Someone scheming

The company learn that I can see again. Jun Jie decided that no one other than Mrs. Yang, Weilong, Jun Jie, the doctor, and I can know about my inability to feel physical pain. It was too risky to let others know. Months has past and nothing happened so the incident was forgotten.

"Buzzz Buzzzzz Buzzzz" my phone rings.

"Hello?" I said over the phone

Silent

"Weilong?" I ask anxiously

"What do you want from me?" Weilong ask someone

"Follow, us." Said a strange voice

"I'll follow you but how long are we gonna walk?"

"Not too long, stop complaining."

"Okay okay, but is it near 9th street?"

"You'll see."

"No not on 9th street? We're in Deon district now?"

"Tell Jun Jie Weilong's in danger." I said to the housekeeper muting myself over call with Weilong.

I got into the car and started driving.

"What are you doing? Give me back my phone." Weilong screams

"No one is around, scream all you want but no one will save yo— BEEP BEEP." Weilong hangs up.

"Bring me to Weilong." I said holding down a button on my phone while driving to Deon district.

"Okay, turn left at the next intersection." The robot said.

After a while of driving, I reached an empty abandoned part. I carefully look around for sight of anyone. When I stumbled upon Weilong's smart watch. Then Jun Jie arrives.

"Did you find Weilong?"Jun Jie ask as he scramble out of his car.

"No, they must've know he called me and that I could find his location." I said turning to Jun Jie with Weilong's broken phone.

"It's okay, he'll be fine. We'll find him. Don't worry." Jun Jie said pulling me into a hug.

I broke down into tears

"I reported Weilong kidnapped. I have people looking for him all over China. We'll find him in no time." Jun Jie said

Then, images of the last incident appeared in my mind. The kidnapping of Weilong and me, my sister talking about revenge, everything.

"Jun Jie, before I gained my eyesight, something similar happened right?" I ask looking up.

"Yea, you were kidnapped at around the same time as Weilong. You returned home and fainted, then we found Weilong. When we went into your room, you had a mental breakdown. Then you fainted. You gained your eyesight but lost memory of the incident and the ability to feel physical pain. Nothing bad happened the past months so we didn't want to remind you of bad memory. But I guess this triggered your memory." Jun Jie said.

"Where did you find him last time?" I ask quickly, "Let's go there, we might find some kind of clue. This might be connected to the incident before."

"Let's go. I'll have someone drive your car back." Jun Jie said as we walk to his car.

"Jun Jie." I ask as he drive to the place

"Yes?" He answered

"Do you know my sister?"

"Yes, I was supposed to marry her but I married you instead."

"It all make sense now."

"What do you mean?"

"I got my memory back. I remember my sister saying that I'll have to pay for stealing her husband. I'm guessing she prefer to you as her husband. At first I was confused but now that I see your face. It does resembles pictures of a boy that my sister keep calling husband when we were little."

"How old was she when she had those pictures?"

"8-9 years olds."

"8-9 years old, so those people, I mean stalkers, we're sent by your sister."

"What do you mean?"

"When I visited America for summer vacation, I visited your family home. What's odd is that I didn't see you around. I thought the Zhou family only had Xiao Feng or as you know her, August. A few days after that, I was followed by people everywhere I go. So summer vacation was cut short and I had to go back to China because of those people."

"Oh, so that's why she was mad. And you never see me because I spend most my time with the housekeepers."

"That make sense. Anyways, I don't think it's just your sister who's behind this."

"It's definitely not just my sister, she wouldn't hurt Weilong, she knows how much you love Weilong. A few years after I was born, my dad got married with my step-mother. I wasn't the hated child before he married her. She was quite a fond of August. So she made my dad hate me. She made him removed me from the inheritance of the company so August would be the heiress. Thank god I wasn't supposed to inherit the company. Or else I would be in lots of debt. But anyways, I think she's behind this. Since Yang Corp. is the biggest and most successful company in Asia. Not only that but Yang Corp. ranks second in the world. Of course she would want her dear step daughter to marry you. Especially now that Zhou Group has collapsed." I said

"You need to be careful, you'd be their main target. You're my wife meaning their biggest enemy. They would definitely try to kill you." Jun Jie said, "And we're here."

He stopped the car and open the door for me.

"So this is the place?" I ask

"Yup." He answers

"Where was he found?"

"Second floor, third room. We saw him at that window." Jun Jie said pointing at a window

"I was kidnapped here too. I escaped from the window. That means, it's either he was kidnapped after me, or he was still unconscious when I escape. We would've been in the same room."

"If he was kidnapped after you escaped, that mean they know that you left. But why didn't they do anything about it?"

"Maybe they meant to do that so you guys won't know the two case are connected. That mean they predicted I'd loose my memory."

"Well, what should we do now?"

"Let's go inside, the safest place is the most dangerous place. In this case, the place they last put Weilong. So it's here."

"Okay, let's go in."

We went inside together. We went to the room and there he was, sitting on the floor.

"Weilong! Are you hurt?" I said running toward him.

I untied the rope. As Jun Jie Tun over.

"Mom, dad! You're here." Weilong said hugging me and Jun Jie, "I thought you wouldn't find me."

"We're here, let's go home." Jun Jie said picking Weilong up.

"You guys are finally here." My step mother said as she walk in the room.

Then out of no where, someone snatch Weilong away.

"Mom! Dad! Help." Weilong said.

"PUT HIM DOWN." I yelled out.

"Oh, don't worry. We won't hurt Jun Jie's precious son." She said

"What do you want?" Jun Jie ask expressionless.

"You to marry me and leave Xiao Qing." Xiao Feng walks in.
