.>

You... can do that?

'Thank you Miss Mona.'

<Of course, I wouldn't trust you enough to let you design something so important.>

"Thank you?"

While Libbo was processing the new design, Camellia made herself busy by practicing more with the wooden thread. It was easy to make it shoot forward and suddenly turn to different directions, but the power was weak.

She practiced by trying to make a basket with thick ribbon-sized threads of wood, but struggled quite a bit, only managing to make a crappy looking bowl filled with holes.

'This is harder than I thought...'

Creation of blueprint for item 'Black-Flame Wood mask' has been made based on master and Mona's description and concept.

Loading blueprint...

After hearing those words a stream of information flooded into Camellia's head followed by a black screen appearing in front of her with a picture and details for the creation of the mask. Shocked by the new development, she couldn't help but be overjoyed!

'Libbo is this amazing and the assimilation is still that low??? Just how broken is this little turtle?!'

~Current assimilation is currently 1.005%~

'So low!'

<Hmm~ The mask is a bit different from what I designed, but it's still cute so I'll allow it I suppose~>

Thank you? Seriously, why does she get absolute say over what I do? This is annoying...

'Let's get started then I guess! That info from earlier helps a lot, so I think it should work out!'

It did not in fact work out.

She had become completely exhausted after 10 failed attempts, completely emptying her supply of wood. She plopped back down onto the makeshift bed and scarfed down one of the fruits before complaining as usual.

'Why is it still so hard~?! I was told how to do it, I practiced it a bunch and was even given a freakin blueprint for crying out loud!'

<These things take time and effort dear~ Even Beast-Lord took a few years to build all those pyramids. Although he's a bit lazy and mostly got humans to do it...>

'Are you telling me that blunt bastard made those? Thought it was aliens...'

<Nono, average citizens haven't met those yet~ If he heard you call him that I think he might praise you you know~?>

'Average... did you just confirm that the government knows about aliens but is hiding it?'

<That's not your issue anymore dear~>

'YOU TOTALLY DID!'
