"I already sent an email to Mr. Fisher's secretary. They promised to get it ready before the end of the week," Mia said to her boss over the wireless earphones in her ear as she looked at her laptop, confirming the message was sent.
"Yes sir. As soon as I arrive at the office on Monday, I will sort out everything that needs to— be sorted out." The break in her statement was as a result of Leo entering her bedroom wearing only boxer briefs, leaving nothing to the imagination. He wasn't even wearing a house slipper, and he looked like he had just finished taking a warm shower.
Blushing, she looked away and focused on her laptop screen. She had told him she needed to work and warned him not to interrupt her for the next 3 hours. Well, this was what he meant when he said, "I promise not to do anything to distract you," right?
